You made the mistake of leaving your track.I am writing here so that others know and do not get into such a situation., I wrote from two accounts so that they can see that I am a real person and a casethey are liars they say they will do the truck 3-4 days they cheated almost two weeks have passed I said what needs to be done no diagnostics needed I want everyone here to be punished for the service because of their attitude towards the tragedy of races especially the Mexican service departmentI won't call back just to get my money back.they didn t return the money to me return the money what they did a week later the track broke!!!!!!!

I bought a battery at the best deal in town. There is parking available for a tractor with a trailer if you need service or are buying parts. The cashier was nice and friendly, which is what matters.

I want to give a big shout out to Brandon, Skylar, and Jason at Rush for going above and beyond (IMO) in helping to get me back on the road. I had a bumper falling off of my 2018 Freightliner Cascadia. Even though this is a Prostar dealer, these gentlemen got me squared away with a quick fix that I just wasn't able to do myself. It was a courtesy, and I'm humbled and thankful for the pay-it-forward attitude I was gracious to receive. I won't forget it and will gladly utilize their services in the future for any other work, should I be in the area!

We took our truck there to get some repairs done for check engine light and DEF issues. We were told it would be few days to get diagnostics done. After hearing nothing from them for over a week we called them and were told truck will not be looked at for another few days. Once we hit 13 days in the shop and no diagnostics were done I told our driver to have them release our vehicle. At that point all of sudden the lady at service desk asked for $700 for diagnostics they did not even tell us was done. Lucky our driver insisted on seeing the manager who told him he was free to go if he liked without paying. We have lost 13 days of work and still have DEF issue we need to address. We used this shop for many thing in the past and spent over 20k here only to be treated like a dirt. If you are small company or Owner operator don t bother showing up to this place unless you have zero options. They lack communication skills and get annoyed when you asked them to give you a timeline for repairs. We will never use this shop regardless of the situation.

We came from FL to buy Isuzu FTR from Rush Truck Center. It appeared that the side door was leaking and the rolling back door is not stable and was always falling down. I mentioned that and they assured that it will get fixed. (Keep in mind - I am talking about brand new truck). So, we sent numerous emails and text messages - no one ever replied on that. So we went to a local shop - we were charged 450$ to fix these issues - we sent the bill to Rush Truck Center and no one replied again. Also we bought brand new International MV607 here a year ago, and after 75k miles this truck started to break. Which cause us thousands of dollars of loss, days of downtime, towing expenses (not covered by warranty) and problems with our clients. The worse thing that International dealerships don't care about you, your warranty and your truck.Don't buy International trucks. They are not reliable new or used.

Beware!! I was hustled out of thousands of dollars for repairs that wasn't made. Also charged for things I did not need or asked for. Created a way to take money from me with the help of others. Certain people should stay away if you can't afford to be taken advantage of. This has brought a lot of pain/damages to me n my family. Zero stars

Walk in 1H before gates down on Sat. No customers, quick service, very expensive place. For a 6 wheel seals, after treatment cooling hose, 7 bolts and 8 U shaped screw holders $1012 American dollars. Glad they were open, good service, extremely overpriced.

One of the rudest experiences I've ever had. Came in to buy some bearings gave the guy the part number and asked for directions to the restroom. Gave me really vague directions and then got super upset that I was int he wrong place. Left without even getting the parts. Very disrespectful.

We bought a truck from them, the first week it began to have problems. We take it to be checked and it took 4 days to give us the first diagnosis, and 8 days later they gave us another diagnosis that according to them they had not noticed the first time they checked it, another 3 more days to receive the estimate for the repairs of a truck that they sold as good condition, 4 more days for them to finish fixing it took 21 days and more than $3k to replaced crank case breaker. Horrible experience with this company because on top of that they sold the truck with that problem they were not responsible for anything and when we called to ask if they already had the diagnosis or the estimate the answer was you will receive an email wait for the email. 21 days without producing any money and they don't care if I have to feed my family or not, they weren't in a hurry to repair a defective product that they sold, but to charge you for it yes!! they are good.

They are understaffed. It s not uncommon to get frustrated waiting on hold 20+ min. Once last week I lost track of time and was on hold for over 30min! It s actually faster to drive from where I park the truck than too call. But then your sitting down waiting.

One thing I can say is they need to have people in the parts department that you can speak to. Not a call center though they are helpful, but when they show only 1 of the part you need in stock and you want to have someone confirm that they in-fact have the part there you cannot because your talking to someone nowhere near the store. And when they do transfer you to the store no one answers the phone.

They're very friendly. Very helpful! I was there getting parts for my husband's semi and they didn't treat me like most places do... you know like oh that's a woman we can sicker her into anything. Not like that there at all

DO NOT USE THESE THIEVES! We called to see if we could get a free estimate for replacing a catalytic converter that had been vandalized. They charged $328,95 just to do the FREE estimate! They initially charged $414 for a FREE estimate. They are dishonest in every way! The estimate to replace the part was over $5,000!! We took the truck to another shop and paid a total of only $1,080! RIPOFF ARTIST!!

