The workers are never very friendly. This last time they overfilled my oil and oil got all over my engine and windshield. They did a poor attempt of cleaning it. When I left I still had oil dripping down my wind shield.

I ve been coming here for like a decade and always had a good experience with the staff. The last few times the attention to detail and care isn t there. They aren t even communicating how long the wait is or where to go. They didn t tell me about services I needed and I had to ask for them. I left and my tire pressure light was on. I was there over an hour and they didn t even fill my tires. But they said they had. Seemed like everyone was too busy socializing and deciding who was going to lunch to actually do the their job. Three stars is generous. I m taking my business elsewhere. Shame. Y all were great for so long.

It s three weeks after I got my oil change and I notice my car making strange sounds. Not being a car maintenance guru, I initially chalk it up to needing a tune-up. My fianc� gets in the car and notices the noise and pops the hood and sees that the hose connecting the engine to the air filter is not attached. The engine has been sucking in debris, dirt, and hot air since I got the oil change three weeks prior. When I got the oil change at Valvoline in Polaris, the staff seemed more about having a good time than giving good service. They weren t paying attention to what they were doing, and they completely botched a simple procedure as a result.Although neglect and poor performance seems to be an ever-growing problem in our society today, this is Valvoline s staff that they hand-picked and employed. Valvoline service stations are everywhere which demonstrates they are a business more concerned with numbers than quality. They are like the fast-food chain with the clown as its mascot.I will no longer use Valvoline for oil changes and instead find a company with employees that can concentrate for 20 minutes to perform their duties. Furthermore, this was a lesson for me. I am no longer going to let anyone perform a service for me that doesn t seem to have a care for the job they perform. This will extend to oil changes, food preparation or anything else of consequence. There are people and businesses out there that do things the right way and I am no longer settling for less.

So I was driving through the area and decided to get a quick oil change at the Valvoline Center right here around the Louis Center area.This place is new meet clean wonderful everything you could one in an instant oil change place.Another staff was very courteous very thorough with the one caveat for you is that they do like the upsell.No today s world I get there I understand that every company wants to maximize his potential with every customer but after about four of these attempted up sells it gets a little Excessive.Like I said this place is fantastic but I did only give them four stars because of the persistent upsell s and their pace seems a little slower and maybe that could be because the guy in front of me probably got up sold 20 different services.All in all this is a great place and I would recommend it

I was taking my sister's car in to get an oil change. She forgot to give me her key and it wouldn't let me restart. The shop was very understanding and let me wait for the key to be brought to me. Brandon was super helpful and since it was a hot day, he escorted me to the lobby to sit in the air conditioning while I waited. It had been a long day already and this was so nice to have excellent service. I highly recommend this specific location!!!!

My experience here did not start off good. I've never been to one of these places before. I pull up and park, walk up to the waiting area through the bay and realize there's not a desk or service counter. I turn around and start there for a few minutes, making eye contact with a few employees. Finally one comes from around the corner of the building and I ask if I was supposed to stay in the vehicle, he gave me a sarcastic response so I walk back to my vehicle contemplating whether I should leave or not. It also upset me that now 2 additional cares got in line, and I'll have to wait longer. Well I need an oil change and I'm too lazy to do it myself so I guess I'll stay. The line was quicker than i thought, and once I get up there the experience changed. They were very respectful, made sure I understood what was going on and I could tell the knew I was irritated with the interaction earlier. The kept communicating what's going on and even engaged in general conversation which was nice. I was very impressed with how they worked and didn't try to upsale or offer things I didn't need. Upon checkout I told them I had a coupon and he said he had a better one.....it definitely was. Glad I went there and very glad I had the overall experience I did. I will be going back.

