Said what they did, did what they said - all very quickly and with the utmost professionalism. Didn't try to upsell me on any parts or service. Not only was the tech, DJ, communicating well with me, but he was very thorough with his fellow staff, strongly verbalizing step by step actions throughout the service. Well ran!This geezer will never accept today's prices for full synthetic, but Take 5 provided great value for the service rendered. Thanks DJ!If anyone reads this and if DJ isn't in a position to give himself a raise, he should be!

The gentleman Dj Hood who helped me was very well educated on his job. He properly provided guidance to the employees around him to help guide them as well during my service. He made sure to give me details during my experience with him to ensure I knew exactly what was going on. I always come here because the majority of the time the mechanics are quick, honest, and aren't trying to trick me into an upcharge. However, multiple times I've come during open hours, watched a mechanic see me pull up (with no one else being serviced), and just choose not to come out and give me service. Very frustrating when I need an oil change and am already going out of my way to get it done in my busy schedule. Not sure who's getting paid to do nothing but you might want to make sure your employees are actually doing their job.

Last car of the evening on one of the polar vortex evenings, and it was absolutely freezing in there! Everyone was super friendly and extremely helpful even though they had no feeling in hands. I sat in my car with the window open in solidarity but could barely stand it for the 20 minutes I was in there, let alone a multi hour work shift. Grade A folks, would very much recommend!

They never have my oil. Ive ran into this issue at least 5 times. I went to several locations trying to get an oil change done & none had my oil. I just go to Valoline now. I drive an 02 Lesabre, If that helps anyone out. Save your time if possible. Just go to Valvoline. Staff at this location seemed annoyed that I pulled in 45 minutes till close. I understand the annoyance of that but it wasnt like I pulled in 10 minutes before close. I got off late & desperatly needed an oil change, my car was bone dry.

My experience was fine, had spent $130 on full synthetic. The young man who removed my air filter to show me how dirty it was, failed to properly reinstall it, which resulted in my car shutting off in mid traffic, it overheated, fried the battery, needed towed. ended up paying $500 in repairs. I will never be back.

Very polite and respectful. Although I did notice that they did not clear my oil change service for my car. As this was stated is was done on my receipt. I had to YouTube how to reset it myself after forgetting when I pulled off.

Service was fast. The person helping me was friendly and efficient.Zero stars for Take 5 for allowing their employees to work in freezing cold temperatures with no heat!!! I had my window down because he was asking me questions about my car and I was freezing. I can't imagine how those poor guys work out there. Take 5....treat your employees better

We showed up at 7am (which they said they were open online) looking to get an oil change before our roadtrip. When we pulled in we saw the mechanic sitting in the office. We were the only car waiting & waited outside the garage for 20 minutes. We tried to call the office to make sure they were still open since no one had greeted us or was in the garage prepping. We watched the mechanic ignore our call. We weren t sure if he even saw us sitting and waiting so we gave a little courtesy beep beep to let him know we had been out there waiting for 30 mins at this point. Shortly after that Juan the mechanic came out and started cussing at us calling us names and that he just got here (which isn t true because we saw him sitting in the office for the past 30 minutes ignoring us). We were very kind when he came out explaining that we had been waiting for 30 minutes and wasn t sure if he saw us there. He refused us service on top of completely disrespecting us so we wasted our time and energy on this location with the worst customer service ever, but honestly glad this guy didn t work on our car. There s absolutely no reason for them to be cussing out their customers all because they re too lazy to actually do their job. This guy needs to be fired, he threatened to fight us if we didn t leave and made us feel extremely unsafe and uncomfortable.

Best place in the area to get your basic maintenance. They are kind and courteous and lightning fast. You don't have to get out of your car, they explain everything as they go, and don't try to sell you extra services that you don't need. The tech even reminded me to check my email to see if I had any coupons, and they gave me a bottle of water when I pulled up. Absolutely wonderful! Once you have service there, you get a sticker for their top off service too. Thich means anytime, you can drive through and get your oil, wiper fluid, tires, etc filled for FREE. Go here, it's awesome!

Had my vehicle service here for oil change, the tech told me it had taken them a little extra time to have the oil filter removed. Once they completed the oil change I headed back home. On my way back I heard like something popped, continue to drive to get home when I notice some smoke come out it was strange to me as this had not happened before. When I got home and parked I notice a mess of oil. Hope my engine didn t get ruined.Service: Oil change

I went to this place twice, the last time they told me that they couldn't change my oil because one part of the filter was too tight. They were responsible and they didn't accept their mistake. Don't keep quiet about this place. They will damage your cars.

This is the best take 5! The employees are always so kind and helpful and I pretty much exclusively come to this location because of it. Shoutout to the workers there yesterday evening even in the cold temperatures helping with my oil change and low tire pressure.

I waited in line for thirty minutes for them to scan my vehicle and tell me their computer wasn t working for Dodges so they didn t know what oil to put in my car. I told them what oil, and the filter type and they said they couldn t do it because their computer didn t tell them to. Grossly incompetent staff, only one lane open with 6 people working. Go somewhere else, I promise you that s the right call. No money is worth that level of incompetence

Well this round that I went was my 2nd time the experience ,the control ,the respect , the clear direction given when prompt the fast pace, and how the great experience keeps me from coming back for a great next experience I was fulfilled and satisfied. I personally recommend to experience there polite and respectful experience wanting for more the best service is priceless and the worker are as well I will stay there as a permanent client with that awesomeness service who wouldn't thank u for that and for u making sure that it's always be like that and beyond.

My oil could not be changed because they did not have the seal that goes with the oil filter. They suggested I go to AutoZone, get the seal and return. I thought this was a ridiculous request so I went down the road to Valvoline

Came in and they didn't have an oil filter for my car. No biggie, so I left to go about my day and do it another time. Unfortunately, the tech didn't put my oil cap back on before I was told to go.A check engine light came on 20 minutes later.I took my car to Firestone I had to pay about $300 for the assessment only to be told the oil cap was left off.I've been trying to get a hold of take 5 for a week and can only get a hold of receptionists.You may save a couple bucks on an oil change but this place may get you in the long run you might be screwing up your car.

They got my attention when they greeted me with a smile and a bottle of water. I found each tech to be efficient and courteous. I loved being able to stay in my car. Marshawn and Kenneth did my oil change. They were kind, informative, and quick. We re a joy to talk to. Made sure my vehicle had the right oil and filled my tires. Not trying to overcharge. Really appreciated their kindness and efficient work. Thank you! 100% recommend.

Very great service! I simply loved how the employees handled their work. Polite and professionals..no goofing around like at other places I've been to. Best of all i waited in my car while they changed the oil in my truck. Also i received a coupon from them. I'll be returning back when it's time to change the oil again that's for sure. :)
