Absolutely amazing service every time I come into this location (georgesville). Had a screw in the tire and they were able to get me in that night and even gave my car a car wash plus a few other things that needed to be taken care of. Between the customer service to the mechanics they are all amazing. Phenomenal service by far. 10/10 would recommend to everyone. Thanks for all you do Hyundai

Woke up to a flat tire. Called Germain Hyundai and the woman I spoke with told me to bring my car in even though I didn't have an appointment as I wouldn't be turned away. She was right! Chad was right on top of things. He quickly identified the problem and ordered a replacement tire. Additionally, I had a very important medical appointment that afternoon so he made it possible for me to attend by allowing me to use a car. This was above and beyond what I could have expected and truly appreciate the level of kindness and service from him and everyone I dealt with. I've always had great experiences here when purchasing my car and getting it serviced.

Erin was awesome!!!! I was brought in to the service area where I was met by Erin, who was helpful, courteous, and efficient. She took note of all my concerns and said she would make sure all of them were addressed and fixed while they had my car. When I came to pick the car up, everything was fixed! There was an added charge that I didn t approve and it was not a problem because Erin took care of it immediately! Erin was great!!!! Also, the 2 ladies at the checkout counter were equally helpful, courteous, and efficient!!!! Not only did they take care of me, but we carried on a conversation and they were super friendly! Thanks ladies!!!!

My service was not well and I am very furious. The dealership wasn t able to give me loaner car for months for the service I needed done. Once I was able to drop the car off for it to be checked for the electric issues I have had on my new car, they called to return it the same day. Nothing was done! It was so much worse when I checked my car after the standard service. This includes oil change, car wash, tire rotation and top off of fluids such as coolant and washer. MY TIRES WERE NOT ROTATED, MY FLUIDS ARE STILL LOW AND MY CAR WAS NOT WASHED!!!!!!!!! My oil level is still at the minimum and is dark in color ado I just think they lied all together about servicing my car!!!!! I don t know what is going on with the service department but I am very upset. It s unacceptable for these services to not be done after I waited all this time thinking they would resolve my issues. Never would I have thought the service wouldn t be completed and I told everything was done either. It really bothers me ALOT

Germain helped me get my engine replaced by extending my warranty. My engine was on back order for a while, but I had a rental car during the whole time time! My car was in the shop for around a total of 7 weeks, I don t know if it could ve been done any faster or not. Chad kept me informed with what was going on during the whole process. Thank you guys! I feel comfortable in my vehicle again!

I came here for regular service on my vehicle and service was quicker than quoted and they were very helpful with everything needed. I had to cancel an appointment and reschedule and they are very flexible. Service center is clean and comfortable for waiting!

Had an awesome experience at Germain Hyundai! Tawnie, the service manager, was incredible she s a car enthusiast herself and made sure my Elantra N was fixed without any hassle. They had the replacement parts ready, and even hooked me up with a rental while my car stayed overnight. Loved the proactive service and felt confident leaving my car in their hands. First time at Germain Hyundai and experience could not have been better. Service people were very busy but were still friendly, engaging and personable while being efficient. Performed service work in less time than expected and waiting area was well appointed. Had to drive farther than my original dealer because their online service appointment scheduler was not accepting any appointments. Pleasant experience and I will be back when I'm ready for a new vehicle.

Great service and we spoke about how easy the cabin air filter could be done by me. I had them do it only to get home and see they didn t put it back together and the glovebox fell down. The cover to the cabin filter fell off. Apparently the tech didn t j ow what he was doing. I now know how to do this a will never need it done by anyone again. Other than this all service was done well so 3 stars is the best I can do this time.

Bought my car from this dealership back in December and the staff was absolutely wonderful. I went there to get my oil changed for the first time since buying the car, and for the first time at this dealership, and I had nothing but good things to say. Staff greeting me at my car clearly loved their job, and service manager Todd was fantastic with talking me through the review of my car, showing me the waiting area, and checking in when my car was almost finished. I went to pay for my service and Todd informed me it was already taken care of! I ll continue bringing my car back here for all future service needs.

