I called them, and this whole ordeal happened over the phone. They didn't even come to see the problem in person. My Saturday mechanic experience was a complete nightmare! The guy quoted me $500 for a minimum of 2 hours, even without seeing the issue. If I needed a belt replaced, that's another $500 on top of it. And for every additional hour, he wanted $250. Total rip-off!

Great service at this Transicold service location. In and out in about an hour, with our APU repaired.Highly recommend WW Williams for servicing your APU.

They got us in on a Friday without appointment to get our TCU calibrated. The service was fast, waiting room was a nice change with tv, recliners , and tables. I was also able to bring in my puppy. Great job guys. Keep up the great job. It means a lot to us truckers.

Company sent me here because the alternator in my refer unit went out. It was a Sunday and the only services was the guy on call. When I arrived, the guy was already out on several calls and said it would be 3 to 4 hrs before he'd get back to the shop. So, took a nap. 3 hours later, the guy showed up and I left 30 minutes later. Give it 4 stars because they didn't keep me hanging. So many places say 3 hrs and 6 hrs later they finally show up. Also, because after the guy showed up he said it wouldn't take long, he just had to grab the parts. He got it the part, replaced it, and sent me on my way. Very professional. Been to places where it took 2hrs just to replace a battery, because everyone stood around and basically did nothing. This place was refreshing, nice to know some people actually take pride in their work.

Rob the mechanic did a good job. Pulled in to get 3 sensors replaced for alarm code A56. I was explained the worst and best case scenario. Was there for 3hrs of labor and back on the road to pick up Reefer load which I prefer instead of dry loads as a Owner Operator. I will be back to get light bar installed on Reefer unit once they come in stock.

Great service. I needed an APU belt replaced. I called at 8. They said come on in. Squeezed me among 30 current jobs and had me out and working by 10. 1 hour of labor where others have charged me 2 or 3 to do the same job. Including removing the fairing. Thank you. Mitch with Pro Transport.

These folks were kind, accommodating, and a little too quick! I had my family come pick me up to run one errand and before I could get that done I got a call saying my trailer was done. They were nice enough to let me park in an open spot outside their security gate but on their property because I ran out of hours.I'd definitely go see them again

I love this place good customer service thank you all my Apu can t start at night I didn t sleep well weather was hot in morning I call them a good person answer my phone call i don t remember his name I asked him if they can fix my Apu he said come in we see what we can do I went after 16 minutes my apu start working the technician was friendly person he told me the problem of apu and asked me permission to work the apu now apu is working good thank you the technician

Installed APU's on 4 of our trucks. Great staff, from the front desk to the installers! Everyone here is fantastic! Highly recommend them for all your APU needs! Big thanks to Nick for making it happen for us!!

After hours call out on a Sunday.They told me to drive to the shop and wait. I guess the guy was busy at another location...BUT once he got there I don't think he could have worked any faster if he tried, replaced Battery & Alternator in approximately 30 minutes..If you think that's not a big deal then you haven't been in this industry long enough.

Dedicated Freight Solutions, has been working with Williams Carrier for over 10 years now. They are one of the best Carrier Service Centers in the Midwest region. The whole staff is polite and always wants to go that extra mile to insure our reefers and APU s are running like new. We have also used the mobile service over the years, the service tech always has the part needed on the truck. Keep up the great work guys!!!

I m loaded and reefer refrigeration alarm is off the chain. Company sends me out of my delivery route to get to Williams Carrier. Glad I went there. This was going to be a 4+ hr repair but they jump right to my repairs and had me out in about 3 hrs. People were courteous and kept me updated. Thanks Williams Carrier .

I would give o stars if possible. Took truck in to have Carrier APU looked at. When you turn the air on it would trip the HVAC breaker. They didn't even check the breaker and within 30 minutes quoted me over $4,000.00 dollars. They said that two of the mounting bolts that bolt to the truck frame were broke, the engine mount bolts were bad and possibly could have caused damage to the generator. I denied service and took it to another service center where I was told nothing they were quoting for was true it ended up just being the A/C compressor. I'm very disappointed that they blatantly lied about those issues. To top it all off after denying service they charged over $300.00 dollars for so called diagnostic this place is a rip off.

My company sent me here on the weekend to get my APU fixed, then my company decided to mention that this place doesn't fix APU's on the weekend. I'm sure this place is great. The reviews say so... But I wouldn't know. I just know I get to be cold tonight.

The least they could have done was put plastic down before they spread grease and dirt all over the truck maybe pick up the colander before you step in it and break it . They wouldn't let us in the shop because of covid 19 but yet they destroyed our living space . I had to wash all the bedding because of grease pay for new carpets and buy a new colander and spent the day cleaning my book they stepped on as well.

They're ripping customers off,, even if you're doing nothing with them they will charge you about $300 minimum just by looking your engine and if you do oil change expect about $500 to $600 cuz they'll tell you they have do inspection with the oil change.

We rely on CT Power to repair our units in the field. Mike, Jeremy and the rest of the crew do a great job for us. They are responsive and easy to work with.

W.w Williams is always solid, I don't have too much experience with their carrier division but the few times I've been there they've done it right the first time and that's harder to find these days. I only go in for apu work and understand trailers have to come first as most are loaded with food. Anyways very professional with any Williams location

Great place to get your work done on a reefer mine quit with a load of chicken on they got it in right away and started on it had it running in no time they saved my load I would recommend these people all day long good friendly service and great technicians
