Owner is awesome. The staff is very helpful.Very well organized facility, clean maintained And respected by staff. Staff is also knowledgeable.On maintenance needed and Will explain the why behind the reason for suggesting a type of service. Great prices

Dre, the mechanic is the absolute best! He was open, honest, efficient, and worked on my vehicle on his day off. He took the time to show my wife and me what was wrong. Not enough can be said. Luke is awesome as well. They turned a horrible experience into a great one. I highly recommend. Great staff, great service.

After going to two different places to get my flat tire plugged and getting every ridiculous run around, this Tire Choice got it fixed no problem! Beyond that they were able to confirm that the previous two places were trying to scam me. Thank you for your honesty and not trying to play me for an idiot.

I have been going here for years for everything from oil changes to new tires. I have never had a bad experience. In fact, I can honestly say I have always had great experiences. This team is always friendly and helpful, no matter who it is that helps me. Unlike other places that I have tried in the past, I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of or am being "sold" things I don't need.Every time I have gone somewhere else in the past, it seems like there were always "add-ons" they would try to sell. Go in for an oil change, but leave being told there 20 other things wrong with your car and suddenly your bill is 5 times higher than it was in the beginning. Here, I only get the service I need and ask for. It's done quickly and with care. I truly trust them and this is now the only place I bring my two vehicles. Couldn't recommend them more.So - here's what prompted this review. Yesterday I noticed my one tire was really low in air after the "low tire pressure" light came on. Managed to get to Tire Choice, and although I had no appointment they said no problem and got me in that day. Maybe I'm paranoid, but I assumed I would be told the tire had to be replaced (and throw in a second to "balance them out"). Instead, they let me know it was just a nail and a simple patch would do it. I can guarantee you if you went to another shop you would not get a patch - you'd be spending hundreds of dollars on new tires which wouldn't be necessary.I know this location is part of a larger company, but it truly feels like a small-town independent shop. It's personal and friendly and honest. Anyway, I can't recommend this location enough. They have a customer for life!

So greatful you were open and had time for me. I got two huge nail in my tires this was Christmas Eve no one else would see us intil Tuesday. Service was fast I gave four stars because he wasn't grumpy but he wasn't friendly either. Just down to business.

No tires on site. Let you wait all day for your appointment and then when you get there tell you they dont carry the size. To nake the appointment you got to add car and tire size.

About a month ago, my breaks started grinding a little bit. But when I brought it in here to get them checked out and looked at, not only did they tell me that my car was fine, but they took more than 5 hours to tell me that. Some back story, I called when they opened and asked if they did drop offs, the guy that answered the phone said yes, they prefer that. But when when I got there, the same guy told me told me to come back at 11. So when I dropped it off, they said I should get a call back in half an hour or so. That call didn't come for 5 hours.So I dropped it off today at around 9. I watched my them pull it into the garage and load it into the dock, and raise it up. I then called at around 3:30 and asked for an update on it, and was immediately told that they hadn't even taken the tires off yet and it had just been sitting there all day not having anything done to it. After hanging up the guy called me back half an hour later (after being reminded that my car was there) and said told me what all they would do for me. He then said that he didn't know if he would be able to get the parts in today (because they waited till towards the end of the day to even look at it) and asked if it would be okay if they kept the car overnight. Being that it wouldn't be safe to drive a car that doesn't have functional breaks, I agreed. But I'm frustrated that both times I've been there it has been just an experience of waiting for them to forget that my car needed something done to it and then having to call and ask.I will not be coming back here again.

I stopped here Friday before Labor Day weekend because there was a noise in my front end that sounded to me like the bearings were worn out in the wheel hub. The techs looked at it and confirmed it. They said they could order the part and it would be there Saturday morning. The cost was $550. They called on Saturday and told me the part didn't come in and they can't do it until Monday. I was going on vacation and couldn't wait that long so I went to another shop. They told me there's absolutely nothing wrong with my bearings and the noise is caused from the tires being cupped. They said that seemed odd because the tires look new. I told them I bought them last year. They said that means it's most likely the tires weren't installed properly. So, I went back to Tire Choice to not only tell them they tried to sell me a $550 part I didn't need, but that the tires I bought from them last year were cupped because they didn't install them correctly. They said since I didn't buy the road hazard coverage there's nothing they could do. I don't know what improper installation has to do with road hazards but I didn't ask. The manager said he'd talk to his general manager over the weekend and see if he could do something for me. He said he'd call me on Monday. Monday came and went with no call. So I called them back and reminded them of my situation. They said that didn't have a record of me buying tires there. I texted the manager a copy of my receipt. I didn't hear anything back so I gave up. I wasn't asking for free new tires, but I was at least looking for them to make some attempt to try and make it right. Make me at least an offer on discounted tires. But they didn't. I've decided to go somewhere else.

I am from Philadelphia and I have a tire from Wal-Mart that would not repair because of depth tread. My tires were still one rating from Wal-Mart's ranking for replacement but they still would not repair my tire.Mike and Tom and phenomenal with this shop. From start to finish it is customer satisfaction. I could not say more than that.Kudos to these professionals in their industry.I will definitely recommend and endorse their services.

Very unprofessional, the cost went from 42.00 to 500.00 I paid 112.31 they never called to tell me my truck was ready , all this because i brought my own tires and a headlight to be put in, then they called called me back saying senors were needed total cost 500.00 ridiculous I asked them to kist do my tires and now the right tire keeps giving off a burning smell.....training on customer service is highly recommended ...thinking about taking this to the Attorney General

We broke down on Polaris all of a sudden 15 minutes before this tire shop was to close. Desmond and Demichaell were so courteous, even waiting for us to arrive close to the end of their day at store closing time. They were both AMAZING, helping us with the cause and everything in between!!! These are the kind of employees who deserve great raises for going the extra mile for their customers!!! AMAZING JOB FELLAS!!!!