This was the best of dealership greetings that I have ever had. While I had made an appointment time, Drove 70 miles, I wasn't in the schedule? Todd Fox saved the day for me, by working me into the schedule and completing two factory recalls within a short wait. Germain has an outstanding service manager with Todd and I'm spreading the word to my immediate family who combined have 2 Hyundai automobiles and 2 Kia's. In truth I called 3 other Hyundai dealers closer to me, but they all refused to honor the recalls. Not good! I haven't yet called Hyundai to complain about the other dealerships, but I will. Germain will get 5 stars and Todd will get 10 stars. Todd, thanks again and I hope you get the recognition that you deserve. Employees like you make lifetime customers and when we're ready for new auto's we'll make Germain our first stop. Forever grateful. Fred C.

Very polite and helpful.I forgot my glasses in my car, and my Service Advisor (Todd Fox) got them so I didn't have to leave the waiting area.Nice waiting area. Comfortable seating. Refreshments available. Children's activity area.

I don't know about you guys, but I was in and out within 30 minutes. they had a capable mechanic at hand that day. over the phone though, they said it might take a hour to a few hours. i was prepared to wait and get away feom life and just chill for a few hours. excellent service.

Destiny was AMAZING to work with. I ended up getting a hefty quote for a repair that was needed. She explained everything to me so I could completely understand. She was so helpful and did all she could for me to get as much covered with warranty as possible! It s hard to find good help out there, especially in customer service, and it s one of the reasons I ll always go back here!

Great service every time I ve taken my car in. I ve been taking my car in since 2016-2017 and they ve kept her in good shape. They answer questions and provide all the information so I can make a decision about the services throughout the process. Huge shoutout to Chad who goes the extra mile.

I find my interactions with the people here are excellent. John Bricker is always helpful and willing to listen and follows through with his knowledgeable insights and gets me safely back on the road quickly. I wanted to give 4.75, but that was not possible. Chad Tipple and his service team took good care of me while I waited for my service to be completed. The only part confusing for me was what should be done when, and items I do myself (changing the cabin air filter) are not tracked. Very good experience overall! Thank you Germain Hyundai!

Todd was amazing!! I was very unhappy with the service at a different dealer and had a very different experience at Germain. Todd kept me updated at least once a day and offered me a courtesy car if needed. I will definitely use Germain again if needed!!

I have taken my car here several times. People are always so friendly, there s a nice waiting room, and typically quick service. I felt that John had my best interests in mind when explaining recommended service. My car had to end up staying overnight and someone drove me home for free. It was a tiny bit challenging getting a status update on my car (kept getting forwarded to voicemails when I would call) but otherwise great experience!

When it comes to professional settings, I always preferred someone who's easy to approach and makes you feel like they'll take care of you. Went to Hyundai service today to get an oil change and some other things checked out and had a great experience. Chad is my service guy and he was great and very patient with me. Chad answered all my questions and took time with me. He's very knowledgeable and knows his stuff. I've been going to Hyundai service since the mid ninety's and have not had a problem with them. It is my go to place when I have car problems and Chad is my go to service guy. Everyone in service, sales and parts is great and love that waiting room, great snacks, plenty of cold bottled water and different kinds of coffee and hot chocolate. Keep up the good work Hyundai.

Fantastic first experience! I purchased my Hyundai at another dealership, but Chad and team treated me and my vehicle like I had been a Germain customer all along. I know I certainly will be moving forward.In addition to the great service, I was checked in quickly and the waiting area was set up well to allow me to work through my entire service appointment. If I could give more than five stars I absolutely would!!

Always a great experience at Hyundai Germain! Personnel is always very kind and respectful, from the girl that greets you on the service garage to the assistant that checks the vehicle. In our case it was Todd, very professional, helpful and attentive, he made sure to explain everything they did and the status of the vehicle, asking if we had any questions, and at the end walked us to our car so you don't waste time looking for it. They have snacks and refreshments in the waiting area and lots of spots to sit to work or just spend some time, comfortably. We surely won't be chaning to another dealership any time soon, lol. Also they have Spanish speaking personnel, always happy and ready to help, if that's what you're looking for. 110% recommended.
