The salesperson was great, I rushed the process because I wanted a car so bad. The car fax said no accidents but after the loan was approved I noticed the bumper was smashed and the door strips on all four doors were detached , they tried to glue them but not really good. It leaks when going through the car wash. The car salesman said there was nothing he could do because he had to pay for the car to get detailed due to the bad pet smell. I appreciate the easy process on getting the car but I guess you get what you pay for. I should've went back to Carvana :(

They sold my 70 yr old mother a 2016 Hyundai Tucson. We just recently took it in for a minor repair at a dealership and was told that the gas tank had a hole in it that was glued (patched.) I reached out to the service manager in the past and present and we re still waiting to hear back. How can you sell anyone especially the elderly a vehicle with a hole in a gas tank. Definitely a rip off.!That s just like selling a lemon. I recommend when buying a pre owned vehicle to take it to another dealer and put it on a lift to inspect everything. It s sad that my mother has to feel like she s been taking advantage of and nothing is being done about it.

So after enduring probably the most horrific year of my life in 2023 losing a parent unexpectedly, attempted theft and vandalism of my car (KIA SPORTAGE) then 1 month later after getting it back, actual theft of my car, stolen out of my luxury residential garage in Washington, DC. All I could hope for at this point is only beautiful things for the New Year in 2024 I can only say how beyond grateful & thankful I am for Dee Jones and his team at Twins Buick! They made the whole process of getting a new car completely painless, which was greatly appreciated, car shopping is awful!!!! Hands down the BEST experience I have ever had working with a dealership! Dee guided me every step of the way and was able to get me into the new 2024 Buick Envista, I won t lie Im excited to own a Buick after all my KIA heartache, and at a reasonable/affordable price! Sales to financing, to everyone on the dealership floor, the entire team was incredible! Dee went above and beyond to help me, no doubt, I highly recommend this team at Twins, you can put your trust in them. Dee Jones is so amazing! Literally got a brand new car in less than 1 hour! Including all the paperwork! I highly recommend this man if you're looking for a new or used car! The entire staff was so friendly and I felt respected as a person and not just looked at as a "commission". I'd give 10 stars if I could! Hands down the smoothest car buying experience I've ever had!

Kudos to the owner Ty, and his crew, Jud, Drew and particularly Jennifer for pointing us in their direction. My daughter had her vehicle totaled by an errant driver. She had her 1, 3 and 5 yr old kids with her. My Grandkids. No serious injuries. Mostly just trauma though my daughter does have some neck and back issues now. We were having no luck finding a replacement that would hold 3 car seats. Jen got me on a a 3 way call with Ty and he sent me to his dealership to talk to Jud. My daughter is now in an awesome 2015 Audi Q7 with barely 100 k miles. Drew was diligent in getting this vehicle detailed and inspected in record time. ... Tears of sadness .... turned to tears of joy! Thank you all!

I was not intending to trade in my car and get a new lease, but after Peyton s help and expertise I realized it was the best decision for me. I always go to Twins for my oil change and maintenance on my vehicle. This particular day, my payment card was locked. As I was calling to get it unlocked the manager, (I believe he was the manager), told me to go ahead and go. I am covered and God bless me. I was very happy and surprised and thankful. And even before that, the associate that helped me, Sam was going to allow me to go as well as he knew it was locked and had funds. I am very happy with Twins which is the reason I return for service.

I wasn t certain of what the outcome would be when visiting the dealership but knew what kind of service I wanted to see. The service from Brandon was great. He was completely transparent with my situation which I knew going in was a tall order. It was refreshing. It was more of a surprise when Ted reached out to help further. The teamwork and effort was beyond my expectations. Great work!

I will say I was surprised that the GM reached out to me and discussed the issue and made it right. It was enough for me to have him call. I felt like he listened and did not want to lose a customer so I am willing to go back for services next time. That is good customer service and support.Customer service is terrible. first I was told it would take a few days that turned into 3 weeks. Now I know they had to order parts and wait for them to come in but inform your customer. I called once a week that just to get an update. Then the price I was given went up by 600 on the day to get my truck. I was charged 175 for installation of a battery on the day I picked up my truck. I was told 175 is the hourly rate but wasn t charged that same amount for installation of a new alternator and ABS line. I m glad I got my truck back and it s working but I m never going back there. Lastly I get in my truck and it needs air in the tires couldn t even do that for free knowing they had my truck for 3 weeks exactly. As I was leaving another customer had nothing but bad things to say. Shop around before settling with them for anything.