I started having trouble with my truck on a Monday morning. By 8 am I had been shot down by 3 different shops due to lack of time. I called Rush and they got me right in. By Monday afternoon we had the problem diagnosed. On Tuesday the parts were ordered. Waited on Wednesday and parts arrived and were installed on Thursday. Knowing I was under a load and in a time crunch they immediately put 2 techs on the job and knocked it out in about 5 hours. Thoroughly impressed with their techs and service department. I would definitely recommend Rush and would absolutely use them again if needed.

Poor communication between staff and the drivers, I went in to get one hose replaced and it was a matter of two clamps and them having the part. It would have taken five minutes to fix. They wanted to finish the job that they were on first and made me wait 4 hours after they finally got the part. When I originally got there I asked if I could show them what part needed replaced to see if they had the part in stock they ignored me completely and I waited an entire day before they told me they didn't have it.

Pretty bad experience. The service rep. missed the fact it was under warranty despite the truck being 1 year old and having less than 7,000 miles. Then, communication was non-existent. I had to call multiple times to find out the updates, even though calls were promised. I did not get timely email updates either. Finally, a brand new truck with a simple fix under warranty took 6 days for the part to arrive. The dealer does a poor job stocking and Isuzu/the dealer will not rush parts. Both GM and ford always gets us parts by the next day, Isuzu does not care. So our $50,000 truck with 7,000 miles sat at the dealer for a week waiting for one simple, common part, and I never received communication unless I called multiple times to get updates.

Pretty sad I can get a tarp motor from S.C. to Ohio in 3 days but Rush can't get us the right bracket in over a week and we live right down the road.3rd update a week later. Had to actually go down and order the part. It's been a week. Called today, they took the wrong address down and it's still not here, got transferred and went to VM.2nd update: had to use these guys for a part, called 6x in the last half hour at noon on a tuesday. Noone answered in parts. Called service transferred me to parts still no answer. Called service again transferred me to someone else who didn't answer. You'd think for triple the price they could afford to hire people to answer a phone. I know our trucking company does.Update a year later: Sorry excuse for a business. Won't give you part numbers because they don't want you going somewhere cheaper. They never answer their phone, even tried multiple options.Quoted me $500 for an AC hose I had one made for $20.Got another radiator hose at Napa for $30 WITH a support spring, Rush quoted $120 without spring so it doesn't collapse.

Seems like every time I call in and order parts we get the wrong parts, leave customers waiting for 4-5 days just to end up with the incorrect parts. Then if you try to call after 5pm you re wasting your time, no answers at all, had one of my guys call for over an hour.. he made the trip up to find the parts guys there but not answering phone calls.

Trying to see if they have a specific part in stock and the guy in parts doesn't answer the phone. Not even to put me on hold and answer me between customers. Guess I shouldn't expect any better after having looked through the reviews.

The worst parts department around. They do nothing but give you the run around. Was told my part would be in 2 days after I ordered it. Now its 2 weeks later an still no part and no one can ever tell you whats going on. They do nothing but tell you what you want to hear just to get off the phone. By far the biggest joke parts department in Columbus. Take your business elsewhere trust me.

Changing my review to three stars because they are finally working with me to fix a problem that should have been fixed months ago. Communication here needs work-- perhaps they need to hire more help.

I picked some parts ups after hours and was satisfied with everything other than they didn't help me roll my brake hub out and i had to bring the cart back and im not lazy but if i was the them I would helped the customer to their vehicle knowing a tractor brake hub is very heavy. Overall the hub was ready when I got their.

Took box truck in for what I was told would be a no charge warranty service for a defective tail light. When I took the truck in the only thing wrong with it was that the rear blinker and brake light was not receiving power. A day later I got a call from Rush stating that it appeared that someone backed into something and the tail light cover was broken. I was told they would no longer be treating this as a warranty service and would instead charge me approximately $500 for service (to replace a wiring harness and a tail light cover that was not broken when I took it in). I advised the service manager that I would take the truck elsewhere and that I would like to pick it up ASAP. The service manager then attempted to charge me a diagnostic fee along with some hourly charges and I refused to pay as they had not cleared any charges with me before performing non warranty service. When I went to pick up the truck, the tail light in question had been removed and was basically destroyed and the "service professionals" at Rush disconnected power to all the other lights on the truck (I can only speculate that this was in retaliation for my refusal to pay their diagnostic fee). Long story short, I got the truck back in worse condition and in need of more repairs than when I took it in! Ridiculous! There are plenty of smaller shops in the Columbus, OH area that do far better work and won't try to squeeze you for any money that they can get out of you for shoddy work and service. If you can, go with them. If you take anything to Rush for warranty work keep an eye on things or you might get more than you bargained for!
