While the staff was fairly nice, the overall experience was a terrible disappointment. My wife's brand new car (less than 600 miles on the odometer) was involved in a collision in July or August 2022 and the reason I chose this particular body shop was because they were one of very few in the Columbus area that were certified by Subaru.Upon picking up the vehicle after Three-C claimed it was ready, I noticed an obvious abnormal negative camber in the rear left wheel. After driving the vehicle and getting it up to highway speed, I noticed a wheel bearing was bad. I ended up having to bring the vehicle back 3 or 4 times (I lost count) because 3 of the wheel bearings were bad, and they discovered more damage as well. This was incredibly frustrating that I had to bring back a vehicle multiple times after I was told that it was ready. After picking up the vehicle for the final time, I noticed scratches on the driver door and handle.For one of the return visits, they were kind enough to pay for a rental car. I appreciated that, but it never should have got to that point. We also were supposed to receive warranty information for their repairs in the mail. We never ended up receiving it. I think whoever was assigned to work on the vehicle was not very bright considering mostly positive reviews about Three-C. However, this experience was not the best, and I will not return in the future.

This body shop is a 5/5. I had got into an automobile accident and had my door smashed in, they replaced it and made my car look better than when I brought it in! Very friendly and nice people, had my car done quicker than I thought and always updated me. I definitely recommend this body shop. And thank you to the kind staff for the help I was given!

I have used 3 c two times now and they are amazing!!! The communicate wonderfully with how your car repairs are going, they are quick with turn around time getting your car back to you, and everyone who works up there is friendly and knowledgeable with any questions I came up with. The work they do is amazing too. My car came back to me looking brand new!! I highly recommend 3c for all body repairs with or without insurance.

I never leave reviews but this one is worth it. Walking in there to begin with was a great experience. Everyone was super friendly and Jessica kept me up to date on my car the whole time. It was ready earlier than expected and looked amazing! It looked like I just took it from the car lot. The interior was cleaned as well and smelled like a brand new car again. Highly recommend!!

I recently had my son's car repaired at Three-C and they did a beautiful job. The technicians and painters are magicians as the car looks brand new! The estimator, Jessica, kept me informed throughout the process. The General Manager was friendly, informative and made the experience fantastic, as did the two Customer Service Representatives. The location is a bit inconvenient for me but I would gladly drive by any other competitor to visit this shop and have my car repaired! Thanks to the entire team for a seamless process, great experience and a flawless repair!

EXCELLENT customer service and TOP NOTCH, thorough completion of repairs and reassembly. They are AMAZING!!I was in an auto accident back at the end of January, and I decided to take my vehicle to Three-C Body Shop on 2300 Briggs Road because I heard that they were the best in Columbus. They definitely lived up to that statement and did not disappoint. From the day I pulled my car in, to the day I left, their customer service and processes have been top notch.While I spent a long time waiting for it s completion due to back ordered parts (out of their control), Allison, the representative of my case, was sure to keep me updated every step of the way. I never was in question about what was going on. She would message me every Monday, if not every other week (over the past 5 months!) to let me know where we were at with the process. Her task of being an intermediary between me and the insurance companies was well performed, and she always covered all the bases on keeping me informed and helping as much as she could.When I did come pick my car up, Kevin lead me to my car and again displayed excellent customer service, showing me what had been repaired and explaining my lifetime warranty I now have with their shop. They even gave me touch-up paint to take home with me in case of any dings or scratches!I 100% recommend Three-C body shop to anyone inside or outside of the Columbus area!!

Everything about our experience here was amazing ! Jessica was phenomenal at updating us on our cars progress , letting us know when parts were coming in and when the expected date for it to be done . For days we couldn t get ahold of our insurance guy and Three-C would provide us with any information we needed. My fianc� said the workers there were so friendly , professional and thorough. This company and this location will forever be our go to ! And anyone that ask for a recommendation we will send them here !

