These people know what they are doing. They the best in town. What they do will in hours could be done in days with other shops.They and a hard time taking out one of my kingpins but didn't give it took the extra time than what it supposed to be but at the end they didn't charge me for the extra hours and keep apologizing for it.They will get you in do the job and get out in less time.

I had them check and advise as to what was causing my steering to shake. I told them i was thinking it could be a king pin. They did not try and sell me on unnecessary service as others might. They did a quick inspection and told me straight forward that it was not my king pins that were the cause, but a bad tire. And they were right. I will be sure to return here and to recommend friends.

Friendly and excellent customer service! I came here to fix bushing and alignment because a mobile mechanic told me the bushing is bad. But they told me the alignment is off by 1/4 inch. They did fix with no charge! One side of the rear bushing needs fix as well. They did fix! I would defenitely come here again!!!

Stay as far as possible from these crooks. Charged me $139 to check the vehicle and $60 to grease the king pins Way over priced then the local competition , save your money and go else where I beg.Service: Steering & suspension repairService: Steering & suspension repair

This columbus shop was great. The employees were great. They were very helpful and patient with me. I originally spoke with the office near Zanesville and I was n9t impressed with them. I'm glad I actually delt with this columbus office

Was sent to them by another spring shop since that shop did not have a spring in stock. Was concerned I might have a marked up price since they knew they had what others did not, but not so. Very fair and very friendly. While employee at other shop was great, others not so and such may have to reconsider that shop for my spring needs and go to Smith.

At the time,they were they only place that could fix my front broken spring on my semi truck. They were super friendly and did a awsome job and did it within 2 hrs. Very,very pleased and would go back,I was on a Columbus Anheiser Bush load,and this kept me from getting late for my next day delivery.

This's the most honest shop I've ever come across.They are honest, Know what they are doing and professional.Save your self the time and go to them you will be happy with it I highly recommend them.

Gary's guys come thru again. Sent my W9 in Monday morning thinking it would be down a couple days. By shortly after 11 am Monday they were letting me know to come get it! Columbus shop rocks just like Mt. Perry does!

I can't say enough good things about this business! I've done business here a couple times now and been in the office a few times to buy parts. Always helpful and provide Tons of information! They do work on everyday small pickup trucks all the way up to semi and heavy dump trucks... Highly recommended !!

TA waste.Time and canceled my load just Alignment after 6 hrs TA told me springs and Bushings are bad we can t do alignment than they charge me 2hrs I came Here Smith Springs fixed me my truck less than 30min just adjusted last axle no more shakes very experience guys for Smith Springs

This place says they do alignments but all they do is set toe and call it alignment and charge more then everyone else for a full alignment when i talked to them on the phone they said they could do the alignment on my truck so now paid them to set toe only and now have to pay someone else to do the alignment
