I had an appointment this morning to get my car serviced and Justin checked me in. I told him I also wanted my brakes and rotors checked because I previously had an issue during the extremely cold temps with wind and freezing rain. It seemed something in my driver's side rear wheel had possibly frozen and the broke loose. After that my car was shaking when I braked. That seemed to have finally stopped but I thought it should be checked. Also on my trip to the dealership in all the rain, it seemed like my passenger front tire was tapping when I was driving like something might be wrong with it. Justin escorted me to the waiting area which is very, very nice. TV, free water, coffee, tea, and popcorn to help yourself to. While I was enjoying my wait, Justin kept me posted about my car. He even came back with a picture of the big bolt that was sticking in my tire. After speaking with him, I decided to get all new tires now because they had a "special" going on. Buy 3 and get 1 for $1.00. Everything turned out great! Plus these tires ride so much nicer and smoother than the tires that came on my car when I bought it. It's so nice to come here for service for my car compared to other dealerships that are closer to home. I have a 2020 Kia Soul GT Turbo, and I even took the time to look at the new cars in the showroom. They are gorgeous! Thank you for making my time there so enjoyable and relaxing. Thank you Justin for taking care of making sure everything was done, and my car is safe with new tires. I'll see you all again after 7,500 more miles. Oh they even washed my car!

Eric was very professional and seemed genuinely concerned about what was going on with my car. He anlso got my car right in for service. After the check up he explained what was wrong and how they would fix it. He appeared to be quite knowledgeable. He gave me the options to have a few annual things done just to keep it running well, without the hard sell tactics that some service places use. It was pricey, but worth it. I was very pleased with the experience and will keep going back.

Regular service appointment- I was greeted immediately, offered coffee or water. The waiting area was nice, especially the charging station, which was the perfect place to set up a laptop for work. They were done quickly, and my seat was even left at the right distance from the steering wheel! (Readjusting is the worst, so that was perfect!) All employees I interacted with were friendly and helpful

It was easy to make an appointment and there were a lot of times available that I could choose from. I was immediately seen when I walked into the service department and offered coffee/water. Braden was very thorough at check in and I was able to comfortably wait in their lobby with refreshments available. The service time was from 3:20p-5:00p, a little longer than I expected but I wasn t given a time estimate when I came in so I wasn t upset. I had school work to do anyway and so I brought my iPad. Initially, I was updated the car wash station was down and so they offered to hand wash my car. I declined but appreciated the offer. He came back right afterward and said they got the wash station up again and were finishing up my car very quickly. He walked through the point inspection, confirmed they rotated the tires, and stated the tire tread was still adequate in depth and didn t need to be changed. I didn t know how much this service was going to cost but I was very surprised at how affordable it was. I ve not had any trouble with my car since the service a week ago and so it appears everything was done appropriately the first time (I don t know much about cars but no new problems seems like a good sign). Since I have an EV, I am very limited as to where I can take my vehicle for a thorough service and inspection. I felt confident in the professionalism and knowledge of this service department and am glad they are so close by.

Braden and the whole crew in the service department are AMAZING!!! I had a change in plans and couldn't wait at the dealership while my car was being serviced. Braden said no problem and made sure that he contacted me himself when the were done with my car. Not only that but they washed and vacuumed it for me before I picked it up. He was very polite and professional and patient. Germain Kia has a customer for life!! Thank you so much for your outstanding work ethic and making me feel valued!!

My experience with Germain Kia has been exceptional. The prompt attention and communication has renewed my ownership with my 2020 Telluride. I received great explanation of the problems backed up by a promise of completion and my vehicle was ready 1 week later. My last experience with another dealer in my residential area resulted in almost 45 days waiting only to get my vehicle back with nothing fixed and a healthy invoice (for nothing) and was told I needed a new engine on a 2020. I was told prior to visiting Germain Kia that y'all take good care of your customers and this dealership lived up to everything and more! Thank you very much I feel so much better now

They are always super welcoming and helpful. Eric was my service advisor and he did a fantastic job of taking my car in and doing exactly what I requested. He was knowledgeable and was able to provide facts and solutions for some of the questions and problems I had. I have used this service center many times and will continue to come back due to continued professionalism.

Germain Kia service members were very professional as I got my car serviced today. They notified me of a recall so they completed it also. One of the office personnel came out and asked everyone if we were doing okay or needed anything which was a nice touch. The mocha coffee was great, the bathrooms were spotless and bright, and the waiting area was the same as well. I didn't have the popcorn this time but I'm sure it tasted great!

I've had an excellent experience with Germain Kia of Columbus Ohio. Vandalism resulted in a need for me to bring my car back to Germaine Kia for service. Service providers were generous and considerate and kept me up to date on the status of my car repairs at every turn. I picked up my vehicle today and love it as much today as the day I purchased it. Thanks for the great service.

Amazing customer service. I recently moved from Texas to the Columbus area. I had to get some regular service done on my vehicle. Not only did they do the service I requested, they also cleaned and refreshed my car. The service representative, Braden Predmore was extremely helpful. He set me up with everything I needed and made sure I stayed informed about what s happening with my vehicle. I will be definitely coming back and requesting Braden for any future service.