Amazing experience. Dee took his time to ensure all our questions were answered and we were comfortable with our deal. This was the fastest process buying a car I have ever had. Great experience and great vehicle. Thank you to Bryan in finance and Dee for getting us going in our new truck. Can t wait to go camping.

They sold me a truck that broke down right before I drove it off the lot. Brandon the sales guy insured it would be fixed immediately. Took two weeks to fix the whole time I had to try and get a hold of him to see what was going On. Agreed and signed on a 40 month finance just to see the bank has me on a 54 month finance. Steer clear of this place. Wasn t going to post anything till I had seen someone say the exact thing happend to them.

I had the opportunity to have met and been served by Brandon Lahn at this location (960 Morse Road). Brandon went above and beyond to get me in a brand new 2023 GMC YUKON XL truck just as I wanted. I had very specific things I needed for my family and Brandon knew just what I needed.My experience was an outstanding one because he cares about people and you can tell, he is honest, straight forward (which I love and appreciate), professional, and immensely patient. He listened attentively and avoided aggressive sales tactics which I am thankful for. He wasted no time and I never felt like he looked at me as a dollar sign.After the sale, he made sure I had everything I needed and that I was aware of my perks/benefits and how to use/redeem them when the time comes. He was very knowledgeable across topics we discussed related to the car and business and he answered all of my questions. I have never had a sales consultant to take the time he spent with me and thoroughly explain features and processes. I went into the service department to have my radio serviced because the sound went out. I was greeted by Mr. Mark and he went above and beyond looking after my vehicle while in his care. My radio sounds better than ever and I just love the service team at Twin Buick!

Before writing this review my son and I attempted to find a resolution to the fact that we were sold a vehicle that had issues from Day 1.================No parent wants to know their child of any age got taken by a horrible experience with used car dealership. Well, that is what has happened to my son.Since DAY 1 the vehicle has been nothing but trouble! We should have paid attention to the RED FLAGS!RED FLAG #1When he got it home he opened the glove compartment and the door fell off. We dismissed it.RED FLAG #2 (same day)Rear view camera would turn on in reverse (but it did at dealership). Again we dismissed it.RED FLAG #3 (same day hrs later)Son went outside and tire was flat. Contacted dealer and they said someone must have let the air out or son ran over something. We got air put in tire.RED FLAG #4 (Next Day)It was raining and son was driving and heard a sound that didn't seem right. He called me. It sounded like a flat. Next thing there was a pop sound and he almost lost control in heavy traffic. Police came and swore son hit something. There was nothing.Come to find out tire had a valve stem leak.Dealership claimed to fix tire but leak still happened and other things started showing up.Things came to a head when there was water... yes, WATER, inside the vehicle.My son had a shirt behind the passenger seat on the floor. When he picked it up it was damp. He figured maybe it rained during the night and he left the window open. (Note... it hadn't rained)A week or so passed and he noticed the carpet was soaked... as in push down with hand and water would cover it. Called dealership and was given an appt a month later.The mechanic said the pipe from AC busted and was draining water inside car. He said that kind of damage couldn't have happened in the time we had the car. Dealership wanted to charge my son almost $2,000 to fix.At that point we wanted out the car. Made no sense paying for a car can't drive or not safe to drive.What sealed the deal is when the brakes froze and my son was unable to stop. It could have cause a major accident... thankfully there was little traffic so he made it home. He parked and car wouldn't start the next morning.On October 28th I posted about the problem in Facebook, someone from the dealership responded. I spoke with the person and they offered a meeting with original sales rep and said the GM Ted Franklin would be at dealership. Meeting was pointless. Sales rep tried to sell my son another car and do a trade-in and he said GM was not available because he was in a corporate meeting.The rep told my son that he should file chapter 7 bankruptcy (because he had done it) and after 7-10 days that he could come back to be part of their 1st time buyer program.I had the car towed to a mechanic who said the error codes showing up look as if the vehicle was "SUBMERGED IN WATER"!!! There are 4 pages of error codes (which we are in possession of). The shop has said they won't touch it in attempt to fix it and that it would probably take a year to fix.So my son has a car he is expected to pay for that he can't drive. The finance company is offering no support. The dealership isn't offering a solution. The one suffering is my son and our family.We likely aren't the only ones with a horror story to tell.If a solution to our situation with TWINSBhappens I will update this review.

