I loved every second of my truck purchasing experience. I am from out of state and first came in with my fiance while visiting her in the fall of 23 just to start looking at vehicles and kind of see what piqued my interest but I had no idea I'd be returning 3 months later to purchase a truck and that is due in large part to the sales rep Sean , who from the get to made me feel comfortable, and at ease with the process. I'm a larger individual so finding a vehicle that I fit into comfortably and he went to work first asking what I was looking for, what types of vehicles, options ect and then asked my budget. We found a truck that I liked and set up a test drive, and while I wasn't ready to purchase at that time, Sean gave his business card and contact info and never once pushed or pressured me but would periodically check in and let me know the stores current stock and deals. After looking at A LOT of vehicles and dealerships closer to my home I never found anything close to the selection or prices that Valley Ford had on their F-150s selection. Once the year end deals rolled around i reached back out to Sean with a couple of the trucks on the lot that I was interested in and he quickly helped me narrow down the offers and deals available as well as pricing with my X-Plan compared to the dealerships offers. In the end he worked hard to find me the F-150 of my dreams and even better we were able to take care of the vast majority of the paperwork securely and electronically as well as work on an offer for my trade in, which was even more important to me because I traveled from Illinois to purchase the truck. We completed everything before the new year and then set up a time for me to pick up the truck and completed my trade in with no issues at all. Sean happily answered all of my questions, and there were plenty, quickly and throughly and even helped me set up an appointment with their partnered business for a truck bed liner. I was and still am beyond blown away with how easy and stress free this process was and how amazing Sean and the entire crew at Valley Ford were and I'll definitely be referring anybody and everybody I know here, because this was one of the best purchasing experiences I've ever had all because of Sean

Horrible experience with the service department. I needed my car serviced and call to schedule an appointment. My first call, the service department individual on the phone told me how much the labor would cost and wanted me to call the parts department for the parts cost. I asked the individual to get both. She said she could call back with the total cost. She never did. Then, I call back a few days later and a different lady gave me the estimated cost for both and scheduled the appointment. I dropped off the car. I called the service department 6 times throughout the day and it always went to voicemail. I arrived at 4:30PM to find out that the dealership didn't have the parts and I had to wait 3-5 days AND had to prepay for the parts. I gave my work and cell number and my work and personal emails. So, the parts came in and I dropped off the car again. Called throughout the day and still when to voicemail. I finally asked the nice cashier lady to ask a service department person to see if my car was done. A service department lady said yes. That is about it. So, I picked up my car and saw a misc parts charge AND an IT Technology fee added to my bill. I got my rear wheel bearings replaced. The service departments should have taken the time to explain what was done to the car and the additional fees. Also, the multi-point inspection form didn't verify the "Clutch Operation (if equipped) item. My car has a clutch (manual transmission). This dealership also charges 2.95% for credit card transactions. The 1 star review is for the service department lack of communication with the customer and with their own parts department and ensuring a full understanding of the service performed and requested.

Nick was very helpful during the purchase of my new car. Nick sent a video of the car before I made a 2 hour drive to look at it, to be sure it was worth the drive. He was very patient throughout the whole process, and made follow up calls after the purchase to make sure the car fit my needs. I appreciate all of his help. I highly recommend Nick at Valley Ford.

The best place to buy your Ford in Columbus! I bought a new 2023 Ford Escape ST-Line Select with Tech Pack #2, and I'm loving it! Very friendly and helpful staff that made my decision easy (believe me, I was just getting quotes and ended the day driving a new car).If you are in doubt, go and talk to Nick Plutchak. I didn't even want to, but he took me to the car, showed me all its features, and taught me how to use the Sync4.Nick: thank you so much. You are an incredible guy!

