I would not recommend this business. On 2/26, I brought my car in for an oil change. All seemed fine, until I realized about 5 days after the fact that my car had leaked out all 4.2 quarts of oil. I called Take Five to start the claims process and have had nothing but a run around. First, the manager came to my home to inspect the car and immediately claimed that the leak was not caused by Take Five, but I needed to take my car to his shop to inspect it. I did so. At the shop, I was present at the inspection. The manager claimed that the oil leak was coming from the rear main, and again claimed they were not to blame. I could see the oil was leaking from the filter and pointed that out to him, and he said that it was just leftover oil from the change (notably, no oil change should leave your engine coated in oil like that). He offered to change my oil again, which puzzled me. I asked why he would change the oil if the oil change had NOT caused the leak. When I said this, he then said he would actually not feel comfortable changing my oil before speaking with corporate. He then offered to run codes on my car, and I again pointed out that my car did not have any check engine lights on because I had caught the oil leak, so there would not be any codes. He replied, you re pretty smart. He stressed repeatedly that it was not Take Fives fault, and told me if I pursued a claim I would be responsible for paying everything because the leak was not our fault. He was perfectly nice, but I feel he was actively trying to mislead me about the issue, and in hindsight, likely lied to me about what was causing the leak. I informed him that I would be taking my car to a different mechanic for a diagnostic and took it a local mechanic.This diagnostic was ultimately another runaround, so check my profile on my poor experience with Luke s Auto Repair. I finally took my car to a second mechanic, Ernie s Auto Repair, who discovered that Take Five had not replaced the O ring in my oil filter when they changed my oil. This was after I had undertaken the expense of the diagnostic, a rental car for when I had to go to work, and a few rideshares, not to mention the oil change itself which was NEVER refunded to me. Had I not caught the leak, this mistake would have totaled my car, causing irreparable damage to the engine.I have made a claim and now am getting ghosted by the Fleet Response people because they initially denied my claim based only on the manager s report that it was not Take Five s fault. It s hard for me to believe that the manager of an oil change location would not notice that the O ring was left out of my car as that is oil change 101. I believe that the manager either noticed this and tried to remedy it by disclaiming responsibility (and offering to change my oil) or he truly doesn t know enough about cars to be working on them.In sum, Take Five did a terrible oil change on my car. They then refused to take responsibility for the problem, and ended up costing me a significant sum, much less the time I had to spend chasing down this problem.

Enjoyed an absolutely wonderful experience with my oil change at this location. The gentlemen working on my vehicle were extremely kind and polite every step of the way. Explaining my options without any high pressure sales, and not suggesting anything needed replacing that didn t (my windshield wipers for example, were nearly new).This was my first visit, but I will certainly be a return customer. It was quick, painless, and an overall positive experience start to finish getting my oil changed today.

It was my first time and the two gentlemen were very helpful and friendly. I wasn t there for a long time. They made me feel loved. I will definitely tell my friends and family to come as well. My mom told me so I went.

We have been going to take 5 for years and always had a good experience. We stopped at this location for the first time expecting great service. We were "greeted" by the two techs who came out of the office visibly annoyed that they had a customer.He asked me to pop the hood which I did. Meanwhile, the female tech was frustrated that we weren't backing up for her fast enough in the bay...Guess what? The other tech had put a parking cone BEHIND our vehicle. We had to wait for the other tech to move the cone, while she kept yelling to move back! The other tech told her to calm down and said he had to move the cone...Next, I asked him a question. How much was the oil change? We were providing the filter and oil. He said, "it's going to cost you $65 bucks..." I said, "what? $65 bucks?!" He said "yeah, $65!" with disgust in his voice. At this point he became visibly hostile and annoyed, and said, "you know what with that "attitude" forget it! Get the F#K out of here!" The employee was throwing us and our two toddlers in the backseat out of the shop for asking a question and being very surprised at the high cost. We told him to close our hood and they both ignored us. I drove down the street and closed the hood myself. Yes, this really did happen around 11:30am 3/16/24, so the owner can look up who was working.It was the worst customer service experience we've ever experienced at an oil change shop. The lack of respect, attitude, and hostility was stunning towards potential paying customers.Their hostile behavior and attitude made us go to a competitor for half the cost and excellent customer service. Zero attitude. Professional. Like it's supposed to be. I told the service tech about our experience and he looked at me and said, "we hear that a lot about take five... They don't do things right, they don't care, and a lot of bad customer experiences so they come to their shop", which by the way, was Valvoline.If the Take 5 techs treated us this bad, then you know it's a regular thing for them to treat people this poorly all the time because no one is holding them accountable. Both techs should be fired immediately. Do not give Take 5 your business.

Lorenz & the gentleman working with him (tall fella with the long dreadlocks) were great & polite as usual. Service was fast during my lunch break & they helped me with my tire caps. Appreciate it, thanks again

Guys were great and friendly. Took good care of me but my check engine lights been on since and I'm not sure why.. I've driven about 40 miles so far and it's still on. Hoping it's nothing serious.

I went to get an oil change last evening and the two young men that completed it were the best. The customer service was exceptional and the young men did a great job communicating with me and the other clients that were present. I really appreciate good service.

I always have anxiety going to get my car worked on in any capacity cuz idk anything about cars but these guys were so sweet and efficient, took care of me and just seem like nice dudes. Definitely recommend coming here!

They gave me a free water bottle with my oil change and I actually was pretty thirsty so I really appreciated it. It wasn t even room temperature, it was a chilled water bottle.

Showed up for an oil change during their supposed hours of operation but they had both bays blocked with cones, open sign was off, and no one ever came out. Save yourself time and go somewhere that is open when they are supposed to be.EDIT: I thought I would give this place a second chance. Went in today 1/3/24 at 4:30 and while an employee did come out this time they informed me that they were all on break until 5:00 PM. I certainly will not be back.