My sales representative Dwayne Carter was AWESOME!!! Made it very easy for me that when I came to pick up my new car all I had to do was sign two papers. He even had programmed my car prior to my arrival. The best experience in car buying that I ever had in my life.

Jennifer was one of the best sales reps we have had when buying a car. She made the process super smooth and easy. There was no pressure at all the whole time we were and she went above expectations on the trade in as well. I will absolutely be heading back to Jenn when it s time for a new truck.

The Maintenance department is always friendly.. I work 2 jobs and have very limited free time. We have always been able to work around my schedule! Fast and convenient service. Thank you for putting the customer first!

I received a letter from this dealer letting me know that because I had been a good paying customer I could terminate my existing loan or lease early. The letter also states that I could upgrade to a newer vehicle with new features and it was all a marketing lie! I have never experience false advertising like this. Below is a copy of the original letter. I walked in and asked about this wonderful promotion and I was told by the sales rep that this was only a "marketing tool" She also said I could not break my lease because I was in a 3yr lease and it had only been 1 1/2 years. I will never due business here again, and I would recommend not doing business with a company that uses false advertisement to get you in the door. I should also mention that I received this same letter last time I leased a vehicle. At that time I was able to take advantage of what they now call a marketing tool.

I just spoke with "Jeb". I still want it a car and this quote sales manager says "you didn't want Hannah and you didn't want Andrea what do you want." I'm sorry, I thought I was a customer and I should be treated with a modicum of respect and I also thought the customer was right. I didn't yell or Scream I say this experience has been the absolute WORSt experience I've had in a decade of car buying. First I'll say I just purchased from Jeff Wyler. AMAZING experience. Great sakes staff however I began texting with Hannah I let her know I wanted to purchase within 24 hours after 12:00 noon I get nothing on a Friday I text and text and text nothing so I decide this isn't the place for me they apologize and have Andrea call me I asked Andrea series a questions that she could not answer I then find out she's a newbie at this point I'm frustrated all I want is a car I'm not hard to deal with but I'd like good service if I'm going to spend $30,000. I asked that I not have an inexperienced salesperson and this person says to me everyone has to start somewhere maybe you should go to another dealership oh my! Good more professional response would be certainly will be happy to give you a more experienced or seasoned sales person and then go train Andrea. It's obvious she didn't even know what a hard pull was how do you put someone on the floor who doesn't know what a hard pull is that's basic information. So I call wow

****Highly recommend Dee Jones*****Our time here at Twins Buick GMC has been flawless. I was pre-qualified through capital and put in a request to see the vehicle we wanted. Gina from Twins called me in no time after submitting the request to get an appointment.Upon arrival we were directed to Dee for sales and let me tell you.... phenomenal service. Very transparent, customer service oriented,and to the point. He got our vehicle squared away and all the details while we test drove it. Everything was ready when we got back. Fast, quality service.I will be back here to purchase our next vehicle.

Jennifer is the best sales specialists I have ever worked with. We bought our Durango from her 3 years ago, so when looking for a new truck, I went to see what they have. She knew I was on a time crunch and catered to my every need to let me test drive the trucks I wanted while also running my info for financing to get me my monthly cost in a very quick manner. Her communication was outstanding. In the end, they did not have a truck I liked that fit my budget. I would highly recommend Jennifer if you are looking to get a new car. She will be my first call anytime I am looking for a car.

My experience was great with Twins Buick and the manager Mark and his crew was great and very nice to me when my car was in the shop for 3 months. My part was on back order which was not Twins fault. They keep me in a rental my car is still under full warranty. Mark kept me up to date on status of the part calling and checking every time I stopped in .

DO NOT GO HERE!Their financing department is a joke!We have been truck shopping and have had no problem being approved for anything everywhere else and they said we had to put $17,000 down on a 2020 truck with 50 some thousand miles on it and that s the only way to get a loan OH, and Judd (who he was working with) told my husband that someone was coming with cash to pay for the same truck at 4pm and told him this and handed him his keys and sent him out the door at 3:49pm.

Took car in for an issue with the camera and oil change. Routine maintenance was completed in a timely manner and even though the camera could not be fixed same day, communication has been excellent. Mark and other members of the team provide exceptional customer service

Have been dealing with Brandon Lahn on a new Buick Envision and picked it up yesterday. What a positive experience. He listened to what we needed and answered all our questions; putting us in the best SUV for us. I worked here for 32+ years when it was Bob Daniels Buick GMC, and know Judd Patterson and trusted his judgement. He turned us to Brandon because he knows all the new tech features. What a guy!
