I'm giving the shop on East Main St in Reynoldsburg a 5 star. I am so grateful. I have taken as well as my mother has taken her car and we have been very happy with the result.This time my daughter took her car to Ray and he is by far the best and very polite, patient and honest I have dealt wit. They all are great people. Ray talks and gives his best advice, he helps the customer with the situation and gives the best result he can. He is awesome, well anyway, We dealt with Ray through our car journey from beginning to end and at the end I was amazed as with my other times I have went there.'and Shae the body work guy did an excellent job with my daughters car;; Both Ray and Shae were really great. I just couldn't be happier; and my daughter also; and it drives great.It's a brand new car! Thank you Shae and Ray

We had a very good experience with the company and staff at Stonewall Collision & Auto Painting in Reynoldsburg. They did a great job! My wife s 2011 had more than a few dents and scratches and needed some love. We had all that plus the top painting package done at a very reasonable price and are very pleased. One note however, the shop is set back from Brice Road quite a bit and the driveway to the shop needs repair.

Phenomenal job and professional compassionate team!I went in to get my work SUV which had sustained major damage on my rear bumper.I was greeted by the GM Ray, he patiently listened to my concerns immediately came up with a game plan to fix my work vehicle asap.They took my vehicle and completed the job within 2 business days.Clean lobby, professional staff, quality paint and body work, affordable price, safe.I highly recommend Stonewall Collision and Auto Painting!Thank you!

- staff were friendly.- for what you pay the quality was really good, it's not a factory grade paint job but you spend $1,000 and still get an amazing outcome.- prices not bad depending on what you want.- place was clean and organized.- service was quick, had the car in for about 4 days.- for this location be aware of the speed bump while going here especially if you have a low sports car, I didn't see it and bottomed out my BMW.- overall not a bad experience here, if you're looking for a new paint job and don't want to spend $5,000 this place is a good place to go. I'd recommend it.

I was rear ended and took my vehicle to maaco for a quote. There was damage to the bumper the quarter panel the trunk and the back of the car was pushed in. I spoke to Mango a worker named Brittany and asked what would it cost to fix my car. She gave me a quote of $1,943 and told me that when they pulled the bumper off if there was more damage then they would increase the quote. Well they said that they could fix the car there wasn't any extra damage I once they fix the car it was very unsatisfactory. The bumper still sticks out the lights are not aligned up and after they took $2,000 of my money they said that there is nothing they could do there was more work that needed to be done to get the car fixed. Problem is that was the arrangement we made in the beginning but maaco did not follow through. This is the maaco on main Street in reynoldsburg Ohio they have zero integrity and it's definitely not a good place to go to. I would not suggest this place to my worst enemy terrible terrible service

Brought my 2021 Camery in with a big white splotch on the back where I tried to fix a rust spot. They erased it pretty much completely. Very friendly staff and worked quick. Would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks guys. Made a Man very very happy!

Overall, the quality of paint and clear is good. The body work was decent and I m happy with it. The car looks good from 5 feet away. However, there is a decent amount of overspray and orange peel in the paint. For the money this place is okay. Just expect to spend more money on getting the car wet sanded and polished if you want all of the defects and orange peel gone. You ll also have to go over and clean the overspray yourself. I did expect better out of what I got due to me picking the base coat/performance clear coat option. If you want a show car, look elsewhere.Update: They got bright red paint on my mufflers and suspension. I m assuming it s overspray. You know what they do to fix it? They take black paint and spray over it instead of cleaning it off. This shop is the opposite of professional. I ve added some photos for reference.

It s horrible I returned my car there twice the first time the fenders weren t finished properly and the second return the upper quarter rear panel wasn t blended correctly along with lines in my bumper. I no longer recommend this place, how could someone consider profesional doing sloppy work and keeping my car over a week and returning it in worse condition.Service: Painting

The painting service is outstanding. Maaco was able to paint my car for $200 cheaper than the other body shops I contacted. I had some terrible paint stripping on the hood but they did a fantastic job of getting rid of it. They finished the car quickly which makes it much more convenient for my schedule. As soon as I got out of the shop a stranger screamed to me I love your car, no joke. My car is my pride and joy and they took great care of it, there aren't many people I can trust to work on it but they proved that they are trustworthy. I know who I'm going to when I have enough money to paint the whole car to make it look like it just rolled off the line. 6 out of 5 stars! I'm still grinning ear to ear about it! THANK YOU SO MUCH MAACO!!!!!

