I had a tire pop just a few months ago in October, and the service here was absolutely wonderful. I worked with Justin and Herb, and they were quick in ordering the replacement and had it installed within 48 hours. I had a tire on that same side pop yesterday, and immediately called here. Justin ordered it for me yesterday afternoon, and had everything ready by 11am this morning. They re honest, and very helpful. 10/10

Hands down the best place to have your tires checked and fixed!Both of the guys working on 4/12, still accepted me when I was in dire need of help with my leaking tire. I called 30 mins prior to closing, got their 15 mins to close and yet they provided great customer service and FIX my tire! Most of the tire shop will tell you, its not fixable and you would need a tire, but this shop did its best to get the service each customer deserves! The price is also reasonable!

Herb was fantastic! I had a muffler issue, and he told me to bring it over right away for him to take a look at and diagnose the problem. The next morning he called with two solutions, and explained all the options. I highly recommend this service center if you re looking for car help.

Today we got a major flat tire on the highway. I called ahead to this store while my husband put on the spare tire. Herb and Luke and the garage crew took great care of us. They had our car in and out of the garage in just under an hour and we were back on the road. I have been coming to this shop for years and have always received excellent service. Thank you Herb and Luke and the garage crew for being so kind and calm while we in a very stressful situation today. If you are looking for a trustworthy garage to take your car to, come to this shop.

I was heading out of town and noticed a nail in my tire. At 3:30PM on a Friday Herb and Justin got me on the lift and fixed the issue so I could travel confidently. Hard to find people with a sense of urgency and empathy these days! They were quick and knowledgeable, will definitely use again.

I just got off of active duty and landed in Michigan on Thursday when I was making my trip down south. Four hours in, my back left tire began leaking air and it was close to dark outside but luckily we saw Tire Choice right near where we were. We walked in close to 6:35p.m. (25 minutes before closing) and could not have been met with nicer customer service. Phil and Justin did not hesitate or seem annoyed with our situation, in fact they smiled and took care of our issue immediately. I was on the phone with the VA so I did not get to thank them personally, but they have no idea just how much it meant to me to not have this one other thing to worry about as I am settling back down from being overseas for the last 3.5 years. Thank you Phil and Justin. You guys are awesome.

My engine light showed low tire pressure so I stopped in for air. A service agent assisted me without a wait time and he discovered a long nail in my left passenger tire. I wasn't surprised because my Grandview office is a construction site. The manager immediately went to pick up the tire and drop it off before getting other tires for other customers. (I offered cookies to another customer who was waiting). I work in CS for BMW. The service was EXCEPTIONAL, professional and fast. They even offered me a discount on my new tire. Amazing group of people. I highly recommend this business.

I just had a great experience here. I called and made a same day appointment for an inspection on my car. My car was looked at quickly and they took care right away of what needed fixed. I was not up charged, and the short amount of time to fix the part was taken into consideration for my final cost. Herb at the front desk was GREAT, so kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

After having an unpleasant experience at the Hilliard Rome location, I came to this shop to try and get some answers about my tire as well as the warranty on the tires I had purchased from Tire Choice. Justin was extremely helpful, he and the technician identified I had what looks to be a spring loaded center punch in my tire, remove it and patch it until new tires come in. He was able to prepare me a quote for new tires, using the warranty credit that the other manager from Hilliard Rome stated was expired. I am appreciative of all of their knowledge and assistance in helping getting me back on the road safely!

They were really nice people they were just bout getting ready to close and they took me in they didn't have the spare tire but they were willing to put on my spare tire in the mean time till I had the next tire amazing great people here highly recommend

I had a big bolt in my tire and they took my car right away and had it patched in less than 30 minutes. Herb and Nick were super friendly and helpful. 10/10

I got a flat tire over the weekend and Tire Choice was recommended to me to take care of the issue. Herb was able to match a cheaper price for the tires I wanted from across the city. I dropped my car off in the afternoon and picked it up later that day. I will definitely be back next time I need my tires serviced!

I drive 30 miles out of my way to take my car for service here. The work they do is that good! They ensure work is done right first time everytime. I have had my car serviced at Monro since purchasing my car new in 2007 and now have over 350,000 miles and driving like a beauty still. The manager at this location is one of a kind and honest with diagnosis, pricing, and overall repair process. Ask for Herb and you will be in good hands with your vehicle care here!

I have taken my car here a few times for different things and Herb has ALWAYS been fantastic. He explains options beforehand and I always feel well taken care of when I am there. I will continue to be a customer here for a long time!!

I never leave reviews but I had to about this place. We we traveling with a 5th wheel camper and had 2 blow outs. We only had one spare so we limped along the shoulder of the highway until we found a parking lot to park in. We were in luck the parking lot was right next to Tire choice. I walked in and talked to Herb he said they had 2 tires in stock. I carried the rims over to the store and they replaced them immediately. After they replaced the tires Herb said they would drive the tires over to the parking lot and replace them for us. The mechanic working took the tires to the near by parking lot and fully mounted them and sent us on our way. This was completely unexpected but we are so thankful we were able to find such a great service place like this to get us back on the road so quickly. Herb was even trying to entertain our kids while we waited. I can not thank the staff here enough.

I went to Tire Choice on Fishinger Blvd after a different location messed up terribly. Herb not only took care of my vehicle, he went above and beyond anything I could have asked for. Herb, at Tire Choice, will have a customer for life, as well as my son's truck. I cannot say enough about the exceptional service I received and the quality of work performed.

I came in 8/5 without an appointment to get my tire patched and tar caught on my wheel. The staff promptly helped me and made sure to get me on my way. Very nice and friendly staff!

Just got an oil change and transmission fluid flush done and got it scheduled last minute on a Saturday. So that is a big plus. Everything seems to be running smoothly.Make sure to check your inspection report though. The mechanic noted the cabin air filter was installed incorrectly upon arrival, but I was 100% certain it was installed correctly. Checked it when I got home and saw the mechanic had flipped it so air flow pointed up, but in a 2017 Honda CRV the air flow should point down.It s a small issue, which was easy to fix, but it gives me some reserve on the more involved work done like the transmission flush and oil change if the mechanic made a mistake on something as simple as a cabin air filter. I ll have to monitor the car a bit more closely in the coming weeks.

Herb is awesome! So very polite, and the mechanics are so great and efficient! They are super professional and will help you in every way they can and try to save you money! Would not want to go anywhere else!