I wish I could give ZERO stars. I was in a rush to buy a car after the ins company said I had to return the rental car in 5 days. Valley kept showing me cars they "thought" they could get to work with my payment and credit score. I finally agreed on one. They told me they would be in touch when the paperwork was ready, They called and said they have to re-sign a contract with the bank. That ate up 4 days. On the 5th day they told me they could no longer get the vehicle financed. They showed me a similar vehicle that I bought. Started having problems right away. I told the dealer that sold it all my complaints and was told to bring it in. I bought the vehicle on the 6/14/2023. The vehicle was dropped back off to them on the 6/19 for inspection. I called and left multiple voicemails and never received a call back. I finally went into Valley for answers on 6/29. They told they have been waiting for my authorization to go ahead with the transmission repair. I never got a call. They had me wait until I could talk Jack. He finally called and said that I do not owe this, they are trying to figure out a solution. In July I told them to use my extended warranty if needed. They said they had to wait 30 days from the purchase date for it to be active. 30 days would have been 7/14. I called 7/31 for an update. I was told they had just spoke with the warranty company and sending an inspector. 8/1 I was told the warranty company was covering it and the transmission would be in within 7 days. 8/16 they still have no transmission and just now checking into it. Finally received the part 8/25, and work was finally completed 9/5. 3 months hassle for an issue they should have never sold me a car with. One of the associates even told me I should be happy they are providing me with a rental. Turns out, on 12/22 I found out that it now needs it's third transmission since I have bought it less than 7 months ago. STAY AWAY from Valley.

It's so pleasant at Roush Ford. James is so nice! He is very polite, very kind and very professional. He made the whole process very simple and gave me a perfect deal. James considered my feelings very much. It's so happy to do business with James! Definitely worth my 14 hours drive from Florida. Thank you very much James!! Take care! Will come back if had a chance.

I purchased my very first brand new car a few days ago from Bedell Corey and the team at Roush Ford. Due to the inventory shortage, I had to order my Mustang GT back in May. When it finally arrived they let me know immediately, even before I got the email from Ford that it had been shipped!Once I arrived at the dealership to see the car, the process was seamless from start to finish. Everyone I dealt with was courteous, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to make sure my questions were answered and my needs were met. It was truly the best car buying experience I've ever had while. I will definitely do business with Bedell and the Roush team again.

I had high hopes for this dealership. I wanted to purchase a Ford Maverick pickup truck. Deal was almost done until I learned they had marked the Maverick up 1k. I'm not rich, I'm being treated for lung cancer and have a limited budget and need a car I can get in and out of easy, but I don't want to be taken advantage of. Shame on any dealer who gouges there customers in favor of greed. I guess I'll wait for a Chevy or Toyota mini pickup. Disgusting.

I had a front axle repaired at Rousch ford. We picked the car up and not even 10 miles down the road I hear this awful dragging noise. I pull over and they didn t install the skid plate back on correctly and they left the aero cover off. I m on the side of the road on a Sunday with my 14 month old while it s below freezing. 80 miles from home. ( I was visiting my dad at OSU Wexner when the car broke down). My husband has to tie the skid plate with a PHONE CHARGER. Come Monday we are told to contact James Holley the service manager we left multiple voicemails after a week of not hearing anything back we are told to contact the general manager Jason. We finally hear from him and he tells us he will get back to us to figure out a solution it has been two weeks now and we have not heard back.

Great leasing experience with Drew Trotter at Valley Ford. My guy hustled the second I reached out about the Explorer ST. Easy process, no pressure, and was an overall pleasure to work with. Thanks to everyone at Valley Ford.

I wanted to thank Roush Ford for being the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Mike Bradley took care of me before the sale, during the sale and after the sale. When there was an issue with my truck a few weeks after I got it Mike stepped up and really helped me and my business. Jason the sales Manager was also great to deal with. Always upfront when other dealers play game Roush is an honest dealership. Thanks again for helping me and my family.

Strongly don t recommend. SSN wrong on loan, name misspelled on temp tag, lied to about interest rate. At least the vehicle is what we wanted. Parents purchased a new 2020 explorer st a few year ago, I purchased a truck years ago no issues. Their service and ability to do business has gone significantly downhill. Would go anywhere but here!! Run from this dealership!

Bought a new maverick and there was no markup. I see the last guy who left a review said they marked it up by 1k and he obviously does not understand that the mavericks that are available were ordered as fleet vehicles by a company which gets fleet pricing. So the real msrp unless you order as a comapny using fleet is 1k more than the fleet discount. There are no mavericks that are available anywhere just to buy. The only units available are ones that people order and back out on.

I've had a very disappointing experience with their customer service. If you're a full-time worker needing an oil change during the weekend, don't expect any assistance from them. This has been my worst experience with Valley Ford. Not recommended to buy a new car form them!

