I came here with my grandfather earlier today and got a passenger side mirror for my 2007 Acura TL for $100 with NO DAMAGE.The staff is very professional, fast and extremely nice.The online inventory search is a PLUS to see if they have a part you need in stock, you would just need to call and confirm but 9 times out of 10 they do!They also pull the part for you so no extra tools and dirty hands needed

Great place for used parts and won't sell you junk like other places and prices are good to unlike other places who want crazy prices for worse condition parts then look at you like your crazy to ask how they justify the price.....smh.....but this is a true mom and pop company with people who actually care about what you need and when you need it plus they sell great batteries and they stand behind their warranties and keep professional attitudes and will help source the part you need even they don't have it themselves but ensure it's a good part from other places they trust unlike other places just up the road .....great place, trusted resource and even better people, that's universals way no matter what.

I was quoted two different prices. The one over the phone changed when I came in. They said it was because I needed another piece with it. Which already seemed priced to high anyway! This place was more expensive than others around. Service wasn't great and it's very confusing when you first walk in. It's dirty and messy, but then again they have scrap parts! I did like that they offer warranties. My part tested good, thank gosh!

Bought an engine here over 2 years ago for a very very very decent price. Was able to hear the engine run that morning and picked it up that afternoon. Still going strong and I beat it to death!

I called earlier in the day and was quoted a price for my rims/wheels on my car. I went to pick them up, they showed me the items and sold them to me at the same price I was quoted. They were quick, friendly, and very helpful. I will definitely be back for future purchases!

So far they always have the part I need. Stephanie is very nice and helpful.The only thing I can deplore is that sometimes you may have to wait more than 30min to get the piece ready.

Poor customer service, called to inquire about a shifter cable I need, lady on the phone did not even allow me to finish my question when I was just cut off with a straight "NO WE DONT" ...great way to do business congrats.

Workers are very rude.. they dnt like to help I can't get my money back but they dnt have any parts for me to get for car.. so it's a scam can't get new parts smh

They told me they had the part I needed (a power driver side mirror) and the price. I showed up, they brought me the part in less than 5 minutes, they sold it to me at the price they'd quoted, and they were friendly. I asked if they guaranteed the power mirror would work when I plugged it in, and they said yes - they would swap it for another one if it didn't. So I bought it and put it on my car and lived happily ever after.

Scammers!!!Very worst customer service and representative behavior is inappropriate. Informed different when I asked and increased price while paying. Trying to scam more money.

If I could rate this place negative stars I would. Was quoted $3200 for a complete engine, with $100 core charge. Showed up with my engine core, stripped down just like anyone else would do (you never know if the new engine will have bad sensors or turbo etc.) to my surprise the guy there tried to tack on $250 due to the fact that I kept my old turbo.!! I Told him I d rather pay the $100 core charge and keep my bad engine as a whole and he insisted that it doesn t work that way. Ticked off that I spent over $3K on an engine and he would try to yank my chain about a junk turbo. I will gladly take my money elsewhere.!

These ppl sell bad parts. Make sure you triple check what youre getting and if they wont test items in front of you dont buy them. I got a bad part from them, I have my purchase receipt but of course no refund only store credit. Why would I want store credit for a place that sells bad parts?!

Waste of time,called twice to verify they had the part I needed before we drove 30 minutes to pick it up and several times made sure the make and model were correct. We got there and off course it was a miscommunication that we were told happens all the time, in which case I felt, rather than them tell us how to say something they should know to ask a 2000 Ford explorer didn't mean 2004 explorer ,I actually t repeated 2000 at least 2-3 times both times I called, then they sent us to another shop for the same part that was supposedly 5 minutes away was actually about 15 minutes in the ghetto and the part they tried to sell us was complete trash, huge waste of time,I called universal back the girl was unapologetic ,I don't recommend them.

Currently having to do a run-through of my SUV,after due to Reverse Polarity by a Shop Replacing a Starter.... Needing an Alternator and Traveling through Columbus I called Universal Auto Parts and they had multiple items available.Having done the same thing the Day before in the Rockford Area, with their having brought one that appeared to have been a Flood Vehicle, I was overlated to find U.A.P. brought out a New One, Recently Rebuilt, which was not a cheap Retail Chain Brand. Also picked up a ThrottleBody for the same Reason..Both Work Great and now SUV is running at 14v whereas the old Alternator was only at 13.4-13.7v..Before failing a Week Ago....VERY Helpful Staff, had to Call a couple of times due to Traveling, would Recommend U.A.P. for your Auto Parts Needs..Prices similar to Pick-A-Parts Locations and no Tools needed....

Their parts are always good but they will tell you something on the phone and then tell you something different when you get there so it kind of makes calling them pointless

Great place to get discontinued replacement parts not found at other yards. Got a great price too. Check these guys out. Se habla Espanol!
