Quality Repair! Fast friendly service!I had a broken front CV driveshaft on my AWD Chevy Conversion van late in the day Friday night. I dropped the van off, got a free estimate the next day texted to me and Seth also left me a voicemail. Price was more than fair. I gave them the Ok and I picked the van up the very next day! I also had them add an oil change and tire rotation and the rotated the tires for free.Great Fast and friendly service! Brought our truck in with a damaged electrical harness that the dealer was unable to fix. They not only diagnosed it quickly and accurately, but the repair was performed quickly and professionally at a very reasonable cost. I was impressed with the tech s level of expertise in this specialized area of electrical and electronics.

First they told me they would give me a free estimate. Then they tried to work on my truck without my signed permission and charged me $150 for the diagnostic. Then they told me they didn't want me as a customer after I told them my attorney will be contacting them. I took the estimate to the dealership and they told me Waynes auto tried to charge me $1k more in charges than I needed to pay. I have more video of when I was treated rudely, being cut off and over talked before they told me they didn't want me as a customer after I said you can talk to my attorney. the video showed how he tried to double talk me. At the end of the day after my attorney was contacted I was able to pickup my truck the next day and not pay the $150 fee because I didn't authorize it. This video was in the shock road location. I have also posted the full video on YouTube. I also have pictures of the over priced estimate I was given. They will say they don't have a record of any customers who complain. However I have posted their estimate they gave to me which was over priced and the dealership confirmed it.

They are very friendly! Kept me informed on my truck. The owner was the person who referred me to them, and it's the best last-minute decision I could have I have made. They are honest about everything. I went to the location Schrock Road. Do know they have other locations. Take a visit for your next repair! Thank you gentleman!

I really appreciate the services from the guys at Wayne s. My father-in-law worked at a now-closed auto dealership on Schrock Rd, and recommended Wayne s to us for a repair shop in the area. My husband had some work done on his Ford here last year and was pleased with the job they did.My father is 84 years old and drives a 2002 Chevy Blazer. Even though it s older, it can still be a good vehicle for a while longer. Several other repair shops were insistent that it was not worth it to save my dad s vehicle. The guys at Wayne s and especially Nick, were really nice and respectful and were honest when letting us know that the engine in it is still solid. We got all the repairs done and will continue to bring vehicles here going forward. Thanks again guys!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

Nick was polite and accommodating. However if your company advertise a free estimate, that free estimate ought not to be secretive! All the bay doors were opened with vehicles up on the lifts. I followed the gentleman who was designated to do the inspection. As I stood at the entrance of the garage he closed the bay door where my vehicle was and the adjacent bay door. I thought that to be strange. The estimate was $600 and he was ready to do the work. Clearly I passed on the work!!A free estimate ought not to be performed behind an intentional closed bay door ! Not a good business practice, but that s me?

Left my car with the service manager James. Extremely friendly guy who took the time to explain the issue with my car. I didn t feel pressured into receiving service (which I appreciated) and help me figure a way to finance the repairs. Would definitely recommend.Service: Electrical repairService: Electrical repair

I would give them zero stars if I could. They charged me over 150 dollars to diagnose my vehicle and told me I had a blown head gasket and it would be 10k for a new engine. Took it to a different mechanic that pressure tested the block and the head gasket was fine. He found a leaking injector caused by the o ring and replaced the spark plug wires and the truck runs great. These people are scam artists, do not take you vehicle here. EVER!!!

Guys were really cool & honest. Actually advised against repair due to the cost being too high. These are the shops you should go to rather than places like midas that comes out wth a 4200 dollar estimate for a bunch of stuff when you only come in for an oil change

Waynes is the place to go for any automotive repair. They have convenient pick up and drop off options. They will even tow your car and drop it back off as part of your repair. I went to Wayne's Auto Repair on Schrock Rd. for a second estimate on an exhaust issue on my 2011 Ford Escape, and planned on getting a third after many calls. When I spoke with Jim at the service desk, he had no problem getting my car on the lift, and having his mechanic check the exhaust out free of charge , and then as I ask to be shown, and explained the options, I would have to get the repair done. Needless to say exhaust systems are not cheap to replace. But, Jim understood my situation and we opted on trying to keep as much of the original system as possible,and just replace the resonator. which would save me almost 300.00 !!! he was very determined to help me out and be able to give me quality service, and was able to do the repairs immediately! and had it done within 2 hrs!!! while I went with a friend and had lunch. when I returned Jim and the mechanic put the car back up on the rack and let me inspect the exhaust system and explained everything in detail. And when I drove it! I could not believe how quiet my car drove. A big THANK YOU!! for your perseverance in great CUSTOMER SERVICE !! There is no doubt that I will be back for future services, and will refer Wayne's Auto service on Schrock, to friends and anyone that needs a respectful, reliable auto service.

