I love Turner Auto, I go to them anytime my car isn t doing well. Ebony is one of the sweetest humans alive and I love talking to her. She will fight to provide her clients the best service and I really appreciate that. I ve never had an issue with their repairs and they ve never tried to sell me what I didn t need.

The clerk at the front desk is very rude. I have a warranty through silver rock and once mentioned you can tell she was irritated because the representative did not explain the process in order to get my claim filed. As she was explaining the process I had questions and the fact she had to repeat herself multiple times made her grow even more frustrated. As I m standing in the lobby waiting for my diagnostics she stated can you sit down, I don t like ppl just standing around, this is why I prefer drop offs I said listen ma am, I have adhd and I am anxious right now. sorry if I m distracting you .She walks outside and tells the worker to stop the diagnostic and to come back when I can leave the car. I try to support my ppl but they wonder why we go to the white man to get the job done. Please learn how to put your emotions to the side. Especially when it come to making money. Definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.

Ebony is super nice and understanding. I had dropped my vehicle off at 9 am I got a call by 11 am to tell me about my vehicle. They couldn't take care of my certain situation but she did recommend a place that could help. And because of that, I was able to get a fee waived. If you have any vehicle issues visit ebony at turner auto service.

Amazing service got my baby fixed same day and she's purring like new again!!! And ebony was wonderful to chat with and made it such a smooth process!!!! I will be back with any mechanical needs

Quick service, fair price, excellent communication. Crazy that Ebony has time to run admin and fix everyone s car by hand!Kidding, great mechanic team, and seriously impressed with the turn around on a full clutch replacement.

Small shop but fantastic customer service and repairs were affordable. When I heard some extra rattling there was no problem bringing it back in for an extra test drive. They are also pretty modern for a small shop. Everything was done electronically and by email. They addressed all my concerns and confirmed appointments over text which is great cause ain t nobody trying to talk on the phone in 2023. Highly recommend the shop.Service: General repairs & maintenance

After noticing this business while driving through the area, we decided to give them a try for a road ready check before a long trip. Easy appointment set up by phone and confirmation received in email. Vehicle was checked and (kind of expected) found to need brake repair/replacement. Received a quote via email and approved charges right back. Reasonable pricing, quick and friendly service, received the vehicle back by the end of day, and its cruising better than before. Turner Auto is amazing! My wife and I were in Columbus for the first time several weeks ago and had an alternator issue come up with our Honda Accord. They were able to get us in the same day and got us a brand new Honda alternator within a few hours! They saved us from what could have been a disaster in the middle of our trip and got us back on the road as quickly as possible! They were very honest with us and their pricing was very reasonable. Could not have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend them!Services: Engine repair, Battery

10/10. Went here for a belt replacement and they were amazing. Ebony in the front was so nice and helpful. My car was done quickly and the price was unbeatable. Turner Auto Service is absolutely great! They are so friendly and sweet and you leave there feeling like family. I got an oil change done and they literally left and got the oil my car needed because it was faster than their typical method. It honestly felt like home. Turner Auto Service is the absolute BEST in the city. I have been a customer for YEARS. After moving to NJ and now back in Columbus, I am so HAPPY I was blessed to find Milton and Turner Auto Service again. I can't imagine going to anyone else. He is very knowledgeable, honest, helpful, kind, and has AMAZING customer service. Ebony in the front office also has AWESOME customer service, very efficient, and makes you feel at home. She is such a beautiful addition to the shop. I'm still beaming with joy and thankfulness from having my car serviced on Tuesday. I highly recommend Turner Auto Service. You will not be disappointed and will have a mechanic that you can rely on and trust FOR LIFE!

Lovely lovely lovely people! I ve been here a 3 times with 3 different cars, oh boy! They are very professional, transparent, timely and communicative. Ebony is a gem! Milton knows his car stuff. They let me know when my car wasn t worth it to get fixed. Also have done a couple pre purchase inspections for me for cars I was interested in from a private seller & a dealership. Know I can trust them to tell me what s all going on with a car and if I should put money into it or not. That s very important to me as a mother of 2 babies. I love them and God bless this shop

This is by far one of the best auto service companies I ve ever been to! I recommend them whenever I can for anyone with a car issue. They are the most diligent, professional, timely, and honest people. Everyone seems so knowledgeable and won t try to price gouge! Very professional, and friendly staff! I would give them 10 stars. However, the limit is 5.I highly recommend going there if you have car trouble. My check engine light turned on while traveling through Columbus. They got me in, repaired and back on the road with almost no delay in my travel schedule. Highly recommended and I wish I could take the entire shop with me to Maryland!

If you re looking for a honest and reliable mechanic I highly recommend Turner Auto Service. Our car had several major issues, but praise God Milton was able to fix our car in less than one day. His rates are affordable and fear. He is very knowledgeable and truly cares about his customers. Thanks again Milton.

Genuinely good people here. My vehicles get repaired properly, quickly, and at a price that really makes it easy to justify all of those things that I just don't want to do myself. I treasure certain old vehicles that most people wouldn't want given to them. Milton and Ebony treat my vehicles and me like gold. My lady is disabled, so walking after a breakdown is not an option. I trust Milton's work for this. I'm not sure if I can convey what a big deal that is. You can trust these folks.

BEST SERVICE EVER!!! From the moment I called to schedule an appointment up to the very end, the service provided here was AMAZING! Ebony, Milton and Alivo (sorry for the incorrect spelling) are great people. Honest, friendly, and very personable. Impeccable customer service! Called to ask how much to replace an EGR valve on a Buick would be and they said well we can t tell you until you come in for the diagnostic well I already know what the problem is no we can t tell you that, so basically they want to steal your money by doing a diagnostic even if you know what the problem is and won t you a price over the phone because they wanna see how much they can take from you when you walk in the door. Don t fall for it!!

Im originally from Michigan and my starter suddenly went out while in Ohio. I didn't know who to call so I went to google in search of a repair shop. I came across TAS and decided to go with them based on the reviews. Im glad I did! They were very friendly and had my truck fixed for a reasonable price within 24 hours! I was in need of a mechanic to replace my alternator and Turner Auto service came highly recommended . Service was very fast , friendly, professional,trustworthy and reasonably priced. If you need an authentic, reliable and legitimate mechanic that cares about the customer's service and needs then Turner Auto Service is the place to go!! I've been using their service from when I first got my license 10 years ago and I will continue to do so. Turner Auto is more than a business, they are like family to me. Turner Auto Service was nothing short of excellent. They came highly recommended from an acquaintance, and I am forever grateful for that recommendation. Their staff was friendly and professional. After calling, I was able to get a next day appointment, and all repairs were completed that same day. Their work even came with a warranty.
