Good customer service, and it was done when they said it would be, only took just over an hour to replace all 4 tires. I'm very satisfied.

After 8 years of using Walmart Car Care in Georgesville rd, Columbus OH, today I decided not to go to there again for oil change because of a pattern of mistreatment , bad attitude and poor quality employees who doesn t care about about the paying customersI came two days ago to service of my trucks and asked if they can do my other truckThey responded that I have to have an appointment , actually the place works walk-innsBut today when I came back at 4pm I was chased by an angry rude bearded fellow with hateful eyesThe guy is is poorly trying to force me buy high mileage oil in a very uncivil mannerI was making oil change here for 8 years but will never come back as long as they are keeping losers like the bearded fellow

I asked the facility to change my head lights on my 2016 jeep grand Cherokee Laredo while I was getting an oil change. Oil change was great! But the gentleman couldn't change my head lights. Didn't even notify me that couldn't change the light. Until I drove off

The service is very good . I always take my truck to Walmart for oil changes tires etc they do a professional job and have a nice waiting room with a TV.. or you can shop at Walmart while you wait

Phoned about wiper blade replacement. Quoted 1 hour to 1 1/2 hour wait. Had to wait like I was getting my oil changed. Went to nearby auto service. My wiper blades were put on before I had completed paying for them. Sorry to say, would not call and get a quote for a quick service. Best to go in person, but it s all about time and convenience.

I was extremely impressed with the friendliness speed and overall service. I came in just before closing (and I felt guilty for it) but they were more than willing to help me get my new tire and install it for me. Very helpful at explaining their policies and warranties and I will definitely consider using Walmart auto center for other car needs!

I had my oil changed it took forever and when I opened my hood for the first time which was a month after I realized they forgot to put my oil cap back on. They are idiots do not get your oil changed there.

Bought 2 tires online for pick up at around 50.00 a piece original price 70.00 (excited about that). Got the tires put on took about 1-2 hours for them to complete (seemed like forever). But the staff was very pleasant , friendly and I was provided with great customer service. Ended up spending more money there than intended because of the wait lol , besides the wait time I was pretty happy with my visit

I bought tires for my thirty-year-old car. I wanted to keep the car in its original shape. So I had to order white wall tires. The only place I could find white wall tires was Walmart. Great price. They had to be ordered came in three days. Awesome staff, they put a new battery in my car installation was free if I bought the battery from them. Battery was on sale great price on it too. Plenty of parking, handicapped-accessible

Obviously there are downfalls with Walmart Auto center like no appointments. But the staff is really nice, and seem to genuinely want to be there. They did a great job with putting my tires on for me. Also had great deals on tires during labor day!

I got my oil changed there several times. But, last month I went and noticed the whole crew was new. First, they seemed like they were bothered by helping customers. The boy (yes boy) at the counter didn't feel like putting in my coupon so he said he was going to have his manager do it. I asked for new wipers (which I picked out and gave them). They were not installed. And whomever did my oil change did not put the plug back on tight enough so I was leaking oil for a month without knowing. Never will I again.

I went Sunday morning to get 2 new tires. I thought being 8am on a Sunday it would be a quick & easy thing to do. Boy was I wrong!! If I hadnt had my boyfriend with me it would've been worse. After telling the guy behind the counter I want 2 new tires put on the rear & to put those tires from the rear on the front. I was busy playing a game on my tablet while my boyfriend was watching them work on our car. 4 different times he noticed them putting the new tires on the front instead of the rear. Each time he said something to the guy who checked us in but it wasn't until the lady behind the counter went out & set him straight after arguing with her!! Like WTF? I'm the customer & you're not doing what Ive asked to be done! So after literally 3 hrs my boyfriend notices the tech doing something to the front tire & then calling the manager over to look at it. The manager proceeded to come & tell us the tech broke off one of the studs for the lug nut!! The manager then tells us we need to take the car somewhere else, get it fixed & then bring them the receipt to get our money back!! I will NEVER get tires or any type of work done on my car EVER from them!!

Waited an hour and a half for an oil change. Got to the counter after waiting 90 minutes and I was informed that they could not preform the oil change because my drain plug was "possibly" stripped. When I checked in the first thing they asked for was my phone number.... yet I never received a call. So I took my car to another shop and they had zero problems with the drain plug that's in perfect condition. Horrible customer service and lazy technicians.

Was there over 45 min just trying to pick up 4 tires. Went to pick up area and checked in 10 min later they come out and say I need to go to tire center. Over there I told I tire tech I was picking up tires. After waiting another 15 min I go inside and ask about tires.. Their on other side of store at pick up area. They need to get their act together !

I had tires put on here about a year ago and have unfortunately been back there 5 times to have leaks in the tires repaired and every time they keep stating it is the tire pressure monitoring system. I have never had a problem with that system before I took it there. I will not purchase tires from there again.

I'm not super impressed. Manager is pretty negative/not helpful. I had to go to a "tire shop" to have my lug nuts taken off. Isn't Walmart a tire shop? Have been waiting hours! If you come here make sure you bring your patience!

Went to get my oil changed and since my engine splash shield is missing a bolt they REFUSED to put it back on. They just gave me the bag of bolts and threw it in the back on my car. Spoke to the manager and he said if there is anything missing or broken they are trained to not put it back on and to put it in the trunk. I usually go to hilliard and have never had an issue there. They replace it just like it was before. I asked for the corporate information and the manager said, you can call them but it is just going to come right back to me and I am going to say the same thing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO GEORGESVILLE RD FOR ANYTHING AUTO RELATED! I will continue to drive out of my way and go to hilliard.

They have terrible customer service. I waited an hour and a half for an oil change then they said they cancelled it because my car smelled like pot even though they already drove it inside. They act like cigarettes are any better like do your job smh

Very bad experience at car care. I waited in queue for over an hour to get someone to speak. One of car tyre was punctuated. Those tyres are on warrenty as well as have road hazard subscription. Finally a tech listened and took my car key. He came back after 40 minutes to tell that they can't do due to key's plastic is loose. I can't believe why they turned me out. It seems person delt with me was a racist. They way he spoke with me is unacceptable too. I condemn Walmart for such an employee at Georgevile, Columbus branch.

After my oil change I went home and cleaned out my truck. During the time I noticed oil on my drive way, enough to think my filter wasn't tight enough. I called them to see if I could bring it back in Saturday. The gentleman had told me it's possibly an over flow...he told me to hold on after he got my truck info. I was on hold for a half-hour, then I finally hung up.

Well, its walmart, you cant expect too much. Ive spent the past 2 days on the phone and running between multiple stores to get tires fixed. I got my van tires at 1 location with the roadhazard warranty. But because of the lies fed to my husband the night before i did not want to go back to that one. He was told they only had the most expensive tire in stock for my other car. I need 6 tires! Only 1 under warranty & this walmart swore they couldnt find my info or my vehicles info. I was "just wiped out of the system" per the blonde at the counter. The other store had no problem finding me. There seems to be a lot of issues between this store and the hilliard rome location as both of them enjoyed talking trash about the other and how horrible of a job the other does. But hey, at least they weren't trying to over charge me by $100 like the Britton parkway location did! $53 tire (4), right under $400 before tax with roadhazard ($10/tire). You do that math!Their all a mess & unprofessional!

Waited 30 minutes past opening (Auto Center) to even get in the door to find people already inside. They blamed it on a manager not being there. So not only did myself and 6 other people wait outside, but we were pushed back in line.
