Dropped off my car here to get a tire patch. Was called by the manager not even 30 minutes later and told that due to unforeseen circumstances they had to close the shop for the day. He offered to patch the tire for free first thing the next day, which I was appreciate of and said sure. They kept my car overnight and I didn't hear from anyone the next morning. After calling the store 3 times throughout the morning and getting no answer, I got a ride there to find out the store was closed (again) with my car locked inside. No one at the main office could contact the service manager. They had to call the district manager, who also attempted to reach the service manager unsuccessfully, and then had to send an employee over to unlock the store and give me my car back, not repaired. Tyler was the only person throughout this experience who was apologetic and offered to make it up to us somehow. By no fault of his own there's no way I would ever be back here. Took it right across the street to Firestone and the repair was done professionally and quickly.

I took my Escape in to have the alternator replaced, and ended up also needing a 200$ battery.I picked my car up 2 days ago, and it has been making a horrible noise ever since. I had my husband look at it when he came back into town from work. He said lug nuts were only finger tight, and the bolt holding my rotor on was loosened. He said my tire was pressing against the brake and that's what that noise was. He seems to think the mechanics may have messed with it since they are the ones who have the tools to do so. I don't know what to think since it wasn't making that sound before we took it in.It's scary because I use that car to drive my children around, and I don't know what to do since you need to a special power tool to tighten the bolt on the rotor.It has not been a great experience.

Unreliable tire shop. Your time has a high chance of being wasted coming here (5500 n.high street location) . My first appointment I made was cancelled because everyone called off supposedly. I gave them another chance and made a second appointment, this time, their website allowed me to order a tire that wouldn t fit my car. So not only are their workers unreliable but their website is too. Time is valuable and gas is expensive these days. Don t waste it with these clowns. Buyer beware.

This has got to be one of the poorest run businesses. I scheduled at 2 different location s, one called said they didn t have enough staff and could not service my van (2nd time this has occurred at this location). So I scheduled at another location drove there, no one was there the lights were not even turned on.I then contacted another location they could accommodate me and kept the appointment.I purchased tires from Mr.Tire & paired for free rotation. But their computer systems are not linked and could not pull up my account. So I ended up paying for tire rotation & a very expensive oil change. How can a company as large as this have such an old computer system. I have used their service at different locations for well over 20 plus years, there staff turn over is unbelievable never see the same staff in any location. The service has really gone down hill.

Took my car there because my rear right wheel was making a weird scrapping sound, they inspected the vehicle and told me there was nothing wrong with that wheel. I had to take my car to another mechanic and they were able to diagnose a bad caliper in the rear right wheel. This place is a waste of time, bad mecanics can't even diagnose a broken caliper.

I was having trouble with my car battery for a couple days. Called Tirechoice and they said bring it right down. Seth and Harley took care of my car in a matter of 15-20 min. These two guys have helped me with a flat tire in the past. 10/10 experience. They explained everything to me and let me watch them replace my battery so I know how in the future. Tirechoice on High St is my go to mechanic specifically Seth and Harley, thank you guys for taking a stressful situation and making it so easy.

Great service at this location! Tyler was very informative and punctual with getting me checked in and out. Seth did great and fixed my tire very fast and did a great job. Highly recommend

Able to get me in short notice on a Sunday when other shops were closed. Even though they were short staffed and Harley was the only one working, he was extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient.

It very hard with car repair to find someone you trust. Harley and the staff at High St are exceptional, helpful, and very trustworthy.

I took my Chevy to Tire Choice due to an engine light that kept coming on. The mechanics were up front about all maintenance recommendations. Harley performed excellent, thorough maintenance my car drove great after that. Great service at very fair rates. Will definitely be using them for future car upkeep!

Needed to get my tire plugged so after reading reviews on Tire Choice I drove over and met Tyler and Quentin. Quentin came out, looked at tire, and told me the tire would need to be replaced. They didn't have the tire in stock but Tyler ordered one for me for the next day saying it would be in between 9 am and 2 pm. At 8:30 this morning Tyler called to let me know the tire was in. I drove over and, liked Quentin promised the day before, he had the tire replaced in less than 30 minutes. Both of these guys were professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend this Tire Choice if you live in the area. Thanks Tire Choice for getting my car back on the road!

Great service. The store manager Andre was very helpful, courteous, and professional. The shop is clean and tidy.I came without an appointment and a specific tire request. I didn't need it done that day and would have made an appointment. However, Andre made it a priority and got it done same day. Definitely coming back whenever I need service work done or need tighten up my alignment.

I spoke with Quinton at the location on high st and asked if he could see if they had my tire in stock because I ve already been to 2 locations that we re supposed to be open and we re not. I always let him know that my tire is covered under the road hazardous warranty (that I purchased). He informed me the manager wouldn t return until Tuesday, and if the store I purchased it at wasn t open there was nothing he could do because he doesn t know how to access the warranty. What is the point of paying for Road hazard if I can t get a new tire in the event of an emergency. POINTLESS! I m traveling 30mins on the freeway several times a day back and forth, driving on a donut is dangerous.. But if I get my tired fixed elsewhere I ll loose the road hazard warranty and have to purchase a new tire at full cost. How does that make sense!

