I'd like to give kudos to Randy. The tire pressure light came on in my car about 2 weeks after getting new tires. I stopped by about 1/2 hour after they closed. Randy didn't hesitate to check my tires. Turns out they were slightly over inflated due to the warmer weather. She got them to the correct pressure and reset the car's computer to turn off the warning light.

Overall horrible experience. Take my car here to get repaired. They did not repair my vehicle. According to store policy they do not go pick up parts. I'm not sure how you can repair a car if you refuse to go pick up the parts. If you truly will like your car to be repaired and you do not want to go pick up parts. I would not recommend tire discounters.

I highly recommend these folks for tires. I had a difficult situation finding the optimal tires for my cargo van (Nissan NV 200) because of the odd tire size, and road noise noise issues I was trying to resolve. They went above and beyond in customer service to provide the best possible tires for my van. The counter people were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable every step of the way. They did everything they said they would do, and in a timely manner. Great service, good people, good value.

My starter went out on my Jeep when I left Krogers. I stopped into Tire Outfitters at about 2:45pm. Randy and Devin did a fantastic getting me back on the road. I was extremely impressed with how fast they took care of me this past Wednesday afternoon. They will have my business from here on out. Great job, Randy and Devin!!!

My first flat tire and Mercedes Easton dealership said it would be at least Thursday before they could get me a tire. Tire discounters got it that same Monday and had me in and out the next morning within an hour. They have my family s business going forward. Thank you Tyler and staff!

The people at tire discounters are superior to others. Always nice when I take my vehicle to be serviced and reasonably priced. Great staff at the one in Gahanna, Ohio. Highly recommend.

WOW!!!! This is a place I definitely want to give 5 stars and highly recommend Tire Discounters Gahanna/North Hamilton Rd to anyone else for all of their tire and other car related needs. I have an older truck with oddball tire sizes but Manager Brandon truly went the extra mile, worked on finding me multiple options, and helped me out a lot on selecting the best tire for what I was looking for. The whole process from start to finish was truly first class. It is my understanding Brandon is a newer manager from a different store and his team of other professionals appear to be taking his lead in terms of professionalism, courtesy, and a customer service oriented approach. I couldn't have been more satisfied and only wish all other types of business had the same quality of people, service, etc. ... life would be a lot easier! I will never go anywhere else! Thanks again Brandon and team! You guys are all rock stars in my book! Keep up the great work you all are doing on a daily basis! See you next time!

Despite being short handed, they were able to honor my appointment and I got in and out without delay even with some additional repairs. Everyone had a very positive attitude. It was really appreciated!

This location is a coin flip, from my experience. The first visit was excellent. They even let me come in early for my appointment. My 2nd visit, I arrived at my slotted time as was told they were running behind and the job would be done in 3 hours, if I could come back. No apology was given, even when being informed of the delays. I drove there myself and couldn't just wait for 3 hours. I cancelled my appointment and left. I'd give 2.5 stars if I could.

Very frustrating experience. I scheduled an oil change online, a week in advance. When choosing any appointment option online you need to select a preferred appointment time, and then you submit your request for an appointment. I requested a late afternoon drop off appointment. The following day, I received an email confirming my appointment, with no instructions other than that I had a drop off appointment scheduled, and there was a note in the bottom suggesting you typically need to drop off by 10 am to have back same day. Considering I chose an afternoon appointment and was instructed with no specific time frame for drop off, I was under the assumption I could drop off any time before close and have it back some time next day. I even called in the day prior to confirm that I would be able to drop off after work and have it back in the morning hours tomorrow. ultimately, when I went in for my drop off this afternoon, I was met with a very condescending and unapologetic employee. When I let her know I was In to drop off she, rolled her eyes and let me know my appointment was supposed to be today. Confused at this I replied yes. Which is when she explained that I needed to have my car in by 10 am to receive any work today or tomorrow. I tried to explain the situation and lack of communication I had received explaining this. Rather than being met with any sympathy or solution oriented dialogue, I was left with continued eye rolls and affirmation that it was my fault I m in this situation and there s nothing they want to do. The fact that they didn t even want to try and reschedule something, let alone take any ownership for the situation reflects incredibly poor customer service and entrepreneurial spirit