I am giving this shop 5/5 stars. I hit a deer at 65 mph and busted the whole front of my car well I called around and called around got a few estimates from other shops and they was all booked out till April and may. so I went out of my mile radius and found Three C s so I gave them a call and told them what I had he told me to bring it in the next day and they will look at it. so I got there and the customer service was amazing very polite and professional. Then got everything on my end taken care of then off to the garage it went. needed a front new bumper, new intercooler all the sensors, and a lot more!. I called up a month later and asked how everything was going he said it was all going very good just waiting on a back ordered part well it turns out they ended up finding a new one and caught me by surprise with a text message saying that the car is completed. I went back up to pick up my car and was 100 percent satisfied with the work those then and women put in up there that has to be the best body work I ve ever seen I ve now recommended 3 people to them they take very good care of your car. I don t know about most people but I m very very picky when it comes to getting the inside of any of my vehicles dirty when I picked it up they had floor papers and complete seat covers put inside the car to keep it clean and to say the least even though I had more things to worry about than the inside of my car being covered in dirt and grease I was definitely worried about that but they took excellent care of that car. They answered every question I had. I hope I never have to put another car up there for the same reason because it s no fun but if I ever need body work done again they will definitely see me 10/10 recommend anyone needing body work done to just forget the other shops and take it straight there you will not be disappointed thank you again too all the staff at Three C s y all rock !!!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My nightmare started Monday and January 8. I was rear-ended two hours away from home. The car was not drivable so the police impounded it in their lot for safe keeping it cost me $279 to pick up my car three days later. I wanted my car taken to three body shop, I ve seen the commercial where they say they can get your Depreciation value back . Tuesday morning I called three C bodyshop and requested a price to go get my car 145 miles away. They said it would be $350 plus a couple extras.. And then they said unfortunately their tow truck driver was out all week so they set it up with Woody s towing in Hilliard. You know as well as I do if you ve ever been in an accident it is very stressful you just wanna get things taken care of right away, so you don t have to worry anymore. So I called woodys towing and they charged me $754 . Another company out to wax people for their money. So that s a little over $1000 just for storage and towing. 3C body shop quoted me an estimate to repair my car of $24,000. My car is only worth $28,000 and nobody got hurt in the accident so it wasn t that hard of a hit. I decided that I didn t want them to fix my car so I had to pay for them to release my car I had to pay $1356 to get my car out. They stated that it took them 10 hours to take the bumper off and the quarter panel. And look up underneath the car they charged me a $300 admin fee for typing up the invoice And printing it out. They charged me $95 to tow my car from one lot next-door to the other lot so it could be picked up by the other body shop.. They change the labor cost from $80 an hour to $65 an hour after I told them that they were just making up prices and charges. I am beyond disgusted, and I want to know how to prove that that man spent 10 hours working on my car. Somebody needs to look into this body shop. They really are robbing the public.

Three C helped to make a bad situation from a hit n run accident, much better. Although, my insurance company wasn't very helpful, they knew how to navigate the situation. From Debbie up front to Paul in the back, everyone was helpful. They took time to update me, go to bat for me and returned my Telluride to me in mint condition, as id the accident never happened. If you experience an accident or need ant bidy work completed on your car, I highly and confidently recommend 3C.Service: Painting

They only work on vehicles up to 10-12 years old. My vehicle is a 2004 like new, no rust 46,000+ miles and really only needs some paint redone after I was hit by another driver. Didn't get my business.

They are going to total out your car. They are going to give you some mess about how they don't control if the insurance company totals out your car. They do have control over the supplements they sent your insurance. They are trying to over charge your insurance company. I added pic below and you decide if it was $8,000 worth of damage. If I were you I would pay no mind to what the owner wrote below. The time to talk was when they had my car and found whatever it is that you can't see from the exterior. Instead they sent my insurance an estimate for $8,000 to fix my car. While that is an award winning performance that the owner is putting on below they dont care.They got made either way. Take your car else where if you want to keep it.

Wouldn't recommend!I fought tooth and nail with my insurance to get my car to this shop instead of their preferred shops just to be SEVERELY disappointed.This shop will over promise and under deliver then talk poorly about you, take no accountability and even hang up on you. The shop lacks professionalism and will dismiss any valid concerns with excuses.I can't speak to the quality of the work because I have yet to get my car back even though I was promised my car would be done a week ago. If the quality of the work is anything similar to how the admin team handles customer service I'm sure it will be sub par at best.

