We had our vehicle vandalized after someone attempted to steal it. Once the insurance company sent the money we had to find a body shop. I had never had to do this before so I picked Troy's based on ratings and reviews. We brought it in with both front, rear and side glass shattered. The entire steering column removed and wires ripped out and glass through the interior. We got the car back in like new condition. I highly recommend Troys auto body. I hope to never need this again but would use him in the future if this ever happened again.Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

Got into an auto accident. Heard about Troys through word of mouth. Contacted Troy and he has the car towed there within 24 hours. He handled the insurance company from rental car to repairs of the car. Man when I tell you this was the most non hassle, no issue, no stress accident I ve ever experienced. He kept in contact with every little detail. Got my car repaired fast and even detailed it. Picked up my car it looked like it was never damaged. You have a customer for life. I tell you what I was in such a pickle and Troy's handled my car with care and in short order. I couldn't believe how fast and Non Stressful this time of need was for me ( not my norm). Thanks Troy family for your knowledge of insurance and body work. I have to say this was the first time I was in and out of a car issue still with my brain functioning!!!!

The work done is GREAT.The people you have to try and communicate with not so much.I'd avoid working with SKIP if you are a female! He gave direct answers when I sent my Father in law or Husband. But kept telling me "I worry too much" 2 weeks turned into 2 months.WORK WITH TROY IF POSSIBLE.AGAIN THE WORK DONE IS GREAT! I have 0 complaints on it, my car inside was cleaned, Which i didnt expect.But Customer Service Matters.How you talk to people matters.Giving Accurate time frames matter.

Found this shop through my insurance claim rep after a hot and run accident. All of the progressive shops were backed up until January and this was the beginning of November. Troy's agreed to take it and stayed after hours to receive my car from the tow truck.They were very professional, I had the shop number and a managers personal number the whole time for updates. The only issues I had weren't with Troy's it was with the regional insurance adjuster. Now that guy was unprofessional.Full job includes the damage to the rear passenger tire, wheel, rear passenger door, suspension, and frame they fixed it to perfection and you can't even tell it was in a wreck at all. They matched the paint on the door as well.They did have a hard time sourcing parts, but I had called around prior to getting the car to Troy's, that's a pandemic issue and not reflective of this shops ability to get the job done. It was stressful waiting, but I will say they are not releasing the car until the job was done and done right.We have a lifetime warranty on the parts they got for the work done. If we have issues we were told to bring it back to them. They covered part of the deductible and completely detailed the car. It feels almost new. Which is wild.Would recommend to anyone needing a job done well. It might take a while but that's not so much on them as it is the parts factories right now. They're very upfront about any issues cropping up. And if you can solve it, like I did with the insurance adjuster, they'll let you know.10/10 would return for other work.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Thank you for taking care of my car. It seems like I got it back better than when I had it before. Lol you had the inside looking like a brand new car and it smelled so good. And the outside looked as if nothing had every happened!!

Got hit in the back in late January. I spoke with debbie at troys a few days later. A very pleasant women, she was very accommodating. I didn t have to call the insurance company nor rental place to get a rental. Due to Covid. Most aftermarket parts are unavailable. And the delay on those parts was lengthy. Since most insurance companies only want to repair with aftermarket parts. It really delayed the process of my car being repaired timely, Debbie made sure I got new parts since aftermarket weren t available. I appreciate the upfront And transparency in regards to this from Troy s auto body. Although most Insurance companies only want to rent the car for 30 days max. Without even having to make a phone call Troys was sure that I was in transportation the whole 2+ months that it took to repair my car. I now have my car back and it s like brand new. They also took the liberty to repair a few other things that were on the car previously that they didn t have to do.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Update ---- FINALLY got my car back. But wait for this..... 2 days later it stopped running again and a hose is disconnected from the engine.Once again it was not test driven or thoroughly checked. They want me to bring it vack in again but I do not feel safe letting them touch my car again.DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!I got an estimate for 6,000 and 2 weeks for the repairs on my vehicle.2 months later I finally got my car back, but was told I would have to take it elsewhere to get the new ac unit charged... thought this would be something they did for me. Also noted that they forgot to install the fenderwell and would let me know when they could get to it. Less than 24 hours later I was driving my car and the whole freaking wheel came off!! They claimed they didn't know b ut had the fenderwell been repaired they would have seen the damage to the wheel.After I paid for the new damage and a wheel, I started it up and the engine blew. I'm guessing they probably didn't put the radiator in correctly or forgot antifreeze. Now it's August, in in it for $10,000 and I'm still waiting to get my car back and can't even get an answer on when it will be ready.Avoid at all costs!