First time customer! I busted my tire and stopped here when the Firestone across the street let me know that they (Firestone) don t carry and cannot order Michelin tires. Brandon ordered two new tires for me, went to pick them up, and called me a couple hours later to let me know my vehicle was ready. I d expected to be out of a car for the next 24hrs but Brandon went above and beyond to try and get things done sooner. Pricing was competitive and transparent. I ll definitely be returning for future services.

Tire Choice scheduled my service the same day I called which was New Years Eve. Andre was friendly and efficient and stayed in contact with assessment updates as I waited off site. Not only did they replace my tire, but they also aligned my vehicle. Pricing was fair, and I have already recommended Tire Choice to several friends and clients. I also appreciate the convenient location and all the other services they provide; not just tires!

Fast service, and at the drop of a hat. I walked in and my car was up on a rack in 5 minutes. Harley s customer service was above and beyond! Great crew at Tire Choice

I must say I am impressed with Fernando. My check engine light was on. Nothing but annoyed with "it was your gas cap" from another place. Replaced the gas cap. It came back on. Called the dealership where I bought it "you need a diagnostic ran. We can get you in in 2 weeks".Tire Choice was then recommended to me. I called. Fernando was awesome about explaining things. Followed up with the dealership to find out how my warranty would work. I stopped in and he ran the quick test. Need another test ran to determine the issue. But I will be back to have that done and the issue resolved.I would highly recommend.

Had an amazing experience with this shop! The guys were professional yet friendly and Andre made my wait worth it! I needed new tires all the way around and Andre took the time to break down all of my options for me and updated me along the way with progress. I got great service and great conversation! Will definitely be back :)

Had a puncture in my tire that couldn't be repaired, called Tire Choice and they were able to get me in on the same day as well as called around and found a vendor with my model tire. Andre is a very personable and genuinely tries to help his customers. Fernando did a great job swapping out the tire and test driving before sending me on my way. Will definitely be going back when I need a new set of tires. All around a pleasant experience.

Andre and Travis were super helpful! Andre went through all the mechanics of everything that was being done to my car with such compassion to my lack of knowledge. Travis promptly answered the telephone while Andre and I finished checking out, which shows me that they both really do care about their customers. My vehicle received three services, alignment, oil change and transmission flush, Andre said it would be an hour to 90 minutes. It was literally 90 minutes! So prompt with everything, they definitely gained a new customer!!

It sucks getting a flat tire, but Andre and Fernando at Tire Choice made the difference. Fast, friendly and professional service. I had them do an oil change and fix a tie rod too. Prices are good here...no gouging. I highly recommend this place, and will definitely be taking my car here from now on for repairs and maintenance.

Fernando I believe was his name on and his co worker 09/26/2021.Yes 5/5 is what they deserve. Had an appointment at 3:30pm to switch all my tires but my lug bolts were all rounded and needed replaced.they didn t have none in stock. And they called stores around to make sure I had them. They closed at 5pm but I told them I need my car for tommorow for Work and they stayed way passed 5pm to work on my car and waited on parts. I m beyond shock because anywhere else they would have told me tommorow. Excellent customer service as well.

On Monday 05/17/2021, I reached out to tire choice spoke to Fernando (very nice gentleman?)to inquire if they can remove a broken plastic cap from the tire as my tire was flat due to a puncture from a foreign object. Set an appointment for today, 05/18/2021, cautiously drove my plug tire to the shop. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Andre, who was working the front. From start to finish, extremely professional gave me excellent information on my vehicle. I had a great conversation while Fernando serviced my car. Tire choice will be my choice for my tire needs. Thank you so much. I would give more than five stars, but with the way Google is set up, five is the best

Andre was super helpful and accommodating. We also were given honest communication upfront and never pressured in any way. My car s engine blew up and it was not a fun time, so being able to talk and deal with people who were trying to help was appreciated.

Andre's customer service is on point. He is friendly, detailed and helpful. Went in there after going to several shops and could not find the issue, he took the time to actually explain in detail about the repairs and was honest on what he could and could not repair. It was a little expensive but needless to say I have not had an issue with my car ever since. Please give this man a raise, lol.

Joe Campbell was extremely friendly and reasonable with helping me to get the services done that I needed done and didn't push me to do more plus extra discounts. I came here to get my brakes done a few months ago and someone else was working the desk and they were also sure to make sure I was getting just what I needed done and nothing more. I'm happy with my experience.

First off, one of the few shops in town that will install parts that I bought and brought to the store. Aaron, the manager, is very knowledgeable and does quite a bit of work to his vehicle so he has a lot of first hand knowledge of after-market parts. Price was not cheap, but fair given the quality that they provided. I will definitely use them going forward for any work I want to do to my vehicle and I highly recommend the same.

I went to the Tire Choice on North High to get new tires, very next morning I get onto the highway to go to work and my car is shaking horribly, tried to call them after they opened but they didn t answer the phone, so I called the Olentangy location and they took such good care of me, turns out one of my tires wasn t mounted correctly. Which is sooo dangerous, luckily it got taken care of ASAP. Avoid this location and go to Fernando at Olentangy!
