Quick and flexible service! I loved that my rare tire size was not only in stock, but that they had multiple options based on my budget. The used tire looked ok, and the brand new tire option was reasonably priced. I had to have Triple A bring my car in and the worker got the tire off and replaced in under 30 minutes. Affordable, transparent, and efficient! Thank you guys!

Avoid at all costs. Owner is not honest and probably criminal. I bought a used car at a local dealership. Part of the deal was to get the back tires replaced. I thought I was getting new, but hey I'll take good used tires. He told and showed the salesman that he had tires for the SUV that were almost as new as the front ones already on the SUV. I wasn't able to make it back down that day to get it done, but was able to a week later. There were some issues about the payment which you can blame both the owner and the salesman for lack of communication. But whatever I can take a half hour of uncomfortableness for good tires. I just wanted to get out of there so I didnt even think to check the "new" tires. I look later that day and that criminal put on worse tires than the tires I had on the SUV already. I did the penny test and the driver side came out to 2/32 and the passenger side came out between 2/32 and 3/32. I called him first thing Monday morning and asking where my tires were. He said "you paid for used tire, you get used tire." Yeah the guy at the dealership paid for used tire, not bald!!! So would not exchange. I had an argument with him over the phone but to no avail. Never going back to this place. If I were you I would avoid as well if you dont want to get ripped off.

if you need tire care, these guys are the real deal. I had a nail in my tire and they not only fixed my repair, but they also topped off all my fluids and changed my cabin filter. What a great service!!!

Terrible place, staff (owner i think) is very rude and aggressive. They charge you two times more for regular tire change. Total amount will be two times more then you expect. Ask total amount in the beginning. Never come again. .!.

The workers are really nice. Knowledgeable within the car field and great prices on tires. Always in stock and great customer service. If you need tires in Columbus come support this booming business.

They cross threaded my wheel stud. Now I have to deal with that. Funny thing is they tried to convince me that it wasn t a problem and it was normal. I can change the stud myself but I wonder how many people have they done this to that don t know how to work on cars...? Avoid this place.

We were traveling to Columbus from out of state in June. Hit a nail just outside the city. USA Tire Shop patched us up within the hour and we were able to visit where we planned on going that day. Reasonably priced.

Bought 4 new tires and got the free alignment with the purchase of 4 ..... Very polite and friendly ..... 3 days later my wife came home with one of the new tires and a bolt in it :-( ..... The owner of USA tire went above and beyond by being extremely nice and replaced the same tire at cost .... For that reason he will have my business from this day forward..... Hard to find good people and I can attest the USA tire has just that ...... GOOD PEOPLE !!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I have never been to a more unprofessional establishment. I had some brake work done on my vehicle on May 30, 2022. After the work was done, I informed the owner and person who did the brake work that my Epark brake light was on. Their advice was for me to drive the car and then the light would reset after 1200 miles (Ridiculous ). It has been almost a month with the Epark light still on. I took my vehicle to a licensed certified mechanic who looked at the work USA tires did and hooked up the car to his computer. He told me that the rear left Ebrake actuator was damaged when the brakes were installed by USA tires. The whole thing is irreparable. The licensed mechanic gave me pics of what his computer determined along with the Vin for my vehicle along with the brake code info. I thought that I could take this information to USA tires. I was calm and smiled as I spoke, however, upon stating my case, the owner became angry and started cursing. He and Oscar were very disrespectful, unprofessional, and did not want to hear anything I had to say. Oscar even justified his Uncle s (owner) behavior by saying he reacted in that manner because of stand your ground. I can excuse this as an uneducated comment by him. Please, please, do NOT go to USA tires. They are obviously inexperienced and uninterested in admitting or correcting their mistake. I plan on pursuing further action against them.

My Husband went to get used tires and they sold him flat tires w holes in them, which we did not discover until after we left. They would not refund the money for the tires. After leaving here we had to go get four new ones because the two flat ones with holes they sold us for 160 bux was junk. They were very very rude about a refund so we were out tires and money. After losing 160 dollars for holy flat tires and this company being the rudest people ever I wouldn t recommend them to anyone! Ever! I wouldn t even give them one star but that s only way I could post my review!

Oscar is a really nice employee and goes out of his way to be of assistance. They have a pull up FREE AIR in front of the store, buy 4 tires, get a free alignment. GREAT PLACE!

Service is totally poor guy barely say anything to you when speak to and just takes long time to help you. If you got nothing better to do than get your tires or bored just come here and hang around this place is good at making you wait. There s a lounge are where you can watch Maury.

Driving through to Arizona. Bad tire had us stranded. (Wife, 2 kids, dog). Called USA tire shop at 5pm and they had us back on the road by 5:45pm. Fifteen minutes to spare! Thanks guys!

Had a flat tire. Picked up a nail somewhere. These folks plugged the hole and had me back on the road within 30 minutes. They were very nice and very professional.

These guys are VERY disrespectful and take advantage of the customers dollar. Sold my wife damaged rims for way too much and didn't have lugs for them. Took ADVANTAGE OF A WOMAN.

Went to have a valve stem sensor style put in my van the next morning tire was flat I went to a nearby shop found out that USA tire shop had used duct tape to seal a hole went into ask questions of why... I got cussed at called names and told to leave I have video of it all
