Jonathon, Thomas, and Kadin were great. Got my oil change done fast and efficiently while striking up a great conversation. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for great service.

The best thing about this branch is that they never force you to buy something unnecessary. I went there when the oil change time was due, but they suggested I come when I hit the mileage. However, they still checked my tire pressure for free.And when I came back when I hit the mileage, they checked everything they could and provided me professional suggestions. They are always trustworthy, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend!

Had extremely great service during my oil change. Went in for a regular oil change and An employee named Will went above and beyond to help me with a light bulb issue he found that was out. He Didn t make me feel like I was an inconvenience and was happy to help me. He did not have to do any of that but still made sure I was good to go. Will is a great asset to this location and I hope valvoline recognizes this employees great work ethic and customer service skills.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Amazing service!! Offered to fix my car door that was dented in by a deer which caused a loud crack every time I opened it. It was like that for months and the worker fixed it within seconds. So thankful!

Even when they look busy they always get me in and out quickly. The price I paid I feel was worth the service I received. Also, I wasn t pressured to get anything extra or any sort of upgrades. Overall, good experience (as always)!

I wish I had gotten his name but the gentleman that helped me was amazing! He explained everything and made recommendations based on what I really needed as opposed to just selling me services that weren't.

Very pleasant experience! Went in for a quick oil change and was offered additional maintenance services, but was not pressured into doing so. Staff was knowledgable and very friendly. My car battery was shot the morning of my road trip today. I had my car all packed and everything. Valvoline was able to get me in asap and they changed it in less than 10 minutes. Rude and kept making up excuses for why they couldn't do a oil change but had no problem doing it. I always get my oil change done in Groveport and no problem

Just had them do an oil change. Was in and out in less then 10 min. Justin took great care of me, and everyone working was very polite and made sure I knew everything happening. Overall a great experience and I'll be back for my next oil change.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I went for an oil change when there were no other customers. They gave the car the quick inspection (tire wear, headlights, etc.), and of course the oil change. It took 10 minutes and I never had to get out of the car. Reasonable price.

I've been here twice. Both times the employees, Eric and Marissa have been so kind, professional, and helpful. This last time there was a nice lady that Marissa seemed to be training that was just as wonderful as Eric and Marissa! They have a young female manager who knew her stuff about cars. In fact the whole staff were young millennials. But don't let that scare you, they knew their stuff and the service was excellent. I didn't live on this side of town but I would gladly drive out of the way to be serviced at this location. And that's saying a lot because just about all the Valvolines are top notch. Jiffy Lube has nothing on Valvoline.

Wife went there on for an oil change in our Odyssey. After she left this morning, saw this on our driveway. Does not appear to be actively leaking so apparently, the technician didn t bother cleaning off anything from either the plug or the filter. Can t wait to spend my evening scrubbing the driveway with concrete cleaner- thanks Valvoline!

I d first like to preface and be fair that I haven t had any services from this business, however this review (and many more from other people to come) are fed up with the Business Owner s behavior and lack of respect he has towards the local community. Specifically the neighborhood across the street.Just about every week, this man will mow the lawn of this Valvoline and leaf blow with commercial grade equipment. Which is fine, except when he does it every week at MIDNIGHT. My children cannot sleep, and every apartment around me have also called the police to complain.The police came last night, and yet the business owner continued to work out of spite.We have children over here at the complex across the street. As a local business owner one would think they would have a little respect for the local community.

People here are very nice and professional every time I visit. I m a low engine knowledge but this place never try to charge me for extra! on the contrary they re really helpful and suggested me.I definitely get a service from them almost a year and I don t want to go somewhere else.

Every time I go here, I leave without service. This time I sat for several minutes in their drive without acknowledgement. The times I try are mid morning, midweek, low volume times and still they seem unable to service customers. I d like to try this spot because of their coupons but until they have better customer service, looks like I ll stick with Take 5. Take 5 gets me in quickly and courteously every time.

I've been getting oil changes at Valvoline for years and the employees at this location were by far the nicest yet. Quick, efficient, friendly. I got the work done I needed and a nice conversation, to boot.

I had to go to Dublin and Grandview to get my oil I could not get the right service at the East broad branch. But I will set aside with the servants at the Dublin Grandview even though I had to go out the. They had the type of oil my car. They were very knowledgeable and very quick and I did not have to step out of the vehicle I got an invoice on everything that was done and what is needed to be done. And I had no waiting time.

I've been to this location twice and each time received prompt, courteous, professional service. The employees explained services in easy to understand detail, told me of other potential issues but in no way did I feel pressured to upgrade or add services. I really appreciate that they check other things like brake lights, headlights, wipers, and other fluid levels. I will definitely refer friends, family, and clients to this location and will go back the next time I need an oil change. Keep up the great job!Matt M., Columbus, OH

I love coming here to get my oil changed. The employees are super friendly, quick, attentive, focused. They offer add ons without pressure, check your lights, ask if you want wipers changed, and you can just stay in your car. I prefer this location over other valvolines because of the friendliness of the crew. See y'all in y'all thousand miles!!

I have gone to this location several times in the past year. They always provide timely service and are always kind and personable while I am there. I went in to get my battery replaced after it had died and they ran some tests on it and found out that it was still in good shape. I did not end up getting a battery but they still took the time to make sure I knew what might be going on with it. This is definitely my go to place to get anything reasonable performed on my car. Thanks to everyone who works there!

They are extremely fast and they explain the process along the way. Also, they are very nice and honest. I had an oil leak and instead of charging me money and having it all leak out they told me the truth. They topped of the oil for free to hold me over until I get my car looked at. Will definitely come back to this location!
