We set my appointment up for Friday but he never said what time he was showing up, so when I messaged him he said he d show up at 9:30, then he said he was finishing another job then heading my way. I still haven t heard anything back

Service was quick and the mechanic was polite however when reached out to him to let him know something didn t sound right after replacing my ball joint I never received a response back. After having someone else take a look at it they discovered my axle was punctured and my wheel bearing has gone bad. Not 100% sure if my ball joint being replaced had anything to do with what caused the other issues but they were just fine before it was worked on.

My wife was traveling to Columbus in our Duramax. She experienced a coolant leak. These guys were able to meet her at the hotel and get the truck fixed to get her back home safely. They showed up on time, followed up, and responded to phone calls.Service: Auto maintenanceService: Auto maintenance