I had a wonderful experience buying a used car at Roush Ford. The sales team is small and friendly with top notch customer service. I worked with Jerry and James, who were both great, and made the process as smooth as possible. They worked with me to get me the deal I needed, and I love my new car. I'll be back for the next one here, too!

There is a brand new $40k vehicle sitting in my garage collecting dust because I can't drive it. After 3 techs in service told me that the damage was prob done during transport, management decided otherwise. It had 60ish miles on it when the awful sound started. Ford doesn't want to pay for it. Insurance doesn't want to pay since I did not hit anything to cause damage to vehicle. They want me to shell out $2700 to get it fixed. It's my word against theirs. They also told me that they don't take pics of under the vehicle during inspections of new vehicles.I want to caution everyone purchasing a new vehicle (even if there is only 6 miles on it) MAKE THEM PUT IT UP IN THE AIR AND CHECK IT!!!! IMO their QC checklist process is questionable. With technological advancements, they should prob take pictures to go along with their QC checklist to prove everything is good. Protects them and the customer. They take several pics on their iPads whenever they service our vehicles, why not when they are inspecting them prior to a sale? I have bought 3 trucks/cars from this dealership since 2016. 2 of the previous 3 have required work to fix factory defects/damage after the purchase. Now on the 4th vehicle this happens. I should have heard or seen something to cause this kind of a dent & scrape. One would also think there would be damage to other areas underneath and not just muffler. Why aren't the bash plates damaged? There is also a minor dent on a pipe towards the back, but no where else. It just doesn't add up for me. This supposed to be an off road vehicle (that hasn't been taken off road yet) & their telling me it cannot handle driving around town with out getting this kind of damage??

We bought a 2020 Ford Edge with the help of Mike Phillips. He did an excellent job of showing us what we were looking for and helping us to get the best financing possible! He is very professional and very dedicated to his customers. We recommend Mike to anyone who wants the best customer service experience!

Worst service department yet. Never know what is going on, was called to schedule recall work, showed up and they didn't know what was going on. Had car for over 3 hours just to "reorder" parts again.... no respect for your time. They keep blaming staff shortages but are the ones scheduling the service and ordering the parts. Going back to Ricart where the work gets done when scheduled.

First, I would like to say in all my past visits I have had A+ service. This experience however didn't go so well.I brought my F150 in to get an oil change. I also shared that I noticed oil spots on the tailgate and that I received a low oil pressure light. After the Oil change they confirm that there was an oil pan leak (This is the same issue that I had serviced 9 months prior). I made an appointment to bring the truck back in because I needed to have a loader car. I dropped the truck off on 5/3/21 for the oil pan service. After a week I had to reach out for an update. I received no communication from the service center. I initiated all contacts except for the final contact to let me know my truck was ready. In past services I would with a person named Destry that provided me with updates every few days. When I used the text option this visit that was provided, I received zero response. I picked the truck up on 5/14/21. After leaving the lot I noticed an odd noise. I persisted the rest of the day. I called back in on 5/15/21 and returned the truck later that day. I had them listen for the noise and also pointed out the oily hand prints left on the hood after the service. The determined the noise to be a drive train issue and made some calls to have me leave the truck behind. They were able to provide me with a rental again. I received a call Monday Morning that the found the issue and resolved it. I picked up my truck and asked what they found. They informed me that the heat shields that had to remove to replace the oil pan were not reinstalled properly. When I left and got home I noticed that I still had the oily handprints on the hood. Less than 48 hours after picking up the truck I was shocked when my truck displayed a CHANGE ENGINE OIL SOON warning light. I was able to pop the hood and check the oil and see that oil levels were normal, they failed to reset the oil setting after the oil change.

Karen and I just purchased a 2023 Ford Bronco Sport Heritage. We love it!! I have purchased many vehicles from a variety of dealers. Never have I been treated with such good communication throughout the negotiation process , buying process and the actual delivery!! Our salesperson, Nick Roberts, really worked hard to earn our business. It was one of the easiest and most enjoyable buying experiences that I've ever had!! I would highly recommend Valley Ford of Columbus!

I brought my car in a month ago for a recall. I was told that it would be done the next day, so I took out a rental car. I was called the next day to come pick up my car because they didn't have the tool to fix it. The only good experience I had with this place was the rental service, they went above and beyond.