If I could give 0 I would. There s a lot but I m going to make this short. First off the call rep by the name of Skip is rude and unprofessional, hung up on me when I was asking for clarification on my situation.I definitely felt like I was being taken advantage of because I got hit by someone and insurance was involved. I am a women who lacks knowledge of this kind of stuff and they jumped at the chance to charge me for things that were never discussed. They did not look at my car in depth but yet I got charged for that also. -100/10 would not recommend this place to anyone! Very disappointed.

I took my car here because my dealership was backed up and because Troy s offered to pay my deductible, which ended up being very helpful because the person at fault was uninsured. Debra was very nice but also honest, which I appreciated. My car had a good amount of damage to the front and the rear. I was expecting to be in a rental for over a month. Troy s gave my car back to me today, exactly a month later, and it has never looked better. They did an extremely good job with the paint; my car looks brand new. I m so happy I took my car to Troy s. It was my first time taking my car to an independent shop, but I definitely don t regret it. Thank you so much to everyone who helped in the process. Just a few words regarding the superior and professional service(s) that I received from Troy's Autobody [March 2022]. My elderly father wrecked his vehicle which required extensive repairs taking more time that was beyond their control.The office manager, Miss Debra, "handles" that shop and knows her business. She was always so pleasant to work with. She aptly conveyed the unpredictable delays in receiving auto parts. Her patience made an otherwise frustrating repair wait time bearable.They really deserve the 5 star rating and I fully appreciate their business.I thank Miss Debra and Troy's Autobody crew so very much!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Welding, Air conditioning

Mr. Robert was professional from start to finish. HisCustomer service was outstanding! He made numerous calls, to my car insurance company, checked on my car rental. He made sure that everything ran smoothly.And that I was well informed. There was an amazing level of professionalism that was displayed when I called this shop.The owner was very knowledgeable about my vehicle repairs. He handled everything with my insurance company and my rental car. I didn't have to do anything after I contacted the shop. My car was ready within days and it looks like new! wonderful experience. I thought this place was a scam! Debra called me after my accident to tell me that they would pay my $500 deductible AND tow my Jeep to there place for FREE. Not only did they do both of those things- they also did amazing work on my car. It looks brand new and drives better than before.To top things off- everyone I had contact with was kind and just wanted to help me. I felt like I left my car in the hands of family! This was the absolute worst autobody experience I have ever had in my life, total incompetence. They had my vehicle for over six months and it was in the shams, After six months the windshield wasn t repaired body panels weren t put on the car was absolutely filthy and I was told probably at least 20 to 30 lies about a finishing date. If you use this service you have to be out of your mind. I now have my vehicle in a professional body shop to correct the work that they didn t do or did it wrong.Service: Body & Trim

This place is PHENOMENAL! These guys do great work and they re very professional. Skip is absolutely at the top of his game at what he does! He was very accommodating very knowledgeable and he communicated very well. These guys had my car looking showroom ready! If you need any body work done to your please don t look any further! I can definitely vouch for these guys and their work!

Debra is very personable and polite even when I was frustrated. Troy s absorbed my deductible cost and detailed my vehicle. The repair was well done. You d never know that auto body was work was done. Troy s has gone above and beyond with its customer service and work product. I would recommend Troy s Autobody and Clean up to anyone in need of auto body repair.

A couple of weeks ago, I was rear ended on the way into work. After a few phone calls that day. I went with Troy's. Skip helped me by offering to place me on a three way call with my insurance company to get me into seeing an inspector. Skip texted me all the information from the phone call because he knew it was a lot to process. Since for some reason I didn't have rental car on my insurance, the helped me by getting a getting a quote for a rental. They covered the first week and had to cover the deposit and second week. Took two weeks, but it's all good.There was a small issue with the alignment of the bumper and they are going to fix it this weekend. I hope to never get into another accident, but if I do I'm going back to Troy's.

My 2018 Hyundai Sonata limited trim edition is a lease and took a hit for the worse. This body shop brought the car out new again they have a great cleaning service as well. Absolutely the best from customer service thanks to Skip and to the Owner Troy Haley for getting the job done far as updated phone calls in such case as this pandemic. Look forward to them taking car of you and your ride without a doubt in mind.

Very Professional and Friendly, Great Customer Service. I got into a car accident my car was towed to Troy's Autobody and Clean up my car ended up being totaled . Troy was very helpful and informative got all my questions answered on what steps I needed to take next. I would definitely recommend to Everyone for Services.
