I got my tires fixed here. They have humongous collection of used tires, ranging from in excellent condition to fairly good condition . I loved their collection, price, and service. The service was fast and efficient. The price varies within a range of 45-70, or maybe more. I was very satisfied and highly recommend the place.

EDIT: I just came back to have a tie rod replaced! I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR ANYWHERE ELSE EVER AGAIN! STEPES IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST PLACE FOR TIRES AND REPAIRS!!!!If it wasn't for having to still be social distancing, I'd have probably hugged every single person working here today! I've had my car looked at by 3 different shops and told all sorts off different and expensive things that allegedly "needed" done to my car. Not only did they find a crack in a rim another shop JUST put on last week and show me the problems my car actually has, but they walked me through exactly what was really wrong with my car. This morning, I was told to just scrap my car or spend 1k on repairs by a place in circleville and the guys at Stepes actually SHOWED me that all I needed was a $15 part and an alignment! There's not many honest mechanics out there towards women, but these guys are all amazing!!! Thank you so much for helping make this whole process easier for my girlfriend and I. And also, for not treating us like we were idiots. We're definitely going to be coming here for all of our car needs from now on!

Bought a time from this place. It developed a leak after 3 weeks and the owner accused me of switching out the tires and refused to help. Don't waste your money

Literally torched my rim for no reason damaged it and lied and said it was like that before I came I m contacting my lawyer because I had to pay for damages that was unnecessary

I just called to get a price on tires and their answering machine kicked on. Then a guy said hello and I was waiting for the answering machine to stop and he starts cussing me out telling me I better stop the scam calls. I told him I m trying to get a price on tires and he better watch who he is talking to like that. I have an out of state number so he might ve I was a scammer but I was trying to get a price on tires. I ll never spend my money here.

I stopped for air in my tire on the way to work this morning and was rudely told he could give me the air chuck, and I could do it myself. When I said no, I was then told I could leave. So I asked to speak to the owner. After speaking with the owner, the service man came back to my car and took the whole 30 seconds to put the air in my tire it needed. Then he proceeded to get mouthy with me. If you're going to work at a tire service business, you should keep in mind that people are going to come in for small things as well. The customer service here alone would cause me to travel the mile up the road to Browns tires on Harrisburg Pike. I do no not suggest this place at all.

Was glad I got tire an they was open but young boy messed my rim up an put 42 pressure in 18 in low profile tire way to much glad I checked afterward not to mention messed hubcap up

I mean they were open on Saturday at 7pm, do I need to say more? Well in case I do they were great good service gave me exactly what I needed they were super fast and kind. I have no complaints and they saved me when I was in a bind!!

Daniel and Mustafa are beasts! They helped fix my 22 inch tire because no one else could get it back on the rim, they are also very respectful and very reasonable

These guys are amazing they personally took me to reynoldburg to get spline lugs for my truck did all the work and charged me a great price 100 stars to them definitely the only shop I ll use from here on out

Had all 4 tires replaced it was okay service . Guy had to tell this guy working on my car to rotate my tires because he was trying to just put them back on next time I don t want him doing anything to my car only reason I came here is because of my boyfriend paying for my tires he paid 475

I was sold a used tire and I had to travel 705 miles away. By the time I hit 200 miles in my tire pressure light came on. After going to Discount Tires in Beaufort SC who were awesome. They were going to fix it for free but they showed me the tire had previously been plugged. So this company is selling damaged used tires. Thank you discount tires for exposing a fraudulent business that could've cost me my life. BUT GOD

Friendly professional guys. Honest too. I was treated fairly when I took my car in as I d seen a screw head in my tire. That s all it was,no damage to tire. They were honest about it. Very fair business.

I had a leak in one of my tires. I discovered it on a Sunday and they happened to be open. Best part, they are reasonably priced and honest. The guy I dealt with didn t try to sell me a new tire. He just patched it and only charged me 10 bucks! I ll definitely be back when I actually do need new tires. Thanks so much!

