Needed to repair a flat tire, made an appointment online for the following day and they were able to work on the car immediately. I had both rear tires replaced and I was in and out in about 30 min. Store manager was super friendly and knowledgeable, waiting room was super clean and pleasant. Left with confidence the job was done right, highly recommend.

The assistant manager, Paulette, was amazing! She's very personable, and she made getting four new tires a breeze! I didn't need an alignment after getting all new tires, so she didn't charge me for one!

I found my new mechanic!!! I ve gotten an alignment and back brakes and rotors done! The staff here is integral and they go above and beyond to make sure you are set! Ladies!! If you are looking for a place to get oil changes, tires, and anything except body work for your car, this is the place to go! The most important thing about this location is they are excellent! It s hard to come by these days!

Trustworthy, personal, and professional service from start to finish. If you used to go to Mr. Tire near Flanagan's in Dublin, they all moved here. And they brought all of that great service with them. I had been going to the Mr. Tire location for the greater part of a decade and Gavin the manager is always personal and professional and I thoroughly enjoy working with him. He always has my vehicle's best interest in mind, takes pride in his shop's work, and always gives me straightforward answers. I wouldn't trust my vehicles at any other place or with any other people.

My experience here at Tire Choice on Smoky Row and Hard Rd is always a great experience! And as a single woman, I sometimes get intimidated when it s time get car repairs. I never feel that way at Tire Choice. They tell me exactly what s wrong, they give me options, and they don t try to sell me on anything extra unless I really need it or for safety reasons.

Very nice and very friendly! Super professional and knowledgeable! They took great care of me and my vehicle. Came in with a hole in my tire they got it patched and had me back on the road with in 30 mins and I was considered a walk in ! Highly recommend!

Stay away from this place! They worked on my parents car and forgot to put a bolt in. Then they charged them a hundred dollars to repair what they didn't do! They are extremely rude as well. I didn't even mention that to them I stopped to ask a quick simple question and they refused to talk to me because I wasn't paying them. Any respectable person wouldn't have acted like that. I went next door to Tuffy and he answered my question immediately.

Just found my new go-to tire shop. The manager, Jim, went out of his way to help me close to closing time after the Perimeter Rd location screwed me over. I recommend going to this location, and avoiding Perimeter Rd at all costs.

Haven't been to this location in awhile as there was a lot of turnover and I had several issues that shouldn't have happened like a bolt that fell out of a caliper while I was driving a few days after getting new calipers on the rear, and when a spare was put back in my trunk and screwed to underside of car, after a few days of driving, the spare was hanging off the underside of the car. Couple other shoddy things so I didn't go back. Had pad warranty and knew there was a brake issue so I tried this location again and had an excellent experience. Lobby itself was clean, Gavin- new manager was very nice and made sure my car was done in a day, techs were working and being professional. Totally different from prior visits.

I'm amazed at the service I received at this business today! I was traveling and had another 6+ hours to my destination when I realized my tire needed immediate attention. Jim was the only person working, and he was busy working on a car as well as the counter.While he was working on my car, two other people came in, separately, and each said they lived nearby and had a nail in their tire. Jim maintained a great and helpful attitude towards everyone--grace under pressure! I just wanted to give a shout out to Jim and Tire Choice for the excellent service!

This place is always quick to get my car in and fixed. They always keep me updated on how things are going throughout the day. Prices aren't too outrageous. Everyone is very nice to speak with. Definitely recommend.

These guys are the best! The staff is really knowledgeable about vehicles, they've always been honest about what work needs to be done and quick to service my car and let me know when it was ready. They do a great job getting parts for my car, and don't deliver those high pressure sales tactics like at dealerships. I recommend this shop to everyone.

The Tire Choice personnel do a great job with customer service. They are thorough with their work. Mark especially did a good job with recommending some great tires for my long distance trip. He was also able to save me some money by recommending a discount that I could get through Goodyear. Thanks so much for your service.

