Very nice remodel, I haven t been there in a few years, not sure i will go back. Lady asked if i was paying with card, said yes card reader didn t work, so i opted to pay cash, almost 700 dollars an had to walk around the whole building to get to my car my unwashed dirty car . Really such a nice place an no where close to pick up car. I am handicapped with a placard hanging on car they worked on an parked my car on farside of building. Plus you coffee machine is terrible.. not sure i come back to this dealer.. germain is close to house an the treat me better.

Took it in for its first servicing, which was just a tire rotation. Got back to my car and someone had stolen something out of my middle console. It was not worth much, but will not be going back to this service shop ever again. I even went right back inside and told them someone stole something while it was getting services and they said a manager would call the next morning to apologize but never did. Clearly they did not take their employees stealing very seriously.

I have been a loyal Toyota customer for over 10 years now. I have had 3 different vehicles from Toyota. They have always been fantastic to work with but today they went above and beyond. I came in for service on my breaks, turns out I needed much more work done than I had anticipated and I wasn't able to cover the bill. The team worked together to come up with a fantastic solution and I was on my way, breaks fixed. (I enjoyed a blue slushy and popcorn while I waited.) Thank you to the whole team at the Morse Rd service center!!!

Service is always great at Toyota and the people who interact with us Customers are pleasant and helpful, and they smile a lot! My Sienna is ready for winter now.The building has been remodeled, the Service desks look bright and well organized, and the waiting rooms are clean and quiet, and there is complimentary coffee. Highly recommend.

Van towed to TD on Fri. Appt made for Sat. NO WORD on Sat until I left 3 msgs. Told I'd get more info on Mon. by 9:30. NOTHING. I called again and left msgs. At 1pm. Finally heard back. Also on prior occasions no detail in what was completed for basic service appt. Fluids refilled? Tread on tires? How are brake pads? Lack of communication and transparency on basic service appts. Also had no fluids refilled and had to do it myself

Took my car for oil change, was recommended services, which I accepted, took it back a month later and was advised they missed an additional service with that. This misdiagnosis caused the engine to be replaced. They assumed no responsibility instead offered to replace the engine for $8000.

So- this is my 40,000 mile routine service today.Upon entering the garage, the service tech informed me that they recommended an alignment (the lasers at the entrance show I m out of alignment) this service costs $139 this service has been recommended EVERY-TIME I bring my 2019 RAV 4 hybrid in for routine service.He also recommended a carbon removal service that would clean out any of the carbon from emissions system. Cost $149 not covered & he also informed me that it is recommended at every 20,000 miles- I asked that he check my records and see if it was recommended at 20,000 miles. It was not.He then recommended a complete brake fluid drain and change cost $149So, just by showing up for a routine 40,000 mile device, the tech recommended service that would have up charged$437.Does that even sound right? It is extremely irritating and disappointing that a brand new car ( when I bought it) was recommended an alignment every time I bring it here. It is also suspect to me that a service is recommended and quoted at every X amount of miles was not recommended before at the mile mark.I think , with all of these potential up charge recommendations that Toyota Direct Service is dishonest and after coming here for my service on a vehicle I purchased here- I would find another service center. I do not support the business practices of this shop and I have a feeling they push these services on unsuspecting people and make a ton of money.Corporations that make billions on the backs of its working class customers make me sick and it needs to stop. Do not support this service center.

I made an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and vehicle inspection. Service took much longer than expected with very little communication about what was going on with my vehicle. Come to find out, they ran into an issue and Jeremy not only took care of the issue, but also went above and beyond which made the wait worth it. I appreciate the work and how Jeremy made things right in the end. Though I was considering service elsewhere in the future, Jeremy won me over as a future customer! Took car in for oil change. Said oil and filter were good,did oil change. Did tire alignment.I drove 353 miles in heavy memorial day weekend traffic, got to relatives house. Saw oil leak under car and discovered the oil cap was off andvoil was all over engine. Had lost over 3 quarts of oil. Could have blown engine.Very unhappy at the sloppiness.

I m not alone. I ve read a few of the reviews here and I see a pattern emerging. Go in for routine scheduled service and they prey on the innocent! My GF took her 4Runner in for it s 25K service and they told her a complete brake flush and wheel alignment was due . Those two services total 274.95! The invoice states Customer requested... . Customer did not request - customer was violated!Service: Oil change

They were surprising reasonably priced. My last experience was not, so I'm glad they've made some improvements in 2 years. The manager was very kind explaining things to my daughter about her new car. They even patched her tire the same day while we were there for an oil change and tire rotation.

