The man who worked on my brakes worked late to ensure that he did them correctly. We were given the wrong brakes by Auto Zone and had to return twice for their mistakes. But I really appreciate the hard work that went into putting on both my brake pads as well as my back rotors. Thank you!

Terrible place. Stood there for 20 minutes and was never helped, only told to roll my tire in. While there, another customer was in an argument with a worker because his tire he had bought the day before had gone flat over night. Workers rude, cursed often, and basically ignored that I was there so I left.Go to Tire1 down the street instead. Much better people.

Expensive as could be and they aren't the nicest people at all! They over charged my dad and he still tipped him because my dad is just that nice of a man and respects hard working people as he himself has always had hard jobs that are hard on your body ! & The first time we went there the charged us way less for the tires but broke the studs on my tires then told me it would be 30 dollars each stud to be replaced if I had all the parts already when they busted them in the first place !

Did use new stainless steel clips on brake pads and didn't gease them to slide easier !! Wouldn't recommend!!!

Very friendly employees, and they had my tires in stock when nobody else in town did, on a Sunday no less. Wonderful price, got us in and out super quick after we were exhausted from running all over Columbus looking for these tires that I had to have put on same-day and got jerked around by several big chain tire stores. Will absolutely return!

I absolutely love Roadrunner Tires. I have been there several times. The owner will do you right. They are very courteous. Prices are right. To me they are Excellent. If you don't want cheated and you want quality for your hard earned money then see my friends at Roadrunner. I highly recommend them.

Needed 2 tires in a very uncommon size, they had 2 on hand used, pirellis no less, and installed them for $157.50 out the door. They were like new, and no one in town even stocked them new. Comparable tires new started at about $225 each. Service wise, they got me in immediately, and out in 20 minutes. Staff was extremely friendly and courteous. I had about given up looking for any and was moments away from ordering new online when I pulled in here, and I m glad I did. I will definitely use roadrunner as my tire guy from now on and would send any friends or family here without hesitation.

They took two customer over my 80 year is old aunt. I was very upset and charged me $10 when it should have been $5. Service sucks! One customer was upset the whole time they were there. Something about money back $160.

Chris, the owner, good guy (all of them were nice actually)! Extremely knowledgeable, fair pricing and efficient service. They had me in and out for brakes and rotors within 20 mins! He has my business and I'll be sending any and everyone that needs his service, right there!

They held my vehicle hostage on the lift until a new part got delivered (over an hour) because they damaged a part when taking it off my vehicle. Had to call off work. The owner Adam said I wasn't spending enough on my repair to care about any of it. It's a shame, I liked this place until this experience but their true colors came out. Shady people, I won't be back!

I was sitting out side waiting on them to open they were late pulling in an had employees waiting in the cold to get heat An to start working. I had my two young children in the car . There was no greeting or nothing or sorry for the inconvenience just nothing this place has poor customer service An is all about the money an don t care about know one else. An the owners especially the manager is very poor an they wonder why the untied states is poor an disorganized like it is.

My husband went to them and got his brakes fixed and they didn t put his brakes back together all the way he pretty much almost lost his life on the freeway and he tried to act like it fell off please do not go to their business they re rude they re unprofessional and is bad business please stay away from them you can die I m and they have people working there they don t even know what they re doing people that shouldn t be fixing cars they haven t even gone to school stay away please stay away

Bought 2 new tires from this place. Initially I was very pleased, and referred friends, but when my mother needed a tire, they told her she needed a different size than the others she had, and would not give her a decent deal. The tire was used and overpriced. I found the same tire brand new online for $37.90 and they were unwilling to give her the used (wrong size) tire for $25. No longer will I do business with them or recommend.If the owner is reading this, I tried to bargain, but that extra $5 you made, getting over on an older lady cost you this review, and no further business with me or anyone else I know. I will be sure to continue to pass on the negative feedback. Thanks

QUICK and efficient. Also you CANNOT beat the pricing. Appreciated your break work today fellas. Job was estimated at $180 at NTB. Give these guys a chance, everything else is overpriced for the same work just not warranted. I have a 2003, no need to warrent.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!If i can give 0 star i would. Brung my van to get a new tire put on my rim and front brakes. (A COUPLE MONTHS AGO) In the mist of that I was told that the driver side wheel bearing was loose. Charged me 190 to fix only to do it wrong. Car was making a grinding noise (really loud). Came back and told the guy. He said it was the new brakes. Drove the car for a day. The car was so loud. There is no way its the new brakes. So i took the car back. Told him to drive it himself. And he saw what I was talking about. Ended up having to get it re done. Then went and got a oil change today and was told my wheel bearing on the driver side is still messed up and needs to be redone. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE!! they did this to another lady the same day they worked on my car and she said her car was making noise to.. We both came back the next day furious!

Wow I love this service. One of my crews got a flat on the way to a job. Alex was out in less than 30, patched it up and they were on their way.My tire guy from here on out.

Stopped to get my luge nuts change plus was planning get brakes tomorrow from my regular mechanic spoke with Chris states to me that he can get those does within mins n only charge me cheaper then what my regular was gonna charge, long story short was in &out in 20 mins.

Forget the big box tire chains, and go to Roadrunner for new or used tires. They also do brakes and some suspension work. The prices and service are fantastic!!!

Horrible business practices. Promises to repair by a certain time and never meets the deadline. They had my car for too long and I still had to tow it elsewhere for repairs after they messed it up!
