Plugged tire, removed spare, and placed tire while sitting in the car. Wonderful service. Fast, reliable, and service. I highly recommend Shawn's. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. PLEASE SUPPORT A LOCAL BUSINESS!! They support the community, unlike corporate run stores.

As I always have, I received great and fast service. I've gone here for years and it's always affordable, efficient and they get you in and out the door faster than any other place I've been. Literally, you are safely back on the road in a matter of 5 to 10 minutes. And they don't try to rob you and add on fees, like many dealerships or other car/tire places do. No matter what end of town you live on, it's well worth the drive to come here for service and to swap out a tire or tires.

I have gone to Shawn s for years, over a decade actually. They have always taken care of me and my car. Every time I go in the don t try to sell me anything, but give me options and educate me so that I can make the best decision.They have a great selection at amazing prices. I remember at one time getting Pirelli s and couldn t believe the price. Great guys with impeccable service. I am happy to be a forever customer.

Bought a set of tires after talking with them on the phone. They showed me what they had. Made sure that everything was leak checked and that I wouldn't have an issue. Friendly guys. I did have to set the tire pressure when I got home, but that didn't seem like a big issue to have to do.

Great place. My neighbor told me about it. I was always using Firestone. My last oil change (I had appointment) took 2 hours. I don't have a time for that. Also, I just needed 1 tire. I know is recommended to change at least 2tires, but my other tire is 1y old and 2 at the front only 6 months. Shawn's guys were really professional. They ask you about your price range etc. It took 10 min to replace my tire. My dog was with me in a car entire time. Great customer service, fast and cheap. Thank you!!! Definitely coming back.

I always come to this tire shop to buy my used tires and I ve never had any issues with those tires. Last week I end up buying four new tires this time the price was amazing I could ve never found for the same price for the good tires that I ve gone there amazing all my family goes over there to buy their tires. they have a great customer service, and there are good men over there who actually care about their customer and do not take advantage of you because you re a woman and you don t know what you re doing, they go up beyond to help you. I just wanna say thank your help

i only went in to get one tire changed (knowing all my tires were bad already) and i left getting all 4 tires replaced for a great price and amazing customer service! It took less than 10 minutes and I didn t feel like i was being rushed and they gave me time to look at the tires and pick which ones i wanted. Since im a female i usually don t feel comfortable going to get things done to my car alone, but i did not have that issue here everyone was nice and professional, would definitely recommend!

I m new to the area so a little nervous about the areas atmosphere, but I was very delighted to see that the employees gave a very pleasant customer forward experience. They explained everything and offered the best price without me having to haggle. If you need tires or repairs this is your safe bet and it was quick!

just wanna shout out to Steve uses tires now Shawn used tires on Cleveland Avenue. He told me that I would see a difference I purchased tires and rims and I do notice the difference from what I had. I had a larger rim now I have a smaller rim with more rubber on it. and it is a much much better rideExcellent Jobthank you.

This is the best tire place in Columbus. Great staff who will show you a variety of options and gives you a very fair price. They are extremely quick as I was in and out within 30 minutes. Check them out, I promise you won t be regret it.

Not going to lie, I thought it was too good to be true at the price we got for 4 tires, but when I had a blow out they not only honored the warranty, but replaced my valve stem as well. 100% turned my day around.

Went in for a tire and the staff was very helpful. They also repaired another one of my tires that had a nail for a great price. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Great service!

Great people they helped me out with great prices and lost my wheel lock as well and the got it off for me without scratching the rim big time respect for the guys over there , I came back again and they got me together again thanks guys

Today I received excellent service and a great price at Shawn's tires. It took 8 to 10 minutes to have four new tires installed from beginning to finish. I was impressed with the fact that they had four men each changing one of the tires simultaneously. In and out in no time. Faster than the 5 minute oil change places. Friendly and great prices. I do recommend them for your used tire and repair services.

Today I stopped at Shawn s used tires and once again I was provided with excellent service I needed two matching front tires and I was assured they would be able to find something in my price range and again they came through. Great and friendly service, got my breaks and rotors done with these guys, and they noticed my tires were bad, knowing I was already on a tight budget already they were able to work with me and help me out with some good used tires so I can safe on the road!! 10/10 would recommend

I've been dealing with Shawn's Tires for a few years, and everytime I go there I'm satisfied when I leave. The service is excellent, and the workers there are very efficient and knowledgeable in these matters. I will continue to use Shawn's tires in the future.

Absolutely amazing service. When my tires were about to be changed there was a major mechanical issue with my car. Thankfully was fixed on the spot! I appreciate their flexibility. Daban is a great mechanic.

So these guys got me in right away and fixed me right up and had me out the door and less then I don t know I d say 15 minutes and I needed a new tire and New rim so they just took great care of me and I will definitely go back to see them next time I need to get new tires. They also have very fair pricing. And I will definitely use them again.So I hit a pothole and ruined a tire. I remembered how great the service was at Shawn s Tires so I went back to just get a used tire to get me by. They are awesome, they showed me the available used tires that they had in the size I needed and didn t even try to upsell me to a new tire like other places I ve tried in the past. Once again they got me in and out in less time than it can take for an oil change but they never compromise quality. Thanks again to Shawn s Tires

I came here for punctured tire, all the staff there were amazing! They told me everything about the problem, told me to go look at it and what is best solution for it. They got it all patch up cleanly and nicely plus even pump my other tires. Great service, will come by again!

10/10 RecommendI went to Shawn's Used Tires to get a decently priced used tire. Most places were wanting to charge me $80 and up on a used tire. That wasn't including balancing or mounting of the tire. I went to Shawn's used tire shop and they had good prices on used tires. I paid for a tire for $53 and some change. They showed me the ones they had and allowed me to choose the tire I wanted. I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs a used tire. I will be going to them for my tires again.

I was super pleased with these guys... They are so nice... They had so many tires... I'm sure they had a tire for every vehicle there is.... I've never seen that many tires in one place... I actually got the same tire that I already had on my Jeep... which was great since my Jeep is all-wheel drive..... the prices were great, and the tire was like brand new!!! I highly recommend these guys!!!

I came and these guys did such a great job my rim was destroyed and they were able to revive and restore my rim back to its original form and gave me a brand new tire for an amazing price. I m so grateful for their customer service & quality work thank you so much.

This is the best tire shop around. They have great employees. And the best service you will find any where. I drive a hour and half to buy tires from them. And it's well worth the drive. Thank you guys.

I m just a girl that can t dodge curbs so i always need new tires year round. These guys are the best and have the most affordable prices. Customer service is also GREAT and they work very quick! I will always come here and reccommend to others, i ve been a customer for over a year and have never had any issues :)

Amazing place !!! I always go here for my tires because they never try to play me on prices especially me being female (unlike a lot of shops/mechanics Ive been too) they even told me about my alignment and gave me a number to a shop near me that didnt cost an arm and a leg !! Love the prices, and the people are always so nice as well whether morning or late at night !!!

My husband has been going to Shawn s for YEARS and has raved about their service. One day my husband couldn t take the car so I went and everything my husband said was TRUE. The entire crew was helpful, kind and efficient. We purchased 2 tires and they were both basically brand new! We saved over $500 with prices half of what they would be at a normal/chain tire store. Thankful to have a place that treats us well and saves us money!
