To anyone who's looking for a reliable, trustworthy mechanic, especially people who don't know cars, Ricks IS #1! I'm so glad a friend of mine recommended this place, because ever since moving to Columbus I've struggled to find a mechanic that doesn't rip me off. Everyone at Ricks is not only kind, prompt, but also upfront and honest. I had an issue with my brakes that another shop (Luke's Auto, I do NOT recommend) told me would take 4000 DOLLARS to fix-- Ricks did it for 400. I'm not going anywhere else ever again!

I called 20+ local shops for a brakejob. They were all trying to charge me extremely unnecessary prices, "No ones gonna do it for less than that" they all said..Rick saved me more than just a couple hundred and got the job done in one day. So grateful, I had to write a review.

This is the only place I bring my car now, and I recommend to all my friends. Very honest business, very reasonable pricing for repairs. Every time I bring my car here, they have it done same day! These guys are one of Columbus's best kept secrets. Working with them is like working with family! They take care of you as if your car is their own. Mike is a guru with several decades of experience. Cody is a highly competent craftsman, and Rick is a confident leader.Pricing is great and work turnover fantastic!You simply can't go wrong choosing them!

I am so impressed by this shop. I have an 03' Nissan and the alternator was giving out so I took it in to Rick's. Mike offered to help me. Not only did he drive me back to my place, he picked me up when my car was ready. He loves to help people with their cars and it definitely shows. Mike won't nickel and dime you-- he's just an honest dude. Took around an hour and half to switch out the alternator. Super fast and hella honest service. I am definitely going back again.

Rick has been taking care of my cars since we were both teens, so more years than I care to think about! He treats his customers like family. I don't know anything about cars so it's great to have someone I can trust and say here ya go, do whatever it needs, and know that he's going to take care of my car, charge me a reasonable price, and never try to sell me parts or services I don't need.

Cody is the honest, dedicated, caring mechanic that we trust. It is hard to find someone we can trust to work on our car but he always make a time for you to check your car no matter how busy he is. Never want anyone else to check our vehicles but Cody! Recommended for thorough check by him for anything with prompt service with reasonable price!

First off Cody Newman is the man! A well respected and highly knowledgeable staff that does great work and service. I took my 2009 Audi A4 in for a diagnostic. Cody managed to find the root of my problem and ordered the part right then and there. I was able to drive my car out of the shop that afternoon saving $500+ that Audi would've charged me for parts and labor.

Cody is very competent, very bright, and very businesslike. I would not trust my BMW with anyone else. Cody is also very reasonable on cost. I would urge you get a quote from Cody before you get any work done elsewhere.

Rick has worked on cars at this location for over 40 years,so with that amount of time come loyalty and with loyalty comes great service..so with that being said if you have any needs when it comes to your automobile give Rick a call and your issue will be taken care of

So I ve been to Ricks before nice man is what I thought fair pricing just all around good place to take a car recently just went there for my car and he was rude rushing me out wanted to charge me An arm and a leg and was just down right mean never again will I ever waste my time coming

They put parts on your car when that's not what's wrong with your car, they charged me over $400.00 and never fixed the problem, I took it to another shop they fixed the problem and noted that at ricks they kept putting parts on my car and eventually they would found the problem, they ripped me off, don't let them get to you,