I stopped in yesterday to find out their hours, their labor charge and to ask them to check and adjust the tire pressure on my truck tires. Both men with which I interacted were very friendly. They explained the info I asked, checked and adjusted the tire pressure, did a quick look at the tire that was low and said they didn't see anything. I will go back for service. Thank you TireChoice.

I had an overall excellent experience getting new tires installed on my car at this location. The manager was very professional and helpful over the phone explaining the process of scheduling an appointment for tire installation. The technician was efficient and his quality of work was excellent.

I gave 2 start because they are not wearing mask in COVID times and they put banners everywhere saying please wear masks. If they are not wearing the masks then don t deserve to put banners. And also I felt the services are very costly to put two headlights they are asking for 100$?? Just to put light?? If I go to the Auto zone and buy a headlight they will do it for free in 5 mins.

Everyone there is really nice and the prices are reasonable. They resurrected one of my SUVs that s been sitting for awhile and then quickly got it back in when another issue arose. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I caught a nail on a road trip and had to get a new tire to make it the eight hours home. I was so happy to find Tire Choice open on a Sunday! The service was excellent and they had what I needed in stock. Both employees I interacted with were kind and the office was clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend :)

Overall Managers & representatives like Tom are the reason why I'm a loyal customer of Monroe Muffler. He gave such a caring perspective and was very sincere in his advice.6/24/19Also another reason why this is the best location in the area is because last time I got a oil change on my Nissan, the Manager Brandon did a full inspection & recognized the need for my vehicle to need updated tires and it's because of him I feel comfortable driving with Monroe Managers who sincerely look out for the better treatment of your vehicle at a affordable price. He treated me fairly and gave me the best possible options to take care of my Nissan. Thanks Monroe & thank you Brandon!7/2/20Once again a special thanks to the Tire Choice Auto Service Center today. I walked in to get my brakes inspected and the Manager Brandon gave me a excellent recommendation to ensure I'm driving safely on the rode. Aware of my situation he did his best to provide superior customer service and gave me a opportunity to get the work done. Thanks for putting a hard working team at this location.

Had a situation where I got a bolt in my tire . I just got a brand new car in June. Called my dealership and was jerked around a little, for granted I know staffing is an issue but when I told him I needed to travel Cleveland from Columbus he said I d be fine and riding on a donut for three weeks isn t a big deal. I mean I m no expert but that doesn t seem safe to me. So I called up Tire Choice since their close to work and home . They got me in same day, gave me try good news of only needing to get it patched and were super friendly! Wasn t expensive at all to get it patched ! They had me all good to go in less then 30 mins . They also told me to be careful about the little air caps I had on, I replaced my originals and they said to be careful about the new ones I had on during the winter .

I've been bringing my car here for the past few years. Brandon and Gage are always friendly and seem very professional. Recently I brought my car in since the check engine light was on. It was a simple fix (I think he said they just tightened a bolt somewhere) so they didn't charge me anything. This business is legit and I strongly recommend them.

Scott and his team were great, thought we had an alignment issue and it turns out we had a damaged tire. We don t live in the area and had to be back in NC that night. They got us back on the road in about 20 minutes. If I lived in Columbus I would bring my car to them for all my needs. Thanks again.

I have been a customer of Monro (Tire Choice) since 2007 and I continue taking my car there for any type of service due to their honesty on what repairs are needed. That has impressed me from day one and not very many establishments are like that. They try to add on to what you really do not need done to a vehicle.I have referred so many friends and co-workers to Tire Choice just because they are honest and fair on pricing.

These guys are great! I needed an oil change badly and had made an appointment at 11 am but son got sick so I couldn't make it. Mike was awesome. Even though they had a packed schedule he worked me in later when I had someone to watch my son. Mike and the staff there are wonderful and really care about their customers. Highly recommend them.

They always provide fast and reasonably priced service. I have never had one issue with the repairs they provide. Many places can take a couple days to get parts but it always has been same day repairs in my experience. No sheistiness either like many other repair shops.

I was in town for the weekend, and when I started my car to travel back to Michigan, my check engine light came on. I am so grateful that this Tire Choice was open on a Sunday. Howard Gabbert was able to get me in, diagnose the problem, and give me a good fix after a replacement part would be a while in coming. I was able to drive home a couple hours later. Amazing service!

Had a great experience going in for an oil change/tire rotation and inspection. No unnecessary upselling, great customer service and quick! I was in and out in about 40 minutes. They put on a movie for my daughter and were really great to us. Definitely above and beyond and gave lots of detail on the maintenance. This will be my place going forward.

This place is amazing.I went in with a pretty beat up tire rim, fully expecting to leave my car there for a couple days, and they repaired it in about 10 minutes! The guy helping me was so so nice and helpful, and came back to the office a couple times just to keep me updated on what was going on.I need an oil change soon and I will definitely be coming back here for that.

They put air in my tires & the guy helping me (can't remember his name ) was friendly.Went back the next day because the 'low tire pressure ' light didn't automatically reset.The gentleman there (can't remember his name ) showed me how to manually reset the light.THANK YOU!

The manager, Mike, did a great job for me. He was really busy the entire day and I had a longer than normal wait for my flat repair and he ended up fixing my problem and not charging me at all - which is so incredibly generous and kind. Not only did they do a great job on my car but had a great attitude and made it a great experience. I recommend Mike and this auto shop!
