Amazing experience very simple, these guys are straightforward with you and when you buy a car with them they support you with 5$ oil changes and even help if a major repair is needed so your not stuck. The whole buying process was very easy and will definitely come back in the future.

DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE if you value your hard earned money and time. Do your research. DON'T JUST TAKE MY WORD FOR IT. Log in BBB (better business bureau). On Google reviews they advertise that they have a 3.5 rating but on BBB they actually have an F rating because of so many compliants that are never resolved and they are not responding to BBB. DO yourself a favor and go somewhere else. When you start dealing with them you start with CHRISTIAN TIAN. Then later Chris or Christian just disappear and leave you with STANLEY CIAN which apparently is part of finance.I went there on Jan 2 to purchase a car. Was told that I qualify but had to put $1500 as a down-payment. Since I didn't have the whole amount with me I put $1000 as hold towards the down-payment. But when I came home after much reflection the whole process seems shady. Not only Christian didn't want to tell me the exact amount of the price of the car, he didn't want to tell me how much mileage the car has on, and didn't want to tell me my biweekly payment. When I ask for an inspection for myself in order to at least see the inside of the car, he told that we will do a tourough inspection when I came to give the rest of the payment and sign documents.So I went back on the Jan 6 2024 and told him I didn't feel confortable with the whole thing and I was not going with the deal. Now all the sudden Christian said he has nothing to do with and that I should speak to Stanly Cian. Mind you I have no idea who this Stanly is. So Christian text me his number and I call right then and there and he said that my down-payment was already processed and is non refundable. How can you proceed a deal with no signed paperwork or some kinda of agreement in writing.Long story short Christian is MIA since then at the office the only way to reach Stanley is only when his employee calls him.Stanley want to negotiate my hard earned money and is only willing to give back $500 as a favor. Another thing is after I went and called the police they have a receipt with my name in as a signature which I don't sign my name as signature and on their receipt, it says down-payment are non refundable but on my receipt those stuff are not there.Also since they run my credit all I have been calling are international calls from Chinese people trying to offer me a stay at home job if I can provide them with my social. When I ask how they got my what's app contacts, they say they got from hiring data base.Again if you value your time, money, identity, stay away from them. And if happen to go to byrider and someone hand you Christian number do not take because they are all working together

I purchased 2012 Chevy Sonic from them few month ago, so far it runs good. I don't have good credit, many buy here pay here dealers ask for high down payment and ridiculous payment. But this dealership offered very reasonable finance price. They are honest and easy to talk with.

Everyone here is awesome. Then process was fast and fair . The guys were able to get me into a nice car. Great place to buy a nice car!! Seriously of you have credit issues this is the only place to go

Ok,one star to leave a review. So I was searching for a used car online. Bait clicked an 800$ suv .messaged the"seller " I was so distracted by the ugh I need a car brain ,that I missed all the red flags.This "seller " didn't say hi work for such and such company. Wasn't forward about much .I put in application, obviously. The "seller" responds you live too far away.ok now I get spam calls continuously and I had to get online and go searching like sherlock homes to even find this "business " however I did find me an suv "too far away " let me say this if you're looking for a used car jd byrider is the way to go .no hassle no gimmicks straight forward .honest vehicle inspections. They will help you to the best of their availability. Locations in coloumbus, dayton and more.

I ve had my car for 90 days and still haven t received the white copy (certificate of memorandum) to get my hard plates! Riding on expired tags! I ve paid my balance and everything. I did everything on my end! I was told today by the man at the (Kenny rd) location the reason he can t give me the certificate of memorandum is because they didn t complete the vehicle inspection. The same state vehicle inspection that should ve been done before they sold me the car! They have me paying for a car that s not mine! Then they won t give me a copy of the contract I signed and the other papers I signed till they complete the inspection which is very weird!

Everyone here is great! The entire process was fair and easy, they also worked with me to meet my needs. I didn t have credit, a low down payment, and no insurance but they still managed to work with me. They offer great financing prices and are totally understanding. Amazing place to get a new car from!!

Our car was returned after 45 days because a front end damage that was not recorded to us in the engine started making noise. We also recorded the salesman on several occasions, changing his story about the vehicle and our loan and getting our money back at least 20 times in a 18 minute conversation. These guys are untrustworthy and will rip you off if you let them. We have several times to speak to their boss and was told that I will not give you his number. We were lucky enough to get our money back except for $300 for a use, because on our contract we found mistakes. Again, I would not trust the salesman inside at all.

This place is a scam. I have been told on the phone they have cars 5000$ and 8000$ and they had me fill the application. They called and said you were approved and you can come to look at the cars. After I drove for more than 1 hr. They said at dealership they don t sell cars in that range. This place is scam. Al the cars are over priced. Don t buy here

Liars! Bad communication! Collected my info and told me I was approved then said that the manager wasn't there to sell me a car and that they were gonna call me. When I was there they talked English then kept switching up talking in their language just RUDE! Even stopped back the next day and they looked at me like I was crazy said the manager might not be in until next 'maybe next week', talked in their language again .Why even be open and collecting info if YOU CANT SELL A CAR? No customer service at all ..maybe it was the color of my skin but I definitely took my business elsewhere. I'd hate to have to communicate with them AT ALL if that's how they act.

This is the fourth car I have bought here, the quality of the car here is very good, and there is a 3-month warranty, which is the longest warranty I have ever seen, and there is always a good price here, but I just heard that because of the good service and price here, caused the strong dissatisfaction of the peers.
