Ryan was awesome. He was super helpful and nice. I needed my skid plate removed because it was dragging, and he was very polite and transparent. Seemed like he genuinely just wanted to help! I'll definitely be going back to this location, even if I had to drive out of my way!

Went in for an oil change to prepare for a road trip the following day. Thought everything went well and 50 miles into my road trip my engine light came on and I was stuck on the interstate by myself with faulty car following snow storm. Luckily I made it back (driving very slowly with hazards on).Took my car to a PepBoys the following day to realize upon looking at the dipstick that there was twice the amount of oil needed for my car and it was dirty meaning they never drained my old oil before adding the new oil ($100 Full Synthetic by the way).Immediately drove back to this location only for the same person (Gabe) to tell me that it was appearing dirty because I had a Mazda (absolutely insane response). Felt like he thought I was really that stupid. It was clear every other associate was aware of this mistake and extremely juvenile oversight. Everyone else was super nice but stillmissed my vacation and was unable to get deposit back on house. When I asked about getting my initial payment back as I was literally cheated and my car damaged, the best I was offered was a free oil change as if I would come back here. All in all a terrible experience and feel like this location took advantage of 24 year old girl looking for oil change. If you go here, please double or triple check their work before leaving to avoid a potentially really dangerous situation.

I used to love going to this location to get my oil changed, but I was very disappointed in my experience today. The staff did honor that I got there first and made sure I changed lanes when a different bay opened up. I also had my tire light on, so was happy to hear they would fill my tires. However right before I was going to leave, the light was still on. I asked if they filled my tires and they assured me they had. I drove home, checked them myself, and they were definitely not filled. I would ve thought a near $100 service stop (with a coupon) would ve gotten my tires filled with air. I also don t appreciate being told one thing when the opposite is true. It s the little things and if they can t do it, I ll take my business elsewhere.

The dude with the beard had good car-side manners. He gave my car a checkup and fast synthetic oil change and also helped me with my coupon. I have been going to this location for 7 years. They have good customer service.

I have been coming to this location for the past six years and it is the only location that I will come to get all of my services done. It s hard to trust a lot of auto shops in this day and age but I know I m always in good hands and kept informed every step of the way for what is best for me and my car at this Valvoline.Every team member is always super patient and friendly every single time I ve been here. I never worry about being oversold or pressured to buy anything I don t need.

I came in to prep my car for the winter and Ryan and his team was the best! He got me in and out, was super knowledgeable, and represented the brand so well. It was a great reminder why I keep coming back.

They always take care of me when I come here, got my tire pressure right, changed my filters, replaced my car battery, got a oil change and got my windshield wipers replaced with some better ones and it was all done within 20 minutes.

I got my oil changed at this location and was told my oil plug would not go back in and they need to use a temporary oil plug AKA a piggyback. Because of this, they needed to put another round of oil in but ensured me not to worry because I m getting a free oil flush . Well it was not until I got home and did a second of research to find the only reason my oil plug wouldn t go back in is if it was cross threaded and abused by the technician. I had gotten 5 straight oil changes at this same location without any issues. I even talked to my car manufacturer service team who said Valvoline was clearly at fault. After countless calls to the manager and customer support center for my case number I opened, I eventually was told my car is old and this is normal wear and tear so they cannot help me. Extremely disappointed and I will be going elsewhere or changing my oil myself from this point forward.

Honestly a phenomenal experience. Have been going to dealership but this service was much cheaper and much better. Ryan was awesome to work with. Really nice guy and I love giving my business to nice folks doing great work at a good price. Customer at this location from here on out.

Always the best service. Rising automotive costs and maintenece is getting ridiculous. The associates are very aware. They go the extra mile by being informative and breaking down schedules for maintenence. Will continue to utilize their expertise.

I thoroughly recommend having your car serviced at this location. The people here are very personable and helpful. They go above and beyond taking care of the services I need for my car. They are never pushy quite pleasant to be around. Quick and easy. Highly recommended

Just went to this location. It usually takes 15 - 20 minutes once you get into a bay, and they typically check things like lights, turn signals, filters, fluid levels. This time I was in there for 5-10 minutes tops and only a filter was shared with me and I believe battery was checked, nothing else.I was expecting the good service and communication from previous visits, but for $107 I'll just go back to having Germain Lexus handle all my maintenance.

Ryan took care of my Girlfriends Jeep today and was absolutely awesome. He was informative and walked me through everything I needed and didn't need during my visit. No up selling like a used car salesman. I will be coming back to this spot for all my car needs for the future!!

Very polite and helpful. They had everything needed to do the oil change on my Audi A6. They even had an oil vacuum to more efficiently remove the oil without the need to remove the oil drain plug.

Slow service. Inappropriate wait time. If it's gunna be a 2 hr wait just tell people. Don't advertise 15 mins. Might as well call this place talkoline. Be aware folks. Owner doesn't care. You'll be stuck in line for 2 hrs and 15. Not 15

Went for simple oil change and had Ryan as the main guy helping me out and he and everyone else were absolutely great. Wasn t pressured into anything and he did a great job explaining things to me that I will need to consider getting serviced in the near future. I don t know what they re paying Ryan but he deserves a raise.

I visited this Valvoline location in New Albany, OH this pat weekend because my truck was due for an oil change, I usually go to the dealership but decided to try someplace a little closer to my house. I saw that they had very high reviews on Google so I decided to give them a try. Was nervous at first but our CSR Leah quickly put us at ease and made us feel very comfortable . She went out of her way to make us laugh and was very detail oriented explaining all the different services. She never tried to upsell us like dealerships do. Christyan and Hayden was our service technicians and they did a superb job servicing my truck and made sure to explain everything they were doing each step of they way. Definitely an awesome service crew at this location. Will definitely return for future service needs. Thank you for a very comfortable experience!
