I always have incredible experience at Mercedes of Easton. While the Dublin location is closer to my home, I find myself consistently choosing to make the trip to Easton instead. The reason? Their exceptional service truly sets them apart.One of the most significant aspects of their customer service is their reliability, especially when it comes to providing a loaner vehicle. Unlike other Mercedes service stations I've encountered, where I've had the frustrating experience of having a loaner canceled just 30 minutes before my appointment, Mercedes of Easton has consistently honored this commitment. This reliability in ensuring I'm not left without transportation is something I deeply appreciate.Their attention to detail, professionalism, and dedication to customer satisfaction are evident in every interaction. It s this level of service that builds loyalty and why I ll continue to choose and recommend Mercedes of Easton for any service needs.

Over charged me said was going to refund. 6 weeks no refund. Do not respond to text or phone calls. Be carefull charge for stuff that did not approve and did not need done and fix things that should be under warranty.

Chris W. was my service advisor. He always provides top-notch service and communicates regularly and conveniently throughout the process. He does an amazing job at considering my timeline and schedule. Importantly, he is always solution-oriented, so when a particular pick-up time didn't work for my schedule, he offered other solutions like valet service or ordering a Lyft. I highly recommend this service center and wouldn't trust anyone else with my Benz.

I bought my first Mercedes in 2018 and Drew Weinberg in the service department has been a constant kind, helpful, and professional colleague. He communicates extremely well, has saved me money, and has put in the extra work every time I need something. He s the reason I bought my second car with the recommendation of an awesome salesperson (Credo!). I will keep my business with mercedes if Drew is there!

Mercedes-Benz of Easton continues to improve the quality of their services, although their services are already at the very top of my list! The Service Center Team continues to find ways to provide quality service seamlessly...from the time you walk in the door...until the time your vehicle is ready to go! From check in to payment for services, no stone is left unturned. During my recent November 2022 visit for routine maintenance, they noticed additional service was needed on one of my rims and tires. The service was scheduled and completed in a very expedient manner. Chris Wilkoski and Joe Struewing worked together as a team to get the work done and send me on my way before I could get comfortable in that fabulous Customer Service waiting area! I look forward to my next visit every time I leave! Keep up the unmatched Customer Service experience Chris and Joe! We are breaking in our 2021 Airstream Interstate 19. Driving from Washington State to Acadia National Park in Maine. While stopping in Columbus to visit with friends, we began to freak out that we were due for an oil change. We called the MB of Easton because they serviced our type of RV.After getting nowhere with calling the service department (they said they could get us in in about 2-3 weeks) we decided to drive over and chat with them in person.Andy Culver met us as we walked through the service dept. door and asked if we were connected to the Airstream in the parking lot. We said yes and shared with him our tale of woe. He smiled, asked us a few questions & reassured us we did not need an oil change for about another 10,000 miles. He then went out to the vehicle and gave us a quickie orientation to reading the various messages on the MB computer. HE WAS INCREDIBLE!!!!!Because of his going above & beyond we were able to continue our trip without worrying how we could get our oil changed when we were a moving target.THANK YOU, ANDY!!! YOU made our trip more fun & relaxing!!!

Mercedes Benz of Easton is a top notch service center. Andy Culver was excellent from start to finish. My ML350 needed a brake service repair which they took care of and they even provided me with a thorough video inspection from underneath my vehicle looking at all the main components. Mercedes of Easton never fails to impress I had my E-550 towed in for some immediate attention needed on the propeller shaft. When I called, I was leery because my normal service manager Drew was on vacation. I was helped by Kristen Robbins and she did a great job. We had to wait for some parts to arrive but she kept in touch with me and made me feel I was receiving a world class experience. I didn t purchase a Mercedes because I needed one, I purchased a Mercedes because I wanted one, however if it needs to be serviced, I need to have it serviced at MB of Easton. Thanks Kristen, your professionalism and attention to the customer experience are greatly appreciated.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Transmission repair

These people really bailed me out! Cannot say enough good about this organization! CHRIS got me in when u was pretty much Stranded halfway through a 1000 mile cross country trip with a bad alternator. Really friendly, price seemed on par with other repair facilities. This organization saved my bacon on a sales trip. Cannot recommend highly enough

I couldn t recommend them more! I purchased my first ever Mercedes from them, I will say it was the most smooth purchasing process I ve ever experience. I drove over two hours to come to their dealership and I received the most outstanding customer service. Cody was the car salesman and I couldn t speak more highly of him along with the Sales Manager Michael, they were both so professional, and catered for everything I asked for in purchasing a vehicle. I will forever be back!

I brought my GLK-350 in for a checkup, on the way to the service my check engine light came on, After completing the visual inspection several items were noted and needed repaired, Chris called and after the list was discussed, he mentioned that a small amount of damage, (caused by another dealership) was repairable without changing the rear bumper cover. after approving all the items Chris found, I have a 2011 GLK 350 with 36,700 miles that looks and runs like new. I am very happy with the service and have programmed the phone number in my cell phone.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Transmission repair, Brake service & repair, Oil change

Always a great experience at this location! I have my vehicles serviced here. The team is great at communicating throughout the entire service experience, and is quick & thorough. The technician even sent me a video walking me through the underside of my vehicle explaining what needed to be done and why. Top tier customer service!

I went to the look and test drive a Mercedes SUV. I was referred to Eric who was working with another customer. Others in the new car sales pitched right in and let me test drive a car. Eric followed up that same day via phone. The car is beautiful but having really short legs it was not right for me. This Dealer was not high pressure and allowed me to take my time
