This was my 1st time having my vehicle serviced at this dealership & I was thoroughly impressed & satisfied from my appointment time until the work was completed. I was kept abreast of the process and also provided an in-depth explanation of the issues with my vehicle & an estimate of repair costs. I am glad I took the advice of an acquaintance to go to a dealer ship rather than the local chain I used to go to.

The Germain Mazda service department diagnosed and repaired a broken rear suspension spring, as well as a couple other serious issues that were identified during inspection. My service technician, Toni, also provided prompt and courteous service and was able to apply a discount that significantly reduced the final bill. I will definitely return for future work, and I highly recommend Germain to others who value friendly, professional auto service.

Went to have my first service appointment with my new Mazda and honestly I couldn t have had a more pleasant experience. Toni was my service liaison and she took such good care of me. Listened to all my questions and had answers and solutions ready for everything. This was also my first time receiving the full circle inspection video of my car during the service appointment, and I thought that that was the coolest thing ever. David was my service technician, and truly left no stone unturned in his inspection of my vehicle. Both went above and beyond in the service of me and my CX-5; and I truly felt like I was cared for by the folks at Germain Mazda of Easton. 20/10 - will be back to treat with Toni and David again for any future service needs. :)

Simple service today - replace my key fob that went through the washer (washing not recommended by Mazda BTW). Great service advisor (Toni). Pointed out some service items (expensive but necessary) I will need to attend to but no pressure to do that today. Great dealership and service.

Very happy with my first experience at Germain Mazda. I would have had to wait 2 weeks for my oil change at my home dealer. It only took 45 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. Toni and the staff made the whole experience so nice. I will be coming back. Any time I have gone in for a service, those at the front desk are always so helpful and accommodating! Whilst waiting in their lobby I get updates which makes the time go faster than it is! Great customer care:)

This was my first experience with the service team here. It was great. They worked me in on a day that worked with my schedule, they explained everything to me in detail, they were prompt, and Toni did a great job of making me feel informed throughout the day. I am looking forward to coming back for service needs in the future.

Loved the ease of scheduling service on line and in the app. The service technician provided a video report of my car's first check up! I also really appreciate that the first 2 service appointments are complimentary. Germain Mazda is a great dealership!

The best experience I ve had in many years buying a vehicle. From initially being promptly and courteously greeted by our salesman, Jason Masteller, and continuing with choosing, driving, then buying our new Mazda, Jason was professional, personable, extremely knowledgeable, attentive to my needs or concerns overall a pleasure to deal with. The finance mgr, Dara, was also great to do business with and a big help with finalizing our deal. I definitely recommend Jason, Dara, and Germain Mazda.

Upon arriving at Mazda East, Spencer Gage was awesome and was able to squeeze me into the schedule even though I accidentally booked my appointment at a different Germain Mazda location. I was also in a bit of a rush, and he was able to keep my services moving in a timely fashion. I love my mazda, and I appreciate the care that the Germain team takes to keep her running. They're incredibly honest, to the point where I've requested an unnecessary service and have been informed it's not worth doing. They've taken care of me and my car for the last 60k miles and I'll continue going there until I run it into the ground (and probably after, I'm a Mazda person now)

Amy was fabulous, she helped me with my fob, and told me about how get fob covers. They even fixed my cell to link to my car. I keep getting Mazdas because of your great service. Today was fast friendly and helpful!

Took my CX-5 in for an oil change and tire rotation. Being that it was the first service on my vehicle, I wasn't sure where the service area was. But as soon as I pulled in, there it was up front. The service personnel spoke to me right away and promptly printed up the initial paperwork. We left the dealership to run some errands and it wasn't long afterwards (about 2 hours) that my vehicle was ready. Everyone was friendly and courteous.

Very accommodating and give great service. I also like how transparent they are about their pricing prior to getting services done. The experience was great! One arrives at their scheduled maintenance time, pull in, converse with the Service Staff for a few and then sit down and wait for a Service Personnel to come to you and either tell you you are done or how much more time is needed or what other issues were encountered during the service check up. I m not saying it is not costly but they treat you well at Germain Mazda.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance, Oil change

While I have always had a good experience at the service department, I found their suggested maintenance or things to fix were too pricey. In addition, I wish I had not bought the maintenance agreement upon purchase of the car. I was steered into this at the time of purchase and realize now that was unnecessary and over priced.

I went in to get my leased CX-5 serviced for a check engine light and Spencer at Germain Mazda was great! Very knowledgeable, informative, and helpful! Would definitely recommend this dealership!
