This is an amazing business! As a female, I always dread going to a body shop/collision center for obvious reasons. Not at Rader Collision Center; I was treated with respect and as if they have known me for years! This company is a gem! Ladies, this is where you want to bring your business! I appreciate you all!

I cannot say enough good things about Danny, Kyle, and the work they do... Absolutely fantastic guys who care about their customers and the skills they provide. Admittedly, I'm annoyingly particular about my cars... and, without question, they are now my go-to for any future body work!

No one ever wants to be friends with a repair shop; however, Danny and Kyle Rader will always be my first call. They not only do meticulous work, but they also treat their customers like family. Very thankful that State Farm sent me their way.

Highly recommend! Danny and Marty are great people to work with. They are super transparent and go over the top with their services! I had some work done through my insurance after a semi truck blew his tire out in front of me. Not only did they fix my car, but they cleaned it from the inside out. I hate to write an essay here, but I could write a novel on my experiences with this body shop. Sit tight here. I was driving to Mammoth Cave in Kentucky last month as part of my vacation from work when I missed one of my turns in the midst of my route. The only turnaround visible for the foreseeable future involved me crossing a set of railroad tracks. The road allowing me to cross the railroad tracks was very thin and blended into the gravel. You can guess, I missed the road and wound up falling into a gravel ditch, hitting my front bumper on one of the tracks and killing one of the fog lights in the process. Me and my father were looking for auto body shops that worked with our insurance when we found Rader Collision Center. The day after the accident we took the car in for an estimate. The receptionist (I believe her name is Marty) was very welcoming and an absolute pleasure to work with while we awaited an estimate. The owner (Dan) was unavailable for estimates at the time (he was doing another one) so she offered to photograph the vehicle's damage so the technicians could determine the estimate. Once Dan became available he offered to zip tie my bumper on while we waited for the estimate to be finalized and repairs to begin. Three weeks later we took the car in. While they were painting the new bumper on the car they caught that the radiator support was almost snapped, saving us nearly grands in repairs for a fallen out radiator. Unfortunately the first time the part they got was broken so they had to reorder it. Apparently no dealership in town had the part so they have to order from a different source. Eventually they were able to get the part. So the repairs took a week and a half longer than expected, but I am very happy they caught that radiator support. When we picked up the car they personally thanked us for selecting them to repair my car in a very sincere manner. Since they were unable to get me out of a deductible due to their contract with my insurance, they instead gave me a 100 dollar gift card to Kroger which really helps a lot since I shop there for my food and other kitchen supplies. Really the most down to earth and nicest people I have ever met in my life. Five stars is not enough. I will definitely be bringing my cars back here from now on (hopefully not anytime soon, I don't want another accident). I will certainly be recommending to anyone that asks me. The pictures I have posted are the before and after images of my car. They didn't just fix my bumper, they waxed my car and buffed out scratches and also did a full detail of the interior.

Danny (and the family) are absolutely top notch people. A rarity to find these days. Honest pricing and super fast turn around times for repairs. They will also help arrange transportation for you while your car is in the shop. As a frequently clumsy driver, I hate to admit how many times I've used them. We even joke I need a punch card! I have worked with them under warranty, and without. Even though I live on the West Side, I will always drive to Raders for repairs. Do your self a favor and just use them. Hands down always a great experience. I wouldn't trust anyone else with our cars.

I am beyond happy with Rader Collision. I had some damage to my truck after an accident and just needed a few things shaped and fixed. Holy cow, what a find-- after today's experience with them, I can't imagine going anywhere else. I broke one of the mirrors on my car recently and after calling around decided to go with Rader because of their effort, customer service, and reasonable price. Not only did the call around to find a hard-to-find replacement, and then kept us posted at every step of the way; when I arrived today to get the work done I discovered they had painted the mirror to match as well! They were so friendly, pleasant, and down-to-earth during my visit; honestly I wanted to stay and hang out with them lol. Good people, fair prices, above-and-beyond service. We'll be going to them for all of our auto-body needs. Plus, they're local-owned, which is a plus for us. Highly recommended!Service: Painting

Took in my Mustang GT after a minor accident. Rader Collision went above and beyond with the repairs! They even fixed some extra rust spots near the damage. Car was returned waxed and clean too. Thank you Danny and Marty!