I had my brake system fixed about six months ago from this place....about $1200..... then I noticed the brakes where getting spongy when I pushed down on them. So I brought them in to get looked at and also an oil change. I dropped the car off the night before and the next day I was called by someone there and told the brakes where OK and it just had some air in the line. Then he sold me on getting an oil change, air filter and new windshields replaced for $144. I was so happy the brakes where OK I said sure I will take that deal. Well when I went to pick up the car the brakes had not been repaired and that it had something else wrong with them......I was mad because I would never had gotten the $144 dollar oil, air filter and windshield deal.....

I went in for an oil change and for someone to look at my air conditioning. I had a lot more than that looked at and I m very satisfied. The staff was very friendly and courteous. They offered me a free Uber and some food. I decided to wait and I felt comfortable and not like an annoyance. Would definitely recommend you come here for all your car and tire needs.

Brought my Kia in for an oil change. The mechanic discovered a strong fuel odor and reported it immediately to me. He asked if I still wanted the oil changed. (Which I did) I was out of the building when he discovered a hole in the fuel line. When I returned he should me the hole and showed me how close it was to the exhaust. Huge praise to him for his discovery!Today however, I am experiencing a loud ticking noise. Was unable to reach Tire Discounters when returning their follow up call to my service.

Loved the service, they always treat me the best and give me amazing customer service. I know that from now on that I will always go and trust Tire Discounters to get the job done right. 10/10 will recommend and always come back.

Everything was great!! People working there were extremely nice and took care of everything!! Only thing is that they forgot to tighten the hud caps, I m surprised they didn t fall off on the way home.Hard to tell from the pic but they are barely holding on.

I don t frequently review businesses because I am so rarely impressed with a business enough to remember it 2 minutes after walking out let alone digest and summarize in a maps review. However the guys at tire discounters today hooked me up and I owe them a nice review. Brought in two tires that I didn t purchase from them for two wheels that didn t fit on their tire machine but they made it work, charged me nothing and did it in under 10 minutes. That s how you retain customers and that s how you monetize long term. The other three tire stores I tried previously didn t even look at my tires they simply said no we don t do those tires as they went back to trolling on The internet in their empty garage. Solid stuff TD and thanks to Anthony the manager who got me in the door today.

When I made my appointment I was told an approximate time that it would take for my service and my vehicle was ready in that time - not too many places make that happen! A very busy place with a helpful and friendly staff. They will even Uber you to/from the shop on their dime if you need a ride. I ll never go anywhere else for tires!

Customer service was out of this world! Kevin was extremely nice and knowledgeable. The woman was extremely kind. Everyone helped us get in and out would highly recommend and will for sure be coming back!

I generally do car maintenance myself, but most of us don't have mounting and balancing tools or machines at home. Anytime I need a couple of tires they get it done quickly and they've done it right each time I've been in. I'll continue coming back for my tire and alignment needs in the future

Liz who runs the store and Dustin, who is the lead mechanic are awesome!I have taken my three cars there for years and both of them treat them like it is their own.They always have the best intentions and I know they are working hard to take care of me!I would take my cars anywhere else!

Was told my tire could be looked at and taken care of free of charge because the service from a few days ago did not hold up. Upon showing up magically found another nail in my tire (The nail I might add did not penetrate the tire all the way through) which caused the problems even though I soap tested the tire myself prior to showing up and it was leaking from the bead. I will never return to this location. Have asked for a gm to call not the store manager and nothing. this was a couple weeks ago now.

Still one of the best and most honest and reliable places to get tires and general upkeep of your vehicle. Been going here for over half a decade, and while the faces may change, the quality of care has not.
