Everyone in service was a pleasure to interact with. Tyler D. was amazing from the first call setting the appointment to picking up my vehicle. I can t thank him and his manager enough for what they did to ensure I was good to go; from fighting with my extended warranty to getting my cost for an engine replacement (outside of MFG warranty) almost entirely covered by GMC! Not to mention he did all this during the hectic holiday season keeping communication open. If you need service done I would highly recommend this professional, courteous team.

Shane (and everyone) was welcoming and quickly evaluated our interests and desires. He showed us all options available. I fell in love with the rich garnet metallic color on the showroom Envision. Shane explained that it s a new color and not a lot of them available. After a test drive and working out some numbers, I was sold. Mary Lee and Shane made our purchase fun and enjoyable. We look forward to working with them in the future for our next lease!

We have dealt with Julie Solomon for over 9 years having leased 3 GMC vehicles with her. We have the utmost confidence in her and the dealership and know that we have no need to shop anywhere else. Julie is a very experienced, professional, no-pressure salesperson always focusing on the needs of the customer and not just closing the sale. As someone who has typically leased all of my vehicles, I have spent many hours at many different dealerships over the years. This has been THE best car-buying experience I've ever had. I was contacted immediately by phone, text, and email once I expressed interest online in a particular vehicle. My salesperson, T Carter, was in touch the next day, and even sent videos of the Envista. T was attentive and responsive, but never pushy. He was polite, courteous, and made the entire car-buying experience fun rather than stressful. Great job, Ricart, and great job, T Carter!

After a prior not so good experience buying our truck, I decided to look at a new car while the truck was in for an oil change. To my surprise the car I was interested in had just arrived so I got to test drive 2 different models. Due to all the help of Cody in service, and Ryan Dixon, our salesman, with our previous issues with our truck, which were a nightmare, I decided to buy my car that day. Everyone involved in the sale of my Buick Envista Sport was so nice and helpful. I decided to give the dealership another chance and so far I m very happy. My husband and I were very pleased with this last experience and are looking forward to doing business with the Ricart Chevy Buick GMC family again.

I worked with John in sales and he definitely exceeded my expectations. He made sure I was well informed and was amazingly quick with the initial process. He even drove me to my home to get my plate just to save me the hassle of going to the BMV later to transfer.Alex helped me with my finance, finding me a much better APR through a different lender than we were going with originally.I walked into the dealership at 2:00pm and was out the door in about two and a half hours. By far, this was the easiest and quickest vehicle purchase I ve ever made and the friendliest dealer I ve been to. I m beyond ecstatic with my new-to-me Buick. Thank you!

Car buying has never been a good experience for me. But yesterday when I walked in I had the pleasure of dealing with Shane. Not only did he stay an hour after closing to help me he also made sure I knew how to work everything in my new car. Even the finance department was amazing. Would recommend Ricart Buick and GMC to anyone!!!

The last two times I have made specific appointments have been anything but that. Both times I was told it would take from 1-2 hours for one appointment & the morning on the most recent. The first appointment was off by several hours & the March 4th appointment took 6+ hours. Close to double the time I was told. No real explanation or apology for the unreasonable amount of time run over. Since moving to Columbus 6 years ago I have leased 2 Envisions from this dealership. Might be looking for another Buick dealer.

Very good experience buying from this dealership. Came from 6 hours away, the salesperson Brendan was helpful and honest. Car was in the same condition as described. Paper work was quick, the financial manager is helpful too. Highly recommended.

I really appreciate the fact that we accidentally went to the wrong Ricart after driving an hour and a 1/2 to look at a specific car, and the staff was so nice. We called the other location and even though it was near closing they scheduled us right in, and told us where to go. Victor was beyond awesome! Being in sales, I m hard on sales people and he was so down to earth and honest. I didn t expect to buy the car, but the no nonsense pricing and not having to haggle to get a fair price is such a relief. Having bought several cars in the past my experience with Ricart has always been great. When I saw this car, I knew it was the one after several weeks of looking, and I m glad it worked out.

The Ricart dealership facilities itself are very nice, clean, and nice-looking. I was timely approached by an excellent salesperson, Jacob Ciampa. Jacob was very knowledgeable and most helpful. The dealership had good inventory and had exactly the car I was hoping for. The sales manger and finance manger were also excellent.

Advisor Todd was very courteous and knowledgeable which was very appreciated. Mechanic Tony was amazing. He kept me informed as to what was wrong with my Enclave and what was needed to repair it. I felt very much taken care of and trusted him completely. The next day I drove to TN to pick up my granddaughters and felt very safe. I will definitely visit Ricart for all of my vehicle needs.Thank you!

Bad customer service, very slow and dishonest timing. I brought my car 17 days ago to change the transmission. It's funny that the car has been parked outside since that time. I pay a lot of money to get good service, but I paid a lot of money without service. It's also funny that the employee doesn't care and there is no manager to talk to.

Tyler the mechanic is amazing. The issue is i have a vehicle a year old and I ve replaced engine and spent a week stranded after that with a transmission that wouldn t shift. The mechanic Tyler was more sympathetic to my situation than anyone else at dealership. Spend $92,0000 on vehicle only to replace motor after 8 months and 8000 miles. No one to date has said sorry etc nothing to me.

I had a defective truck with a software issue that was a GMC problem. When the truck was brought back the next day for repairs Tyler, the service manager took excellent care of the situation and even cslled me back on his day off. The truck was exchanged for a different one and the Ricart team (especially Joe Mginty) took great care. I will return as a customer

Omg. I loved my experience with this dealership. The sales rep was more like a friend then someone looking to get commission. He didnt pressure me. Even gave me time to think about the offer. They paid off my remainder balance on my 2013 Chrysler 300 and put me in a Chevrolet Equinox with zero down. Very Clean and runs great

Had my truck in service for service air filter system on instrument panel. Cost me $140 for them to say they were afraid to use the scan tool and mess with the vehicle tune. I did my research on the scan tool, and what exactly needed to be done before I even went to the dealership. So I know there is no issue that will happen with the tune of the truck if the air filter system is cleared with the scan tool.very disappointing experience being charged that kind of money with no result when I already knew what needed to happen in the first place.
