My Service Advisor, Brittany, provided excellent customer service. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She made my service visit a pleasant experience. The recommended 30,000 mile service was completed in less than two hours. I highly recommend the Germain VW Service Department for your VW service needs.John Clark

Don t mind the name, haha. But I had my oil changed today and dealt with Brittany. She was great! Great sense of humor (I m a lot to deal with), and super friendly. I can t remember the gentleman s name who pulled my car up but he was great too. Overall, one of the best service experiences I ve had!

There hasn t been one interaction at Germain Auto Mall that hasn t been comfortable and professional. I hate car buying, I hate dealing with dealerships .the whole thing. I always get the ick. But this place? Love it. Our salesman Chris and his team were honest and open. No gimmicks, no double talk. He made sure I understood the car before I left the lot. And then to come back for service and have Dan handle it quickly and expertly tells me this dealership knows what they re doing. Cannot recommend them enough!!

We have purchased two vehicles from Germain VW in Grove City and have had wonderful experiences. We always use the service dept at the dealership and Brittany is our point of contact. She is friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. We always appreciate working with her when we have service needs. She is willing to do her due diligence so we know what is covered in our service plan and she always answers questions we have thoughtfully and accurately. Brittany is an asset to Germain VW. I just had my car serviced today and everyone there was friendly and helpful. They were quick with checking me in, and discussed exactly what would be done with my car and provided an estimate price. For my car, I had my tires rotated and an oil change, as well as a free exterior carwash, which all totalled $154. The service took just under 2.5 hours and when the car was done, they messaged me and I was able to pick up the car anytime before 5:30pm. Overall, everything went well!!

My first service visit at Germain Volkswagen - Nick Rooks made it not only painless, but very a pleasant experience. Nick was very polite, professional and knowledgeable.During services visits in the past at other dealerships, when I asked to have some dealer vehicle customizable options changed on my cars, the service techs often gave me a weird look (from not having any idea what I was talking about) or they just flatly said nope, we don't do things like that. I brought in a list of customization tweaks that I wanted to ask out about - Nick understood my request and he took the time to actually get out of his chair and go talk to an actual technician about my requests. I was pleasantly surprised by this level of professionalism and thoroughness.Looking forward to my next service visit with Nick and the Germain Volkswagen service team!

Nicki was friendly, he listened to my concerns. He kept me updated, asking if I had any questions all along. He was professional and gave the impression that I recieve a quality visit. I recently bought a 2020 Tiguan here and love it! Chris was great to work with and helped me find the best car for me even if it wasn't a brand new car (which I originally was looking for). Chris treated me with respect, more than some of the other dealerships I went to, and was super helpful, which I appreciated since this was my first time buying a car. I recommend looking here for anyone searching for cars in the Columbus area.

I am very happy with my service experience and Dan today. I signed up for an oil change and when I was there I asked about a warning that has occasionally popped up. He was quick to offer to have it checked out the same time. Other dealers I've dealt with would have pushed that to another scheduled appointment. Not only did they assess the issue the same time, they found an issue to resolve the problem. I am definitely glad I chose Germain VW today. I will continue to have my Vw serviced here moving forward.

Germain Volkwagen has been good to me. They ve honored warranty agreements, been respectful of my time, and have a friendly atmosphere at their service center. I would recommend that if you are looking to purchase a Volkwagen or have work done on a Volkswagen, you do so at Germain.

Came in today and was notified that service was a little behind. Lobby was full of people getting their work done and everyone was being taken care of. My car was finished in a little over an hr and everything was done great. Daniel was my service advisor and was very professional and helpful from start to finish. I live on the other side of town but will continue to come to Germain VW for all of the service my vehicle needs.

Took my car in and asked for wheel alignment then told I need over $2,000 worth of repairs for a 2.5 year old car. No wheel alignment but spent $200 to get a diagnosis that I needed a wheel alignment like I originally brought my car in for in the first place! This is the exact reason buying a new car is a pain. Dealers love you when you are in the market but once they get you, it s all about money! We will be going back to Honda after this experience.