I took my car in for an oil change. Braden was very welcoming when I walked in. He explained what they were scheduled to do to my car and told me how long it would take. It was done sooner. After it was finished, he went over my paperwork. He explained what services would be needed next time and about how many miles out that would be. When I got my car, it was washed and vacuumed. If you need service, they definitely do a thorough job and Braden was exceptional!

Took my car in for an oil change yesterday and it went super smooth and was pretty fast as well! Braden was super friendly and helpful throughout my time there. He took my car for a wash and I had told him when I gave the keys over not to judge and when I got I noticed the front carpets were vacuumed and it was such a nice little surprise for a busy mama like me. I ve went to Kia for years and don t see that changing.

Eric the service manager was awesome. Took my 15 Forte in as my brake lines had rusted out and found out they were under recall. In total the car had 5 recalls and Eric and his time took care of all of them within a week( he had to order the brake lines). Eric even helped with a rental car he set up for me. Also the woman inside the service center whom name I did not get was extremely nice and just a joy to speak with. Each time I came to the service center made sure to greet me and offer refreshments. Would 100% recommend Germain Kia service center

I financed a new/used vehicle. Very nice place. Ive never gotten such amazing customer service ever!! So nice, very polite, didnt hesitate to help me get everything in order and even sent a guy out to pick me and my daughter up 40min away!! Pic of my new to me, car!! I love it! Id go again if i had more money.

This service department seems to have a great team. An amazing greeting from the time you walk in the door. Prompt check in and sincere engagement to determine your needs.The down side is they're consistently swamped and either aren't able to address all the issues you scheduled for and take an exorbitant amount of time for what they do address.ie. Arrived at 8am for a tire rotation and fluid check and my back hatch handle has broken. I assumed 2 hours based on my experience there. The gentleman said "Nah, this should only be an hour. At 10am I was approached to check out but the handle hadn't even been addressed yet because they had to "Put out some fires"I want to love these guys but it seems they need help in service. Looking at management for this review.

Super quick, very courteous, and so personable, from the person who checked me in to the mechanic that actually did my service appointment. They even offered to wash my vehicle. I would definitely recommend them for all your maintenance/service needs. Wonderful experience!

Braden was great. He took care of me right away and was very friendly. I felt he was going to take care of me. Service was fast and Braden contacted me right away. He found a coupon that could be applied and saved me money. Don t get better than that! When I come back I will be looking for him. Thanks

I have purchased 2 vehicles at this location (1 before Germain took over), and have had my car serviced here. I have to say, compared to other dealerships, these guys rock. Have your vehicle serviced here, then have it serviced anywhere else. I guarantee you will be bringing it back to Germain. Absolutely awesome from the moment you arrive until you leave. The staff is friendly, helpful, considerate, and timely. The work being done is as quick as it can be and thorough. The waiting area is nice, clean, convenient, and comfortable. The sales staff isn't pushy. In fact, they are quite helpful. 10/10, would buy here again.

We love the Kia customer service team. Braden is very kind, informative, and does great work. This Kia Service Team is a huge reason we are on our third Kia. You just can't compete with the whole Kia experience. From the sales to the finance team to the service team, we are completely satisfied customers and have had many friends and acquaintances purchase Kia vehicles just by seeing our car and hearing about the great service.

How was my dealings with Nathan? He is the only guy I will deal with from now on! Went far beyond the call of duty. Easy to communicate with. A awsome listener and result driven. Service writer was great. Tech im guessing but so great. Big smear on front end that wife wiped off. Abd on bumper and chrome area around headlight. Scratch on headlight lense. Almost looks like they dropped something on the front end. None of this was here before going. Not sure if I'll go back. Previous experience was not so great either. Left in waiting area about 4 hrs for an oil change. Then they couldn't find my keys for almost another hour. Car was done for about 3hrs before I asked about it.

Just passing through Columbus when a warning light came on.We have a KIA hybrid.We went to the dealer.They were very kind but unfortunately it was closing time.They put us on the schedule for the next morning.I showed up 30 minutes prior to opening and found Eric was already there taking a test.He let me in,put the test aside and signed me in.Eric is excellent ,He kept me informed while I waited and in less than 2 hours had us back on the road to NC.

Great service! I didn t have to wait for them to take my car the service department was ready and got to work right away. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Service was done in the amount of time I was told and they didn t try to sell me extra items

Well it was a great experience. Huge improvement From couple years ago. They were friendly, courteous, washed and swept my car. I had software update for the theft problem. I haven t been in couple years because it was so terrible. I m still frustrated with Kia in general having had 2 transmissions replaced in my 2020 soul and worrying about theft problems. glad Germain has improved. Steps in the right direction!

Cody was great. The service was quick and I got a free car wash. Initially I was told that the repair I came in for in addition to my oil change, wasn t scheduled, I had a confirmation of it being scheduled and live an hour away, (this is where I bought my car , so I always bring it here for service ) but Cody made sure that it got done and all was well. The service and part department were second to none. Cody went above and beyond to help get answers and our car taken care of. He kept us up on the status and any other questions that came up. He got back to us promptly with any questions we had. Kia took care of us in a major way, and to them, the staff at Kia, especially Cody, we are grateful for a great experience.

We always come here to get any work done to our cars. This was an oil change and as always they greet you with a friendly welcome the waiting area is nice with full of drinks, my car was done in a timely manner. We will be back!!
