Mr. Steagall is the best!! I had an event in Columbus 2 hours away, We were stranded I found him on google called, he was unavailable, but he came through over the phone ladies! Mr Kenny is one of the kindness person I ever met. I found the number on Google called them because I just got a new cat and the windows and other stuff needed to be checked. He was very professional Without any appointment he had me bring him the car found the issues and took car of it for with an affordable price. For now on he is the only person I'm going to. Thank you for all the help

Kenny was fantastic. He first did an initial diagnosis over the phone. He concluded that there was a potential issue with my battery. Kenny then came out and did more diagnostic work. My battery just needed a charge which Kenny did. Kenny also provided excellent advice on battery care. I have found my mechanic and will call on Kenny for anything involving our cars. Thank you for being so knowledgeable and fair on pricing.

After a Google for auto service that I needed asap, I came across Steagills Mobile Auto Service. Kenny was great! Even though he had a busy day he still fit me in and got my car done the same day. I am extremely grateful and very satisfied with the great service. I will definitely be back!

Being honest he is an excellent mechanic that truly knows his stuff. He s honest and straightforward and he s affordable for those needing to get your car looked at. Definitely not in the business of just taking your money. I will be coming to him here soon!!!!

Kenny is the man! I texted him needing my brakes done asap, he responded within an hour or so. Not an automated response; he called and asked for the VIN and told me right then how much it'd be. Straight to the point and very reasonably priced. On top of unexpected car troubles, I had gotten very sick/unable to drive but still needed them done before I had to go to work next. Kenny worked with us as we got AAA to tow my car to his shop the next day, and a family member was able to pick it up the morning after. If circumstances were different, I know we would've gotten my car good to go same day. He's my go-to mechanic now and I'm going to recommend him to everyone!

I called Steagalls Mobile Auto Service this morning I was having some car trouble it was overheating I have a coolant leak. Kenny was the closest mechanic to the location I had pulled over and he helped get me back on the road and to work without calling him I would ve still been sitting there confused as to why the coolant isn t reaching the engine. I was Super grateful this morning, Thank You Again I Will See You Soon so you can fix the issue permanently.

Kenny is a super nice and friendly guy. I got stuck working on my car and called him, but he was busy working and couldn t help at the time. Nevertheless, he talked me through the process and followed thru with a phone call. Do people know how rare that is nowadays?? Make sure you use him if you are in need of a mechanic

I found Kenny on the Internet while I was searching for small engine repair people. I called Kenny who advised me he did not work on generators but if I couldn t find anyone else he would give it a try, and try he did,. Kenny came over and spent quite a while trying to figure out why my generator would not start. He took the carburetor apart, took some ole parts to his shop to clean. When he re-installed the parts the generator still would not start. Finally he removed the old carburetor, told me which one to buy, came back installed it and the generator started. Kenny is a kind, gentle soul who takes a lot of pride in his work. He explained everything to me every step of the way. Kind, honest, will treat you with honesty and like you are family. If I lived here, he is the only person I would call for any car needs no matter how complex. He has the knowledge and resources for anything, and someone you can tell actually cares about you as a person. 11/10

I had a horrible rattle in the back of my car. Firestone wanted $80 just to look at it. Even though they were doing an oil change and tire rotation. After a Google search and contacting 9 different mobile mechanics.I got a reply from steagels. (The only reply) He came to my house and the scock absorber bolts were loose. I had just paid to have the shocks replaced a month ago. He fixed it for the service call. I have no problem with the service call charge because I know he is my go to guy and won't rip me off

I called him and he came out the same day, he checked the problem to make sure its what the issue was before fixing, also had the part, very affordable, very polite and respectful. I was happy to have a new mechanic that knows what he is doing, now when I try to get ahold of him for more repairs he doesn't respond anymore :-(

I was ghosted by another mobile mechanic, and though Kenny was out of range to assist me, he did do some research for me and gave a preliminary diagnosis so I would not be ripped off, or end up with a temporary fix that would damage my vehicle even more. For free. Very kind person. A local mechanic decided to help me and towed me in to his shop since I'm close. They will also be getting 5 stars. He pointed out some of things Kenny mentioned and when I explained the other issues he agreed and even went on to further elaborate and troubleshoot from that point. I firmly believe Kenny's troubleshooting and diagnosis with me over the phone helped to save me time and money. He knows his stuff. If I'm am in need and in his area, I will not hesitate to call. If you are out of his mobile service area and can get a tow to his shop, you won't regret it. You'll be in good hands. If I knew anyone with AAA, I would've had my car taken there ! Circumstances what they were, that wasn't a possibility for me. Kenny even called me back to make sure all was okay. Absolutely call him if you need help.