I originally had my work done with them 6 years ago on my car. The first issue I was willing to look past being it took them over a month to get my car done, when they said just a week or two. Not sure what the hold was. The damage wasn't severe enough where I couldn't drive the car and airbags weren't deployed, so I could've been driving the car while they ordered the parts. Had issues with the door not being properly connected back up with wiring and bolts so I had to take it back in right after I had the service done. I could've looked past all of these previous issues, but over the years I'm having issues with their work falling apart. Pieces of the car they worked on are popping out of place, pieces of the body they painted are chipping off and rusting. Eventually I wanted to sell the car and remembered they have a lifetime warranty on their work, so I called them up to schedule warranty work to fix all of this. It was nearly impossible to get ahold of someone to do warranty work after calling at least 6 times with them telling us they would call is back with no response or they would just hang up on us. Eventually after a few weeks of trying to get in for warranty work they get us an appointment. During the appointment they tell us rust isn't covered under warranty for their work, while none of the factory work has rust on it. Then they offered to fix the rust for over $3k . 3C might've been a solid body shop back in the day, but they've obviously gone down hill. Sad to see them become just another sketchy body shop.

I recently had front end damage on my Ford and brought it to Three C (where I've been before). The experience was exactly what I have come to expect. First, they helped me understand how the relationship between the insurance company (Progressive, who also did a good job) and Three C worked. They provided a quick estimate, and then looked at the insurance estimate right after it was completed. The difference was quickly resolved and Three C started work. They communicated with me frequently (2x per week) giving me a status report, and gave me a completion date at the beginning of the work. They finished right on schedule, and the work was excellent. (And to top it all off, they did an excellent detailing of my car before returning it. Through the process, the Three C staff were helpful, friendly and honest. Very pleased and would highly recommend them.

From first calling the shop, to picking up my vehicle when finished, Three C was friendly, helpful, and very easy to deal with. They were respectful of my car and even took off sticky stuff left behind from a car emblem, and that wasn t even anywhere near the part of the car being painted. I really appreciated this. When my car was rear ended I had it taken to three c for repair. They worked directly with the insurance company regarding pricing and needed repairs. They also walked me through setting up the rental and answered all the questions I had promptly and in detail. They communicated with me throughout the process, providing updates on progress. I am very happy with the service I received and everyone I worked with was kind and knowledgeable. I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket thanks to their diligence and willingness to contact the insurance company directly. They left my rear bumper disconnected when i came back to the shop the mechanic manager sent the receptionist to tell me my car came like that , basically taking 0 responsibility for the terrible work done on my car. Very Sketchy atmosphere even worse service.

I contacted Three C about my car which was involved in a crash, terrible front end damage. From the moment I contacted Three C, I was greeted by very courteous and professional staff, they explained very clearly each step of the process, they were great with giving me updates about my vehicle, they coordinated very well with the insurance company and the rental car company which I wasn't expecting. And they did very great work on my vehicle and got it back to looking like new much sooner than I expected. Every staff member I had the pleasure of coming in contact with was professional, and very helpful. Staff is amazing! My mom was in a fender bender and they were courteous, respectful, caring, and much more!! They explained everything they did,gave her a print-out of all the repairs/replacements, etc.. This company is very professional, the staff is friendly and the work is A+. You are treated like family from the moment you walk in the door for an estimate. Everything is always clearly explained and they keep you up-to-date on the entire process. I really appreciated the text messages letting me know what was going on. HORRIBLE body shop! Initially I chose them due to their willingness to pay half of my deductible. As I go to pick up my car today they told me the deductible has more than doubled. They are now holding my car hostage and frankly being very confrontational on the phone calling my disabled wife a liar.Go else where, thank me later!

Their customer care and service is outstanding! Of course their work is remarkable as well. With that said their customer service and Care far supersedes anything that I could even mention in this review. To make it short, I am extremely grateful for the help and guidance that they provided through a very stressful time with my insurance company. And now, I have my car back and it looks better than brand new. I highly recommend Three-C!

I just wanna say Three-c Is an amazing place. I took my car in and they had it done within a week. They had to replace two doors that were damaged. The car looks better than what it did before the accident. Customer service is top notch. I also want to say, one of the technicians (Warris) who was responsible for fixing my car is honestly one of the best in the business. He kept me in the loop on everything he would be doing. Very nice Guy and did a great job. I highly recommend Three-C if you have any collision damage.