My brakes were grinding. We had just moved to the area from out of state and found Wayne's online. They not only fit me in to inspect the brakes first thing in the morning (availability is wonderful - a few other places in the area couldn't fit my car into their schedule for over a week!), but they also had the brakes fixed by lunchtime! Super convenient. Guys seemed really knowledgeable. And I was also impressed that they were just really nice too. I'll be coming here for future repairs.

Great service. My 2004 Tacoma steering rack rusted out, leaking power steering fluid. Wayne's was able to get me in the next day and finished the job that day. During the job, they found they had to replace some connected parts (power steering hose & connections) that were rusted as well, and they called to ask me permission which I granted--it's not their fault my truck rusted. I did have to take it back to them later when I realized the steering wheel seemed slightly off. They re-did the alignment without charging me, which fixed the problem. I'm happy with the original work and I appreciated the prompt attention when I took it back with the alignment complaint. The repair cost was slightly higher than some other estimates for the steering rack job, but they use NAPA parts (which I trust) and the tech was passionate about doing the job right. I'm willing to pay a fair price for quality and trust. Thanks to Jim and the crew for always answering my questions and taking good care of me.

I went in a couple of weeks back with my boyfriend to fix his brakes. Jim and the entire team did everything they could for us to make sure we got the most repairs for the best price. We are unblievelably thankful for their quick, thorough, and excellent service! The car is in much better shape than when we took it to them. I am definitely going to be continuing to seek their assistance in all of my auto repair needs!

Jim and the team never fail in ensuring customers are taken well care of. You always get your money's worth going here. They replaced the engine in my 2008 Pontiac G6 after my oil pump went out, without my knowledge until obviously it was too late. The process was a breeze and they worked with me on everything.This location has served me and my family well, and Wayne's auto repair definitely has a customer for life!THANK YOU GUYS FOR MAKING SURE MY CAR IS ALWAYS SAFE TO DRIVE!

Once again, excellent service at Wayne's Automotive! A minor tire repair completed in minutes while I waited. I appreciate their explanation of any issue, recommended repairs and items to keep an eye on. Friendly and fast service, every single time. Look no further, these guys are the best in the area!

Normally I never really consider putting in a review for services on my vehicle, due to lack of customer service or being pressured into a service I did not need. But for Wayne's Auto Repair, I did not feel this way. I had an 2008 Dodge Avenger, bought it from the dealership that had hidden complications and even though I had a warranty, the issue was not covered. The previous owner had never changed the oil in the car and sludge built up in the engine causing it to stall when idle. My vehicle only had maybe 80k miles on it at the time and I took it to multiple locations to get quotes for engine work and always got the same answer... "We will only replace the engine"... A friend of mine suggested Wayne's Auto Repair. I take it in, they serviced the engine by flushing it a few times and viola it was better than when I got it from the dealership. They saved me well over 2 grand and were very friendly and prompt with responding to my concerns.Thank you again for the great service. Sorry for a such a late review.Alexander Holtzclaw

Brought my car in to have an alignment done due to squeaking. Turned out my hub assembly was shot! Thankfully Chris and the guys caught it and helped us out big time with getting it resolved asap. They also helped us out with paying for the fix, allowing us to do payments in a reasonable amount of time. I am so grateful for these guys and though this was my first visit with them, I will definitely be a returning customer!

Everyone here at Wayne's auto repair is super nice and I truly trust them not to sell me on something that isn't necessary. They always do a good job and they are always nice to me even when I come in asking for extra checks and paranoid worries. I don't take my car anywhere else anymore! Thank you all! Yes yes yes. Go there. They treat you like family and will work with you on payment plans if you need them.I have gotten loyalty checks from them that have paid for my oil changes. They always offer me rides. They replaced my dead battery because they really stand by their work.Love them. <3. !!

Wayne's auto came through for me again with solid honest work took their time and still gave me a great price! I had a differential service done and the technician even took the time to repaint my differential cover he didn't have to do that. Now that's customer care!

Nick, the manager, was very professional and very detailed in describing the problem. My 2011 Mercury Mariner was making a bit of a grinding noise... to say the least. I knew there was a problem with the brakes, I just didn't know how serious it was. My well meaning nephew had replaced the pads and rotors about 4 months ago. Unfortunately he didn't know quite as much as he thought. He left some parts out and it caused some damage.Had to replace rotors, calipers, and pads . Thanks to Nick the cost was reasonable and they had the car back within 72 hrsIt is working much better and I feel much safer when my wife is driving.This could have gone really badly at freeway speeds.

Our vehicle broke down over the weekend while on a trip. Was able to leave it at Wayne's Auto Repair, utilizing the key drop box. First thing Monday, they had it on the hoist, and was able to repair it quickly. Quick service, and great communication.