Terrible experience. I wasted days on him when I could have been finding someone more reliable. Didn t return my calls, kept promising that he would come and then canceling, and never communicated first. I had to reach out to him and he wouldn t respond for hours. Never did start the job. All he had to do was say that it was too big of a job or that he wasn t incapable instead of saying that he would come, only to never show up.

Called on Kenny another time after a year from our previous service, he replaced our starter. This time we needed brakes and rotors replaced. Very thorough, professional, and fair. 10/10 would recommend! First and only mobile auto service we will use. This guy is amazing! He came to my home to diagnose my van and fixed it on the spot. While running tests on the van he shared valuable information about my vehicle and how people get bamboozled by dealerships and mechanics. The experience was incredibly interesting and empowering. In all my 30 years of taking my car to different mechanics or consulting with different mechanics I can only say I have met only one person that was honest and he doesn t count because he is family. Now I can truly say I have met an honest mechanic Mr. Kenny. Mr. Kenny was truly exceptional and professional. I called to get a mobile mechanic to come out and diagnose my car cause it had died several days and was not able to get my regular mechanic to look at it and me knowing Nothing about cars or engines I asked Mr. Kenny to come out and he said he could come out and charge me some money for something that he may be able to assist me with over the phone. He had me explain what my car had acted before it died and he was able to troubleshoot with me over the phone. He asked me to let him know how it went after I have done the suggestions he made and to call him and let him know if it worked or to call him and let him know my car was still not running so he can come out. Turned out my car just needed a new battery, he even made suggestions on where I could find one for a reasonable price. He followed up with me a day later to see if everything went ok and he did not charge me a cent !!! I will be taking my car for maintenance and repairs to Mr Kenny from now on and will be telling all my family and friends about him as well!!Thank you Mr. Kenny and God bless you!

Kenny is a fantastic guy. A master mechanic and a genuine guy who's very helpful. I have known him for over 10 years and he has helped take care of our vehicles over the years, especially a 91 300 zx twin turbo and a 2003 Benz e500. Have also referred him to several friends because his service is so good and he's very reasonable. And everyone has appreciated his work. Kenny has been working on my cars for over 10 years. He has helped me out of difficult situations many times. He has worked on my cars many times when it is impossible to reach another mechanic. I recently tried using the Toyota dealership for service. When I finally reached the service department after all the hold time I was just transferred away. I called and texted Kenny and got an answer. He will take calls and text messages when you need him. It is so nice to have a mechanic that I can trust and have complete confidence that the job will be done the right way. I have referred many friends and my family to him for years. He is very respectful and explains all issues in complete detail. When my Yukon broke down and I was out of town (I'm from Cincinnati), I was very worried. I called Kenny based on his 4.9 star rating and i couldn't have been any happier. Kenny saved me so much $ and time vs another diagnosis that would've required towing my truck back to Cincinnati to get fixed. Kenny diagnosed my truck correctly and was able to confidently send me back to cincy without need of a $275 tow. His communication and professionalism are top notch. So grateful for his coming out to support us and saved us so much $ vs the other shops incorrect diagnosis of the issue. Thanks so much, Kenny!! This Mobile Mechanic Kenny is professional! We were stuck while in the area. Called about 15 different mechanics and he was one of the last ones we called. He called right back and he went into great detail for each step on the phone to diagnose. At first I thought oh this is going to be expensive and take a lot of time but as he worked through the diagnostics he was like that s a good sign, and it started looking like a better situation. He is honest helpful and he is the one to go to if you are having problems. He checked back in with us to make sure how the car was doing and that we got home.