I have been servicing both of my cars here for 3 years. They used to do better with respect to cost and time to complete the service. Today, I dropped my car at 10:30 am and Chris who was managing the paperwork told me it will take 60-90 minutes to complete. I came back at 2 pm to find they did not start working on my car. Keep in mind that I called and texted them before I come and they did not answer. Chris told me I have to wait till 4 pm otherwise they will close and won t get my car till next business day (Monday). What bothered me the most that he said he did not promise 90 minutes! I spoke to the service manager Joey . She said she does not know if it was a miss communication on my part and there is nothing she can do. Toyota Direct should respect their customers time and improve their communication.Update: adding one more star since the service manager checked the paperwork and found out that I was telling the truth. She apologized and gave me 10% discount. Still not a very pleasant experience.

EXPENSIVE!Stepdaughter had our van near Columbus. AAA towed to them for some reason! Maybe it's payola! They obviously tried to B.S. the girl and scare them...I'm the car guy in the family and saw right through the B.S.Quoted close to $1000 for replacement of only 2 oxygen sensors. There's 4 on our van.I took it to my mechanic, bought parts to them...total cost $650 for ALL 4 oxygen sensors and labor!!!

The moment I spoke with JOHN B. I knew I was in good hands he is truly an asset to TOYOTA DIRECT. I will never go any where else for my Rav4 The car seems like it's brand new. The brakes and response time of the engine is great. He was so right about getting an alignment. I told him I was going on a long drive to PA and now I feel safe with my Rav4 for the trip. Prices were very good also. Quick turn around. All of TOYOTA DIRECT employees are so patient and so helpful no matter the question.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Auto tire replacement, Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

Took in my sienna for a regular oil change and tire rotation. I had a coupon for 39.95 for the oil change. Was told your car only takes synthetic oil, nothing else so you can t use your coupon which I later found out is not true at all and my car could have definitely taken the other oil and the coupon could have been used. Ended up spending $110 for an oil change when I could have gone right down the street and got it done for $30 at an oil change place. Also was told by the worker that my brakes were so bad I could crash if I drive home I drive home anyways and have a mechanic come look at my brakes (Toyota wanted $600 to replace JUST the back) and come to find out my brakes are in perfect condition. I feel completely taken advantage of for being a female and I can promise if my husband was with me that coupon would have been used and there would have been no talks about needing all these extras . Highly disappointed in Toyota and hope they make this right. To add it also took them 3 HOURS to do a 30 min job and when I texted Chris the service manager he said sorry, I know it s been awhile, we re backed up and overbooked I made an apt for 10:45 and didn t end up getting home until almost 2:30PM. They didn t even apologize for the extremely long wait. I will never be returning to this Toyota and would rather take my business elsewhere.

I could not be more infuriated. I waited 2 hours yesterday for my key to be programmed to find out I need a replacement. Now, I've been here over 2 hours to "pick up" my replacement key with no response on how much longer I have to wait. What a waste of my day.

My key stopped working after a walk at #Inniswwoods. A kind Female Ranger helped me. First I panicked never thinking about using my key. My first action was calling AAA. Ranger suggested I might use key. Duh....may need battery. Toyota Direct was my nxt stop. They are always very helpful in times like air in tires. This time I went directly to parts. They helped me & I was back in business. Thanks to all who helped. It calmed the panicked ol' lady!

I went here a few days ago and I felt taken advantage of. First of all, the repair guy said my front left tire has a tread of 4/32, and need to replace all the tires to get an even tread. Then I got a quote which was outrageously high. Upwards of $1000 to replace all four tires using the high end option (Bridgestone). I was able to find the exact same tires at Costco for around $800. Later that day I took the car to Costco tire center and the mechanic showed me the tired tread was 6/32, not 4/32. This was from repeatedly measuring the treads on different spots of the same tire.On the actual service I got that day (50000 mile service) there was no attention to detail given.

I was having a minor emergency with my gate list on a Saturday mid-morning. I called Toyota Direct and although they were busy, they were able to fit me in and had my issues solved in a matter of a few hours. I was happy to go into the rest of the weekend without the alarm sounding that the lift gate was open. They also adjusted the height of the open liftgate as the previous owner must have been shorter! We are very happy customers of Toyota Direct.

I take my 2 cars (2019 RAV & 2020 Camry) to Toyota Direct. Very courteous and very thorough. They make appointments in advance and they keep track of needed service. Cost is a little higher than some shops but I believe I'm getting excellent service.

I have used the Toyota Direct Service for more than 12 years and have never had a problem with the repairs being performed for the time of the work being done. Recently I had air conditioning repairs done and John Bucci (my service advisor) kept me completely informed throughout the process. The work was completed on time and we have had no issues with the AC going forward.. This service department has been great to work with over time and John Bucci particularly has been a gem. I will continue to use Toyota Direct for all required service for both my Toyota vehicles.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Air conditioning
