I took my Mazda in to swap out a couple tires and put on some fresh brakes. They quoted me a very fair price and got me in right away. Brought my own pads and rotors in and that was no issue. They had it done in an hour and a half. Roosters is walking distance and a great spot to wait. The battery was dead when I picked it up but they jumped it and all was good, they even checked in the following morning to make sure there were no issues. Would recommend and will be back!

Very nice and friendly Guy's. In fact, one time I couldn't be able take my car to his shop, he came all the way to the place where I parked my car and change the tire. He went above and beyond to help his customers.I will definitely recommend them.

My fianc� took our car here, where we have been previous customers multiple times. BEWARE!!!! They do NOT care about the safety of their customers, and the one guy will try and scam you into paying more. They also do NOT explain their services. They don t let you know their company policies nor give you any written policy. We bought 4 new tires for our vehicle somewhere else because we got a better deal. We wanted to patronize a local business and have them put our BRAND NEW tires on. They charged us $70 to put on 4 tires, with the OLD VALVE STEMS! They didn t tell us they were leaving the old ones , one of those stems ended up being bad. As a tire shop, which trust me I ve had tires put on at tire shops before including my dealership where I purchased my vehicle, they replace the valve stems or at least bring it to the customers attention that the valve stem is bad and it s a safety issue!! So not only did this tire shop not let us know they were putting old valve stems on our car, or tell us a different price with new valve stems because what s the point in purchasing 4 brand new tires and putting old stems on it, they also didn t inform us any of the valves were bad. So this tire shop/ company let us drive away with a bad valve and wouldn t hold air, which could ve caused the tire to pop while driving and lose control of the vehicle, and what actually happened was it ruined our brand new tire not even a day of having it and we have to buy another new tire! They also charge you more than Walmart to put on a tire. We spoke to the owner and he could care less and told us it s our fault. So his employee not relying the services they provide for the price or even as a tire shop what s recommended, or doing any safety measures. Walmart cost way cheaper and you can have the peace of mind that your tire isn t going to blow up or go bad being brand new. Also the peace of mind your not dealing with a shady business. We weren t asking much but to pay for the NEW tire we had to replace. Instead the owner wanted to be unprofessional on the phone. So you ve lost a customer, &; We will also be contacting the better business bureau and attorney general to let them know of the illegal activity of your employee and how your putting all of your customer s safety at risk. DONT GO HERE!!! Unless your willing to get ripped off and put yourself, vehicle and children at risk.Reply to response: it was NOT communicated. Pretty sure we had this same conversation on the phone. Seems like we re going to go on a merry go round. I have already reported your business to BBB and the attorney general. Safety is obviously not your priority, because you let us leave with a bad valve. Which we had no knowledge of, and you didn t explain pricing for new valves etc or we would ve paid because why would we buy all 4 new tires and not get new valves?! The issue here is when you were doing the install you didn t inform us our valve was bad, and you also did NOT communicate you were leaving the old valves and if we wanted new valves it would be an up charge. We GLADLY would ve paid extra for valves. You guys don t have your prices posted and you also don t communicate with your customers the options and what the price includes. You also started to come up with things to excuse your employee and wanted to bring up your company policies, which is also NOT communicated to your customers NOR posted where customers can read and understand your policies . So you can write your reply, we chose the cheapest option all you want. Use that as an excuse, you take no accountability to the fact YOU THE OWNER WEREN'T EVEN THERE, and YOUR employee did NOT communicate. As a tire tech, you are trained or supposed to be in this field and safety and it s YOU and YOUR EMPLOYEES job to communicate with the customers on your services and what the price includes, and what your profession is in is tires right? So wouldn t you communicate what you think is the safeties option for a customer? I m not a tire tech it s not my profession. BBB &; Attorney General can handle this.

Nick and his team were very helpful, accommodating, and provided a sense of ease that I've rarely experienced when it comes to tire maintenance. I called in the morning and was seen a couple of hours later. 10/10 would recommend these guys to anyone!

