Wow these guys are very professional and super fast. They do not sacrifice quality. Very friendly. The waiting room had free refreshments and coffee, even Netflix On the TV. After the work was completed, explained the process. Took then just a little under an hour to replace the windshield. I highly recommend Sal's Auto Glass for your needs.

Excellent work and customer service. The waiting area was very clean and well kept. They were very friendly and professional. Their work was done quick and clean. They were able to replace the hinges on my back window, without shattering the glass, quickly saving me a good amount of money and time. I felt confident about their work when I handed my keys over. Overall excellent experience.

You ever meet someone and just know they re a good person? That s sal and his staff! After having a horrible experience and both of my cars back windows were shot out, sal made the repair process completely hassle free.The initial phone call and email were great. Up front and transparent pricing, at half of the cost of Safelite (through my insurance), and easy scheduling.Once I arrived, sal was sure to get the job done efficiently and perfectly. Even went so far as to vaccuum the glass out of the seats and use goo gone to remove the tape I had put on.A lifetime customer here!Services: Auto windshield repair, Auto power window repair, Installation, Auto side window replacement

I was please from the moment that the initial phone call was made to do an estimate. She had such a pleasant voice in the time of stress from a broken window, to taking the appointment was very easy. The gentleman staff that repaired the window, vacuumed out the car from the glass that was left from the damage and did amazing job within one hour. Some scumbag broke my window trying to steal my car. Sal s got me in the next day, fixed the window in under 30 min, and even vacuumed all the broken glass from my vehicle without me even asking. Under $350. Highly recommend

Came by Sal's today to have my rear window hinges replaced. He did top quality work and got the job done in under 30 minutes for half the price of the dealership. Everyone there was extremely nice and the waiting room had to be the cleanest auto shop related waiting room I've ever been in. Sal's earned a lifelong customer today. Will definitely be back for anything glass related.

All I can say is WOW!! Sal's has the best Quality and prices around! If I could give 10 stars I would! I did my research and called a lot of places for my cracked windshield and nobody would re-install my remote start back to the windshield but Sal's said that it's part of the job. I was extremely satisfied by the quailty of a job well done, and that's not all the price was the best, the waiting room was really nice as well and I was in and out in 45 minutes noone beats that. You have a customer for life now and Im definitely telling everyone I know! Thank you again!!Service: Auto windshield replacement

After the experience my husband and I had, I ll definitely be recommending Sal s to anyone ! Not only was the price for our window replacement the best price quote we got but Sal was on his last job of the day when we called. He knew it was cold out and it being the driver door window he told us he would get the window ordered and to come in an hour. Best service, great work, awesome price.

After having an awful customer service experience with another company, I did some more research and came across Sal's. He is awesome! Very professional, personable and honest. He explained exactly what he would be doing during the windshield replacement and made sure I was informed every step of the way. You rarely ever read reviews about the good things people do so I wanted to make sure I posted about my wonderful experience. My new windshield looks amazing and I am very happy!

Two years ago my windshield cracked and needed replaced. I called Sal and he got me in the next day and completed it in roughly 30 minutes. His quote was much more reasonable than the other ones I received. Waiting room was immaculate and the service impeccable. Highly recommend if you need any service to your auto glass.

I recommend this place 100%! Sal is very professional and trustworthy from start to finish. Communication was wonderful and his work was very quick. Plus the cost was much lower than expected. My rear glass was totally damaged by some jerk overnight but Sal made my stressful event stress-free! Thank you!

You won't find better service in Columbus or the surrounding area. Sal's done two jobs for me now. In June of 2016 he replaced my windshield "same day" after it was smashed by road debris while I was on my way back into town from vacation. December 2016, he just replaced my front passenger side window after my truck was broken into. The guy is helpful, fair, knowledgeable, dependable, honest, and affordable. He has your best interest in mind and works hard to get you up and running with his expertise. The other reviews on here are more than accurate based on my experiences. Call Sal for your automotive glass repair needs. He's an all around good guy too. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by Sal and an assistant, without a wait. Sal immediately helped me, and quoted me a time of about an hour. I sat in a very clean waiting area and in almost half the quoted time the job was already done. He even was kind enough to point out a couple rust spots to me, and cleaned up what rust he could, at no extra charge. I couldn't have better things to say about the service, price, and (so far) the quality. Ill immediately recommend anyone in need of auto glass work to Sal in a heartbeat.

This is a business ran on integrity. The windows on my passenger side stopped working years ago, and I finally decided to get them fixed. I called several shops and their shop fee to simply diagnose the issue was in the hundred dollar range.Then I called Sal s Auto Glass. Within a few minutes of speaking he actually listened to me, correctly diagnosed the issue, told me the exact part I needed to order and informed me that he d install it for a twenty dollar cost for his labor. Wow. He could have had me come in, poked around and charged me extra for his expertise in figuring out the issue, but he shared his knowledge and made the process so quick and painless. Literally provides 5-star service! Came out the same day, on a weekend, when he was overbooked already. Very reasonably priced, best in the area... I called several places and Sal is the quickest to respond and comes to you! The Owner is Sal and he works just as hard or even harder than the other techs! Awesome experience! Was in need of a side window replaced. He was able to get me in fast and was less expensive than any competitors. Wow!!! I m really impressed with Sal s! Got a few price quotes and saved over $200 compared to other Glass Repair shops in the area. He was also able to schedule me same day and had me out within a hour. Will always recommend to others.

The quote I got was over half the price of Safelite. I was at work and sent an email and had a response within mins. He was able to schedule me the same day and came out to my work so I didn't have to miss any time at my office. He was so nice and quick getting my payment done so I could get back to work and emailed me to let me know when he was finished. I highly recommend this place for all your auto glass needs! It is rare that you get a good vibe from someone within the first 30 seconds of conversation. Sal is very reasonable and willing to go the extra step to get a job done right and timely. I rarely leave Google reviews, but will definitely call Sal again when I need his services. He is punctual, professional, and common sense driven. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I got my car window fixed here last year and they did a great job. First it was way more economical compared to others. They did a great clean job and I could hardly tell any difference afterwards. Also, I got an appointment quickly and waited in their office while they changed it. As good as new as the car was actually only a month old.

I won't be using anyone else but Sal from now on. Excellent service and great price. Was able to get me in the next day, came to my vehicle, replaced the windshield much quicker than I expected, and again at a great price. So glad I made the call to Sal.
