Professional shop with friendly people but most importantly very professional work. You d never be able to tell it was redone. This is a new car for me and so far it s been a nightmare with some of the services I ve gotten. Happy to say they ve restored my faith a bit. (Also had the work done last January and these pictures are from today so the work is holding up great)Service: Classic car upholstery

I have been using Tritex for many years now and know from experience with other shops that they are the best! You won't find anyone better for any and all upholstery work including convertible tops! I have had over 100 jobs completed with them from personal vehicles to cars for sale at the European high end car dealership I am employed with. Careful, precise work and attention to detail. Great pricing too. Tyler is who I always work with...he is professional and will give you fair, honest advice on your job. What I really want to show off in this review is in the attached photos....Ray (master upholsterer and steering wheel expert) just completely stripped and recovered my steering wheel on my 1997 Lincoln Town Car with new padding and all new leather. It is hand stitched, looks amazing, and is probably better than it was from the factory! If you want the best work and personal service, this is the place! Look at the pictures attached....amazing work and I am so happy with this particular job I just had recently done!!!!!!

My top on my 2013 XK has had the rear window coming out for the last two years. I ve been jury rigging it with 3m adhesive and Gorilia tape! I finally bitvthe bullet and looked to feet it fixed. Only way to fix it is to rep,ace the top. Over 5K at the dealer! Tops online was $1600, tried EBay and got a new Tops Online Top for $820 in the Blue color ( last one they had) . Now looked around the Mid Ohio area for someone to install it. Dealer said they didn t do especialy if not bought thru them. Referred me to several upholstery shops but none of these wanted or couldn t do the work. Then tried Tritex Corp on Holly St in Columbus. They quoted me a rough timeline of 12 hours and said it would be no problem! Made appointment the next week took the car in on Sunday dropped off keys in drop box. Got call Tuesday morning it was done! Looked great! Cost was 9 hours Labor (3 less then quoted) which out the door was $1120.00 so got the whole thing done for just over Two Grand. Very professional, friendly, excellent work and quick! Highly recommend Tritex Corp in Columbus Ohio for this kind of work. The Top from EBay s Tops on Line store was high quality and exactly like the factory item. Ohh this also included taking the headliner from my original top and re-installing that as well! If you need this kind of work done loom no further then Tritex Corp! Here are some pics

Dropped my car off today. Dudes seem stellar. I have a policy that you're 5 stars until you're not. Unless something changes these guys seem legit to me. They currently have my car. Will update Thursday with results! I can tell by how they rip customers with bad reviews a new one that they're solid.

If you want quality, care, and the utmost satisfaction when it comes to anything that can be sewn, look no further than Tritex. I have been using their expertise for several applications at my industrial compression facility for several years now and they can t be beat! These guys out do themselves every time! 110% satisfied with the enthusiasm and knowledge Tritex has provided. Thank you!

Worked with Justin and Tyler to have my 2006 Mustang door inserts repaired and could not be happier with the treatment I have received and the overall finished product. They are both very kind and knowledgeable and went out of their way to ensure I was happy with the end result. I started on them and was going to do myself and got cold feet when it came time to glue them. I delivered them with cost of the prep work done and they took it over from there. Give them a call, and if you get the good feeling I got. I would recommend trying them out.Service: Upholstery installation

I ordered my seat covers beforehand and they kindly installed them for me at a reasonable price. I was going to install them myself but didn t want the hassle of dealing with removing and reinstalling my rear seat. Thankfully Tritex is here to help. Great service, respectful, they constantly keep you updated on the status of your vehicle. Very professional, your car is returned to you exactly how you left it to them.They did an excellent job installing them. Now every time I go thru a fast food joint s drive-thru I get rave compliments on my seat covers and questions on who installed them. Tritex installed them is what I tell them. I ll gladly spread the name. I highly recommend this place for worry free seat/seat cover installation. At great prices.Thanks guys!

I decided to use tritex after talking to Tyler about replacing a bottom seat cushion on my car. I was able to set up an appointment for just a few days away unlike other upholstery shops in town. I had some specifics on what I needed done and they went above and beyond what they normally would have for any other customer. I was able to get the job done which required taking out the seat in about 2 1/2 hours a real quick turnaround in my opinion. Tyler then told me he could recover my center armrest at a really reasonable price in high-quality leather. So that same day I removed the armrest and brought it in and they had that done in under a day stitched and seamed and everything in exactly the same design as the factory but with a nicer more durable leather. After both of the jobs were complete my seat feels better than it ever has and my center armrest is a higher quality leather than what came in the vehicle. So if you have any inclination of reupholstering or recovering any part of your vehicle please reach out to this company they do great work!!! Work hasn't started yet, wrong colored roof top ordered.After a two month wait. Took the car in to have the roof put on only to get a call asking if the black roof was ok to install.I ASSUMED the same color roof that was on the car(brown) would be reinstalled on the car.So they had to reorder the "brown" roof.They say it should be at the store this coming week to install.Again, patiently waiting!

I had a new German convertible top put on my older BMW. The service was great, the convertible top fits and works perfectly. (I went with the German convertible top instead of the cheaper one). Very professional service and work. Very happy with the new convertible top! Support Local! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I always feel intimidated when I am looking for help with my car, especially because I must admit I am willfully ignorant of anything auto-related. Tritex Corp. spoke to me in terms I could understand and even explained that I could probably do the repair myself with the right part.Tyler even sent me a link to a different vendor for the correct part. So I was able to fix it myself for under $100, instead of the $400+ that I had been quoted by other places. I was so impressed that he passed up business to help me in a way that was most beneficial to me. Not only that, but he took the time to write a very nice email that said "Here at Tritex, we'll never let you down!" I have no doubt that they will continue to live up to that promise.

I read the reviews, and thought this was a good place to do business. Being a business owner myself . I know the value of reviews. Unfortunately the service wasn t anything like the reviews. Tyler was very unprofessional . I wanted two estimates only wanted to focus on the higher estimates . Never told me I would loose my deposit if I canceled . Quoted me one price then when I canceled doubles it . And kept my deposit . Never wrote down what I was paying for . Just had a bunch of numbers Scribble all over the estimate sheet. Never gave me a scheduled day to have it done. And was very rude when I called back to cancel. So basically they got a free $200 . If you have a cigarette burn . They are great for that. But if you are having your car redone or Customized . Please see someone who knows how to conduct business. And don t seem Thirsty to keep your money .Service: Seat rebuilds

Busy shop, they do good work, dealers send their cars there for replies and repairs. We are getting a BMW 325 ci liners repaired for the top. Talk to Tyler.

I'm confused as to how this is a custom interior shop but when I asked about them doing my seats they sent me to a website that makes seat covers and mentioned they would install them for me.
