Have gone here with my boyfriend for years. Niel was always amazing, nice and had the best for us always. Gienne, who took over, is an absolutely amazing and wonderful person who helped us with future repairs and prices for our car. Always the best service there, definitely would recommend them.

This place is not the same since Neal retired, which is sad. Used to walk in to a pleasant environment and welcoming people at the desk. Not anymore. Lady at the front desk, who I believe is the manager, is rude and customer service is not her strength. Mechanic who worked on my car was nicer and had better people skills than her. I will mostly not be returning to this location, which I have been going to for roughly 10 years. Best wishes to Neal and his old staff, but if management stays the way it is now, this place is in serious trouble.

Janeen and Don are great! This place is the best of the best! They do great work and make sure your vehicle is safe to drive. If you need work done or even just a check up I highly recommend Tuffy on Broad st!

Exceptional customer service & support! All staff members are very friendly and eager to assist you in getting everything you need done for your vehicle(s). This was my first time trying them and I am totally satisfied with the work they have done on my car. Associate Don was very polite and courteous as well as the new general manager I met. They assured me that I would be taken care of with the utmost consideration, and they were right!

I ve been coming here for a couple of years and have always walked into a smiling face and pleasant staff at the desk. Whoever your new front desk lady is, she s very rude. She instantly got an attitude when I told her I was waiting for my vehicle. I was just getting an oil change and have never had to drop off my car for that. I had a coupon for my oil change that was sent to me previously by Tuffy for 49.95 and she attempted to charge me 59.95. She then told me there were additional fees owed which I have never had to pay. When questioning those she again was very rude and defensive. While sitting here waiting, I also witnessed her being extremely rude to your mechanic staff and the other man working up front with her. I don t mind paying the extra pricing for the service, but you can at least have someone pleasant working customer service. I can t imagine how your mechanics much feel having to work with her every day. Sorry Tuffy but you may be losing another customer, which seems to happening a lot here now due to her and your rising costs per what I ve read.To add a little more to this review, the owner must have reached directly out to the employee regarding my review. I was still sitting at the shop, so she proceeded to come out to have a conversation with me in front of all of the other customers and staff. I politely told her that I didn t think that was the place for her to have a discussion with me in front of all of the customers. I told her the owner should be the person contacting me. She then told me she would be using her own credit card to pay for my oil change in which I declined. When I went to check out at the checkout counter with the gentleman who was working, she proceeded to argue with me about paying with her credit card after I kept declining and telling her I have it it s not her place to pay for my oil change. Again in front of all of the employees and staff. I did let her know that I was not trying to get anything for free. My point was just for her to be nice and do better. I definitely won t be back

I've been going to this Tuffy for about 2 years and have had good experiences. I took my car in for some unexpected tire changes last week and was taken good care of. When I was there I learned that Neil isn't there anymore so that was a bit sad but I wish him very well I had already scheduled for some other services this week and am taking my car into tomorrow for regular maintenance stuff so I might give an update after that. When I took it in last week, the front desk told me that if I wrote a review (no matter the star rating) they would give money off an oil change which I'm already scheduled for. So that's mostly why I'm writing this.Edit: service was timely and I received updates as the repair was done. I like getting the link with photos and the receipt with the breakdown of service prices.

I had a great experience with a visual inspection at Tuffys! Called Thursday and got in on Friday. My mechanic that did the inspection was so kind but Janine at the front was the reason this shop gets all 5 stars. She was running that front office like it was no one s business. She made sure to go over my inspection with me and took me in to show specifics on their findings. I really appreciated their help. I m not from the area but I may have to make the trip for them to be regular shop- they re worth it!

Great experience with this service center. The staff is knowledgeable and they document everything, show pictures and thoroughly explain everything. They re always willing to fit you in if needed, this is the only place I will take my car! Janine, the front desk person, was great too, answered all my questions and was very polite to me.

Great service! Gineen was friendly and very helpful about the service of my vehicle. They took pictures of the items they serviced and also of potential problems. Also, got a $5 coupon on a oil change.

This is the place you want to go to if you have anxiety about going to the mechanic. The team here is honest, they don't price gouge and will bend over backwards to help you. Going here for all my maintenance from now on.

You have lost another loyal customer. Went in last Friday for an oil change and alignment and found out my car is leaking oil and my engine and other parts needed to be degreased and that a dye would be put in first before any repair so they could find the source. When the mechanic was showing me the underside of my car I asked him if they were going to be doing the degrease that day he said yes. When I went back into the lobby I asked your front desk woman how much the repair would cost me and she verbally quoted me $99 and would take $20 off. I couldn t do the dye that day because you can only drive the car between 55-75 miles with it. With my work commitments I had to set up a later time. Today I go in and was told the degrease was never actually done and that it would cost me $84 for the degreasing. I m like wait I thought that was done and the whole repair was going to be $79. So your front guy called the front desk lady and says to me that I was confused and didn t understand what she meant. I said what s confusing I asked how much it would be to repair and she gave me a price. As I was continuing to discuss the situation with him another customer came in and he asked if he could take her instead of making her wait longer. I work customer service and 1. You don t tell customers they are confused and 2. You don t take another guest before you finished with the first. Ironically he was arguing with the customer that came after me too about a price. During his discussion with her I took the time and called Tire Discounters and shared my situation and even though I ll be paying more for the service there I will be going there to get it done just because of how friendly and understanding the gentleman on the phone was. Ps. I was also the other customer that was in with another reviewer (Shannon Rager) and agree with her assessment of that days situation.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Neil and the other guys there. A little story from a while back. We had something going on with the AC in our car.. They told us it was going to be something like 300-400 dollars to fix. Ok cool. They fixed it, we went to pay and the total was like 75 bucks. They discovered it was actually something else going on and it was an easier and cheaper fix. Long story short, we would not have known any different and they were extremely honest, which is hard to find.

Brought my car in for an oil change and discovered I had a couple other issues. Gineen explained what they were and told me the price of each. It was very fair. I will definitely be bringing it back

Mr Don and Mrs Gineen were wonderful even though I didn t get the alignment they were patient and understanding and explained everything thoroughly to me of what the issue was, definitely come here they re great people and work with you on pricing.

Great staff except for the only woman who works there. I think her name is Janine, could be wrong on that name. She s rude and makes you not even want to be there. Not sure if she s the manager but I won t go back there until she s gone. She has 0 social skills and her customer service is an embarrassment

Gineen Lucas, is absolutely the BEST! She helped save my son and I a lot of future problems by thoroughly checking a car out for us. I am very thankful to Tuffy for having such a knowledgeful and wonderful lady who actually takes care of the customers, and who is honest! Great job Tuffy you want to keep Gineen, she is a GEM!!! Great customer service! They called and ordered parts from a junk yard to help keep our cost low for our 11 year old vehicle. They went above and beyond to get us back on the road at an affordable cost while keeping safety as top priority.

New owners stay far away!!! Neil is gone. :( my entire family has been coming here for 7years and will never be back! Oil change went from 60$ to 125$ the new lady is rude. The prices are ridiculous now!