Took my Jeep in to get some maintenance work done, Bob was very professional and very kind, he explained all they needed to do to my vehicle. I was very comfortable with letting them do the work. His team did a great job, got me in and out in GREAT time. I will definitely recommend Bob and his team to friends and family. Thank guys will be seeing you again for sure.!!!!!!!!

(I'm not sure how to post this on the Tire Choice website)Jim was very helpful in getting me in, patient in explaining what he was going to do (tire rotation). And he did it in 30 mins. and less--with a short staff! I'll definitely use him in the future when I need brakes and other work done. I saw on another review that he also sings for his customers? I'm intrigued now. LOL :)In all seriousness, I highly recommend Tire Choice on Hard Road.

Was charged for optional road hazard coverage for two new tires without being asked. Had intended to buy so didn't fuss in the moment. In retrospect though if they're willing bamboozle me for $50 I can't trust them with a potentially costly repair. Won't go back.

Justin, Jim, and Dustin were absolutely wonderful to work with. I got a great deal on tires and some wheel bearings for my car. After they finished, it feels like an entirely different vehicle! I'm so happy with how considerate everyone was and how meticulous they were with my vehicle. Thanks again for everything! Will definitely be bringing my car here whenever I need something looked at

Great working with Bob and his team for a flat tire emergency fix. My friend came from Indiana and on a long weekend vacation. We called Bob and he is very courteous in his talk saying he could check and help . As he said we dropped the car and within about an hour he called back saying we are good to go. I definitely recommend this place .

This establishment is really good one. I went in there today around lunchtime and talked to Craig, the Store Manager. He was not only accommodating as far as getting me into the schedule on the same day, but was flexible with making some slight modifications to the services included for my tire replacement job. Simply put, I told him what I could afford and he had the experience and wisdom to make the adjustments in the right places that made it possible to get something done for a price that was fair for the both of us. We are all broke right now anyway - it's a sign of the times. I do think he may have been more fair to me in the end but because of that I will be a loyal Tire Choice customer for life. I would recommend Tire Choice Auto Services Center to friends and family or complete stranger or anyone. They are kind, decent, competent, and efficient. Thank you for the great job you did on my tire replacement.

I've been coming here for years, and I trust them implicitly for my repairs. Recently, I had a valve replacement done here malfunction, with oil exploding all over my engine. I called them up and they got it fixed no problem, no charge, and even looked at it again a few days later to make sure it wasn't still leaking. Jim, Justin, Dustin, and Dave have always done excellent work, but I truly believe that this repair of a defective part shows just how above and beyond they're willing to go.

I can always count on James Evans Service with a smile and can he belt out any song!!! I had my brakes put on and an oil change. It was a very pleasant experience! Micheal I believe he is the manager helped me. He was knowledgeable, kind, and didn't treat me like how other mechanics treat women (if you understand what I mean). I really appreciated that. I will recommend to my family and friends.Update: 4/12/19:I had to go back and get some more work done with my air sensor. Justin was very kind and helpful. He told me the truth and had great customer service. I may go back. I don't know. I went back because it is convenient and they treated me well the last time. The thing that concerned me was when I questioned the oil change. I paid for full synthetic and the oil change sticker they put on your car had been checked off saying it was a blend. When I asked about this they pointed to the computer screen and said"it says you asked for full synthetic here" I'm like yes I know. I paid the price for full synthetic did y'all put in full synthetic or a blend? He just stared at me and said I wasn't here so I don't know! !!! And I said I didn't put it in so.. . Not thinking to ask someone that was there if they put in a blend. That made me angry. I mean seriously! So I'm changing my mind.....

i went here for a brake change, understanding i might need rotors . they told me the caliper was bad and would need replaced and that every brake and rotor needed replace 1600 dollars. I came and got my car and took it to another mechanic who said they literally could not understand what they were seeing with the caliper. This is the kind of company that is waiting for soccer moms to show up and they can make up repairs to charge more money . terrible practice and won t be back. Got all new brakes and resurfaced rotors ( because they were fine) for less than half the cost. don t go to this place.