Great place to get you oil changed and u get to wait in your car. Just make sure to remind them to reset your oil reminder thing. Tristan their is a big help and seems to have a vast knowledge of vehicles and can pretty much tell u what else is wrong with your car if u ask him what's this sound like is wrong or why would this be doing this. He has to be a great asset to their team their.. Great job guys . I will be back again and again. I will also mention all the guys were very polite and worked well together as a team and get u in and out very quickly all while doing a perfect job.. Thanks again

Fast service. But, why not check the tire pressure if that's part of the service-instead they marked they were fine when in fact they were all low, one was 7 lbs under.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Went on a Monday morning, I was next in line, even so I waited 15 minutes to get into the bay. I did not get a receipt or window sticker even after reminding the associate twice. The battery test is a scam, they will ask you to turn on your brights and hook up a battery tester causing a drain to show on their test. They will then tell you your battery is in need of replacing. I would avoid this location and take your car to the dealer.

I came and got my oil changed here a few months back. I thought the employees were friendly and was impressed with their speed. I wasn t a huge fan of the price but you do pay for convenience I guess. A day or two after the service, I noticed smoke coming from my engine and headed to the nearest dealership to find out that they forgot to put the cap back on! Oil had leaked all over my engine and there wasn t any left where it was supposed to be. After pulling some teeth we finally got reimbursed for the oil change and the cost to clean the engine from the leak but wow! The reason they re so fast is because they skip important steps!

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I had my oil changed and also had a headlight and turn signal bulbs changed. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I was very pleased and will definitely be returning!

Friendly and Quick! These guys know what they're doing.Brett and Toby helped me out and were super friendly, I can't put into words just how much I appreciate chill, confident vibes instead of being pressured to buy buy buy like some other places.Carter and Brandon did the work underneath, It was really cool to hear all the confirmations and communications around the Garage. They really double check everything, even that your caps are on tight for your oil!The team had me in and out in what felt like 10 minutes. I'll definitely be coming back here for service in the future!

Quick fast and efficient service. They even had a woman working and that made me happy because I feel most trust in a woman. Even though the entire team was a pleasure you rarely see women. I d return just for her service.

Went in today, first time. Staff was friendly and efficient. They had a team that worked on my car. Besides the oil change, they checked fluid levels, the battery, lights and air filter. Everything was good. I was out in about 12 minutes. I love their drive thru service! All in all, a very good experience. I'll be returning when I'm due for my next oil change.

Exceptional customer service is hard to find. Needed an oil change and Valvoline was great, less than 20 minutes and the crew was outstanding. Polite, efficient and thorough. I was worried because they closed at 8 and I didn't know what time they took their last appointment. They told me if I came at 7:59 that it wouldn't be a problem. He even said if there was someone still there after 8 they would still help me out. I was impressed. He then said without our customers we wouldn't receive a paycheck! They also worked as a team and encouraged each other as they worked. They truly take pride in their customer service and performance.

We were just in and out with an oil change and a new headlight in under 15 minutes. Usually it takes 45 minutes to change our headlight because it is hard to get to, but Codie and her team fixed it very quickly. She was positive, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location.

Staff was friendly, efficient, and seemed well versed in what they are doing. Only disappointing aspect of the visit was the pricing. it cost $150.00 for a synthetic oil change, new air filter, and new wiper blades. All on a 2020 truck with 7100 miles on it. Not ridiculous, just not very competitive. I would use their services again. The price was not a deterrent for good service and professional people.

Just needed a head light changed. There was a line and a 25 minute wait, no problem.A young man scanned my car and said he would check to make sure the bulb was in stock. How thoughtful.I pull in half an hour later. They don't have the bulb. 30+ minutes wasted.Which would have been fine but he said he would check. Don't offer if you don't actually intend to not follow through on your words.

Came in for a new battery 30 minutes before closing. The crew was amazing and acted like I was the first customer of the day! Replaced battery, filled tires, topped off fluids and I didn t get my last oil change there. This was service that is not typical today and I will not go anywhere else for oil changes.Thank you!

Very helpful and honest. Went in after my maintenance light came on thinking I needed an oil change - after a quick check, the guys directed me to my mechanic for a full diagnosis. I didn't need an oil change after all and they were kind enough to give me information and not take advantage of the situation.

This Place really is amazing, as a female I appreciate the fact that I didn't get treated like I don't know anything > Giuseppe F was kind and fast and explained things to me like a person not like a " don't know anything female". If you want to be treated right, and well taken care of I suggest this is the place you go to. Excellent choice on him being the manager there!