Update: I have bad luck with tires & blew a different one, so I went back. Once again, on a Sunday and was in and out in 15 or 20 minutes! The manager, Ayad, is very helpful & takes pride in his job. I thought he was the shop owner!Tire blowout on my beater car. It's a beater, the budget is gas and oil. Lol. A Used replacement tire was only $40!Friendly folks, open all day on Sunday and I didn't wait long.

Great prices and the quickest tire change I've seen in a very long time, we got 2 front tires and they had 2 guys on duty both took a tire so no one was standing idle and we didn't have to leave the car. The staff is courteous but a little hard to understand at times because of a heavy accent. Would recommend this shop to anyone for a good set of low cost tires.

I only gave it one star bc it won't let u not give it no stars bc they don't deserve anything SO THIS WHY ATTENTION EVERYONE I HOPE THAT I CAN PREVENT THIS FROM EVER HAPPENING TO ANYONE ELSE SO ME AND MY HUSBAND GOT A FLAT AND NEEDED A TIRE WENT TO THIS PLACE LONG STORY SHORT AND THEY TIGHTENED MY TIRE ON TOO TIGHT THEY PUT TOO MUCH TORQUE ON MY NUTS N CAUSED MY STUDS TO SNAP AND WE HAD A WRECK THAT DAY N ALMOST WENT OVER SIDE RAMP IT WAS THE LIVINGSTON N ALUM CREEK EXIT SMH I ENDED UP ALL THE WAY IN THE BACK SEAT WHEN I STARTED IN THE FRONT SMH THEN THEY SAY THEY DONT HAVE NO INSURANCE SMH HOPEFULLY THIS SAVES SOMEONES LIFE BC THEY READ THIS BC WE ALMOST LOST OURS BY THE GRACE OF GOD WE DIDN'T SO STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

They were very knowledgeable.They also helped me with what shocks were best for my car. A very good thing they showed n told me I did not have new rogers n pads for my breaks. I just paid to have this done. What a helpful company. God bless them.

Very honest shop!Stopped in just before closing on Saturday after a blow out. We had every intention to just pay for a new tire. Guy working there offered to check where the hole was and let us know he could easily fix it. So we spent a lot less than what we would with buying a tire.Honesty means a lot ! And definitely will suggest them to everyone i know.

Got 4 like new tires for a great deal. I called 3 other places and they had the best prices. Cheyar was extremely helpful and even stayed past closing to help me get my tires replaced. Great experience.

Absolutely one of the best around. Very stand up gentlemen to do business with. I have used them for every one of my vehicles. From my Land Rover to my Chrysler, or my Mitsubishi to my Ford. They have always had the tires even when others didn't. Can't say enough about them. If you need a tire, whole set, rotation or just a plug..this is the place to go. I don't just trust them with my car, but also with the safety of my wife and children!

Very professional, fast, and affordable. I got a set of four new tires and it was hassle free with outstanding service. The tires ride very nice not to mention the cheapest price I ve found in Columbus. Great place to go to I m going to recommend this to friends and family.

Great fast service. I needed my tire plugged on my Escalade due to a screw being lodged in the tread. I stopped by got a price came back and was in and out of there in 10 minutes. I'd definitely give them my business again

I've been twice, bought tires on Amazon, and these guys mounted, balanced, and installed. Very professional, took great care of me. Saved a ton vs. Tire Discounters, and you get someone who works on tires all day, and a local, family owned business...not a high school student.

Bought 4 tires for $320 on Jan 9th, given a 30 day warranty on said tires. Had a belt separate, had to have vehicle towed, took it in today, wouldn't stand by their word!!! Wont be going back!!! Lessons learned!!!

As like most of the reviews on here it was very quick and great service I got there about 30 mins to closing time and he didn't complain about putting my set of brand new tires on for me 60 bucks for mounting and balancing and done within 30 mins I will definitely go back for my tire needs

Worst shop ever e would never recommend to anyone i don t even give reviews so that should tell you something quick to give faulty tires thens say they weren t there when i got them so there s nothing they can do YOU SOLD AND PUT THE TIRES ON MY CAR HOW DO THEY BURST AND GO FLAT IN SUM HEAT ? & the good reviews are BOTS your welcome in advance better pay attention to every other comment Before going