Nick and Andrew and Kingsley are the BEST! I bought 2 new tires and had a rim repair done at VIP Tires recently for my Cadillac. They are so patient and kind and understanding and they explain what they are doing or what needs to be done in order to keep you on the road 'safely' with dependable tires. They made me feel like I could actual TRUST them to have my best interests in their concerns.I appreciate you all!

Fantastic business with fantastic prices and great service. He explained everything he was doing he showed me exactly what was wrong and gave me prices along the way. And even told me to come back if I had problems. 11/10

I went there for a used tire. My rim was bent. I ordered a used rim and bought a tire that was like new for a very reasonable price. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and showing some issues the should be corrected with the car to improve the tire wear. He did a great job for a reasonable price.

I recommend this place to anyone in need of tire service. I had a slow leak for weeks. Stopped by this morning and the owner Nick had my issue diagnosed and fixed within minutes. Great experience. Nick was very nice and quickly installed my front rotors and brake pads. Price was very reasonable. Gave me an estimate for tires and I have an appointment scheduled already. Definitely worth checking out for tire, rotor, and brake pad installation.

When I say top tier, I truly mean it!My car tire pressure was low and it was after hours. Nick patiently waited and excel at serving. Great Job.I couldn t have been more blessed to find such a great place in such a hard time!

They changed my tires, made sure I was inside where it was warm while they did it. My battery died while I was there and they jumped it and made sure I was good before I left. Their service was great, and the price was reasonable. I would recommend them to everyone in need of tire services.

Very nice, very helpful and good prices. I went there to have my friends tire checked for a leak. To make a long story short I think my friend thought his tire was going down when it really wasn t.The awesome gentleman there didn t find anything but did recommend a stem change just to be in the safe side. They also went above and beyond to make sure I was happy before I left the shop by resetting my low tire light and filling up the spare tire. It was a great experience and I will definitely go back when I m need. What stood out the most was they were not your typical tire shop people. They were super nice and easy to talk to and they went the extra mile. Thanks so much you two!

I got a flat I m the evening when most places were closed. I desperately called every place nearby but he no luck in reaching anybody. I received a call back from Nick at VIP Tire who told me he could get me a plug as a quick fix within 5 minutes. Nick was great, he got my tire fixed immediately, affordably, and most importantly, saved me hundreds of dollars that I would have had to spend with on ubers while waiting for somebody else to get me an appointment. I absolutely cannot recommend VIP enough, 10/5 stars from me.

had some issues with my old Jaguar and so pulled into this seemingly not too busy shop to inquire. Nick the mechanic heard me out and suggested he does a test drive to diagnose. He came back and offered to get some after market spares to fix the issues, since I already had told him that I am on a tight budget. He even gave me a quick estimate which was very reasonable considering the work. Long story short...today he took care of the repair and everything feels good. I like it that this place feels very straightforward without trying to haggle with customers. Great customer service! Highly recommended.

Definitely recommend! I woke up to a flat tire and called them. Told me it was about a 40 minute wait but I got there within 20 minutes and he fixed it right there and then. Very nice and he did it as fast as he could so I could get to work.

Nick is great here! He's so friendly. The service is fast and prices are very reasonable. They don't have the fanciest shop, but don't let that keep you from visiting! They are professional and get the job done right.

They were able to get me in right away for a tire patch. When it was clear that the tire wasn't patchable, they were able to sell me a used tire in stock and rotate my tires for a very reasonable price. Very efficient and professional service! A diamond in the rough.

They were very quick. They checked the air on the rest of my tires. They also have me a 30 guarantee on a used tire which is crazy to me. Nick was very kind and professional. I appreciated them very much!

Just one of the hidden gems to get your flat tired repaired or purchase a used tire. The gentleman is very professional and courteous. Prices are extremely fair. Highly recommended

I was traveling only threw the city, a gentleman by the name Nick helped me. I got four tires for a 2012 camry. He was very respectful and it was surprisingly cheap. Very Very impressed! Thanks again