CAREFUL, You get what you pay for, for sure. These guys painted my Mini Cooper and at first glance it looked good. I was under the understanding that they would be painting the entire exterior of the car. Certainly nobody told me of any exceptions or offered upgraded services. I basically bought the most expensive paint job they sold. When I found that my door wells were not painted I called. They stated that only the exterior was contracted. So then I noticed that they didn t even do the exterior entirely. Oh and they do not care. I ve called and left reviews to no avail. Basically they taped the mirrors and painted around them. That paint is now chipping. Beware of these guys.

Have had good success with the work they have done on four of my cars and trucks. Unfortunately this current job has been delayed, manager won't call me back. They received payment from an insurance company but tell me they don't have enough employees. They have had my vehicle for over a month.

Awesome customer service from Katie and Ryan. My car was done in the amount of time quoted.Quality of lay on my bumper was great...Matching of color was excellent.Maaco Team did there due diligence by letting me know update on vehicle with callback.I will highly recommend others and I will be back myself

I chose the Columbus,Georgia shop because they had a better review. However, I was disappointed with the paint job. From a distance my Highlander look good but, up close you and see the bad tape job at certain places, the over spray on the trim;my tire even has paint on it!Service: Painting

Decent job, Ryan called the first time and said the first round of painting my bumper didn't match. So they re-sprayed it. My quote was to remove bumper and paint which evidence shows they did not remove bumper. Picking it up 2 weeks later it was a better match. I will need to buff it out for a better finish but it's all good. I did get a fairly good discount since they didn't remove the bumper.Service: Painting

This is the worst inexperienced body shop I've ever known about in Columbus Ohio.... They're definitely going to tear your car up they're clean up job is horrible and the management doesn't make nobody accountable fort nothing they do.. please take my advice check on your vehicle or your property....... daily..... Please take a picture of everything they do.. cuz you're going to need it when you get to court..

They kept my car for 3 weeks with a promise of 1 week. When I kept trying to call for updates, no one answered and no voicemail option was available.When I received my car finally, he tried to make me sign paperwork without even inspecting my car. He refused to come outside and inspect my car with me and every time I came back to complain about the work, he would say it s not what I paid for. I told them I m not satisfied with the work and no one answers their phone for me to be able to contact a manager. They tried making me sign paperwork saying we inspected the car together and that they gave me a warranty paper but they did neither.I have scratches and paint mark on my car and dust everywhere with my car smelling like paint and they refuse to address it. We took our work van over to Macco to have the small rust holes repaired and painted four months ago. The holes are completely back. In addition to the badging on the vehicle fell off. I chose Maaco knowing it was a national chain with mixed reviews. The positives are that the price was reasonable, scheduling was relatively quick and the personnel is friendly despite being very short-staffed. But the paint job was really pretty slipshod. There were areas where the coverage was not complete, and areas that clearly had not been properly prepared because the newly applied (2 days ago) paint is peeling up. In one place where the paint was applied too thickly there is an 8-in long drip line. The inside of the vehicle, in addition to being completely covered with paint dust, also had the remnants of rolls of tape and sandpaper discs. I didn't expect to get the vehicle back completely detailed and some dust was to be expected. This was excessive.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I used MAACO Columbus to have my son's car painted in August 2022. When I got my estimate I gave them a date I needed the car as my son had to drive himself to school. They said no problem meeting that date....it took 2 more weeks to get a basic paint job. It caused a lot of issues that he didn't have his car as promisedWhat is more annoying is the complete lack of communication. They also don't answer the phone and don't have voicemail set up. I had to physically drive 30 minutes to talk to someone only to find out car was not ready. They also blocked my number so I had to use my sons phone and call 30 times to get someone to pick up. When I finally picked the car up I was politely giving constructive criticism on the lack of communication only to have the manager cut me off that he didn't want to hear it. I would avoid this place like the plague....Service: Painting

Ryan and Shane were both amazing to deal with. Great customer service, 20min wait time if that, and the paint job on my son's car bumper looks brand new. The paint finish is top of the line. Great experience with this shop! Had a fender and a bumper that needed painting. Excellent quality job and affordable, not to mention they turn the parts around a week earlier than I expected! I will definitely be going back for more work!
