Had a piece of metal in my back tire so I googled called at 7:07 in the morning spoke with Nate they were already open so I made my way over there, they have contactless work around which is great. When you arrive at the shop you call the, they ask what the issue your having with the car then they take all the information you leave your keys in the car if you're gonna wait and they take your vehicle in and they will call you after taking a look at it to see what the issue is that you're having. There is a open air waiting shed outside. Their extremely thorough and then they will bring the car out to you once it's done. It was actually a great experience and if I have another issue with my tire as I will definitely come here again. Cost was great and they were quick. Thank you job well done.

Have always taken my cars here and they do an amazing job! The men there are very nice and professional. Pricing isnt bad either! Never felt pressured to buy or felt like I was being lied to. Best Auto Repair In Columbus!

Mark and his staff at state tire were wonderful and so helpful. They went above and beyond to help me with new brakes for my car and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!! Good job guys!

I have used State Tire for probably the last 15 years now. They haven taken amazing care of me and every one of my cars. I recommend them to everyone I know and they have never once given me a 'sales pitch' talk or anything other than sound auto advice. I would also highly recommend them for any ladies who want to get their cars worked on, the staff are all extremely police, courteous, well mannered and very comfortable to work with. Never once in 15 years have I felt uncomfortable or pressured to do anything with my car. They offer only the highest quality service. I can't honestly say enough good things about these great guys.

A Honda dealership provided an estimate of over $2,000 (for $99) for work that only required a simple oil change. Assumptions were made, not an estimate. State is our new "go to" for anything auto. Awesome people.

Just went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They took barely even 30 minutes, and with an oil change, the tire rotation was free. Going to my usual garage, I would have paid $20 more than what I paid here at State Tire and Service. They checked out the tires, brakes, and everything on my car too, and they're honest guys. My tires might be running a little thin, but they said I'll be okay for about 6 months, instead of trying to push sales. Honest work, good prices. Would recommend.

They have excellent customer service and they have great tires! I searched all over trying to find the tires I needed and couldn't find them anywhere! I called and talk to Mark who is awesome.. they didn't have the tires I needed for my trailer but could order them.. He ordered them and just a couple of days they were in!! I'll definitely will be coming back and I'll be telling everyone how well State Tire does business!!

I called this number out of desperation, I had a flat tire when I was leaving to go to work at 7:00 AM. The staff member I spoke to was friendly and said they would have someone out to my apartment right away. The man arrived, removed the nail from my tire, patched it, and checked closely for any other nails. The whole ordeal took about a half hour and cost me $75. I am so grateful for their dependable and speedy service!

I was referred to State Tire, and I'm extremely grateful I followed up on the referral. I needed rotors and pads all the way around. The staff was professional, gave me good counsel, and the repair was finished in a few hours. I definitely plan to take my car there from now on.

There's never a good time for a flat tire, but when you're out of town on business, it's an even bigger headache. Fortunately for me, I was in Columbus and, based on these reviews, called State Tire and Service. I can't say enough about how good they are. I scheduled them to meet me at my hotel parking lot after my conference was over. When I came out to the lot, the State Tire truck was there, a few minutes early. Their service man was very professional, courteous and knew what he was doing. He had my truck tire off and repaired and back on in no time. He even went to the trouble to check all my other tires and put air in those. And the charge was exactly as quoted, with no surprises. This is a company you can trust. I highly recommend State Tire & Service.

No contact service, very fast tire repair. Shop full of workers working and they got me right in. Repair was dirt cheap, like 20or 30 bucks. I thought the tire had to be replaced but they are very honest and fixed the leak..been here a couple times over the years always treated great.

I was quoted an outrageous price at a different location. A coworker suggested State tire. There I was quoted $900.00 less than 1st quote. They also had job done in less than one day as opposed to 1 1/2 days. They now have my business for life.

Needed tires for our RV due to dry rot on the sidewalls of our Michelins. Nathan helped us find the right tires and saved hundreds. Great people and great service with very good pricing.

Mark will always treat you right at State Tire. I went to get a new set of rubbers and the mechanic who changed them out even checked the status of my brake pads, shoes, and suspension. 10/10 would recommend.

I wasn't able to get the tire size/brand that I needed for our semi at this location, but Mark went above and beyond in getting me to someone that could help by providing me with names of competitors. Since I'm just traveling through, that was a big help. THAT'S customer service. Thank you so much!

Wifi, comfortable chairs, quick service and friendly staff.This place also repairs continental run flat tires! I called a lot of other places in Columbus who told me they couldn't repair them for liability reasons. This place repaired it for $20.

I didn't even do business with them. I just called with an inquiry and the person was rude. If felt like he just wanted to get me off the phone. I called 4 shops with an issue an emergency issue and whoever answered the phone at this one made it so that I would never give them my money.