(cross posted on Yelp) I could not be more impressed with my experience at Rader Collision with Marty and Danny. It is clear that they care deeply about not only the professional integrity of their work, but also ensuring a positive and even enjoyable experience for each of their customers. As soon as I walked in I was warmly greeted by Marty, who helped walk me through the process. She and Danny both took the time to personally inspect my vehicle and were extremely accommodating for my schedule for the repairs. As someone who doesn't know a lot about cars they were very patient and courteous to explain what the repairs for my fender bender would require. Dropping off my vehicle for repairs, and picking it up again, was a breeze and Marty helped coordinate a rental car through my insurance. The repairs to my car ended up taking a little bit more time since Danny wanted to make sure the paint job on my vehicle (a tough shade of blue) was perfect. This is not any sort of criticism--rather I sincerely respect his attention to detail and putting the customer first instead of rushing through a job. My vehicle looks phenomenal, both the body work and the paint job are spotless, and I honestly think it might look better than when I first got it!I know it sometimes seems suspicious when every rating is five stars, but Danny and Marty deserve every single word of praise. When I was leaving they told me that it was an honor for me to trust them to work on my vehicle and that sincerity blew me away. There are a lot of car repair shops in Columbus and I feel so lucky and grateful that I found the best one by far. I cannot thank Marty and Danny enough--while I hope I don't get into another accident there is no other place I would go to, and I will be recommending them to anyone looking for the best.

These people are absolutely amazing in every aspect of the word! I had just bought a car had it for a week and it was hit...took the bumper and everything with it off. But the owners of this company were with me every step of the way. They offered to set up my rental car, took the time to go over every detail of my estimate, and were extremely nice all around. They even put my tags on the car and helped me with my oil change. If you need any type of body work done please please please don't overlook this company. I can promise you if you took the time to read this entire review you will not regret your decision because these are some of the nicest, most down to earth, and honest people you will ever have the chance to work with. Have visited twice. Marty and Danny are so friendly and helpful. They made sure my first issue was taken care of and handled all the stuff with insurance. The result was great, fixing the driver side door panel from someone backing into it. The work was done quickly. The second visit got me in and out quickly in the same day. I was so amazed that they were able to get me taken care of that quickly. They are top notch. Take your vehicle here if you need body work! You will be glad you did.

I have been very happy that I had been referred here from a family member. They have worked on several cars for us. Danny and Marty are honest, kind, and very knowledgeable. I know that Danny will make sure things are repaired perfectly and completely safe. He's found things that were wrong on a used car that was in a previous wreck and provided me with details so I could make an informed decision on getting the repairs that were needed.

Highly recommend Rader Collision Center! Needed some body work after being hit by an errant lane-changer. Called several places and Rader was the only one who talked me through how this whole process works. Also asked if the car was drivable. Told him it was fine except my door only opens about 10 inches so I have to SQUEEZE out of it. Right away he told me that, if I decide to use Rader, I should swing by any time and he will at least make it so the door will open for me until they could get the car in for the repairs. Even though it would be at least a week before they could get me in for repairs, I decided to go with Rader. Not at all disappointed. Danny Rader and Martie were both so friendly and helpful. Took care of getting the rental car arranged and dealt with any supplement insurance needs. Great experience.Service: Body & Trim

I found and selected Rader Collision Center using Google Reviews. I am beyond impressed with my experience and give these folks my highest recommendation. If you have need of collision repair and go anywhere else you are making a mistake. Dan and Marty (husband and wife team who own/run the shop) are the nicest people you could ever hope to meet. The entire process start to finish was friendly, professional and efficient. The actual repair itself was a 10/10; perfect paint match and no hint of the repaired damage. My vehicle looks as good as new. I don't hope to need collision repair again soon but if I do will go back to see Dan and Marty at Rader Collision Center. These folks can be trusted to take good care of you and your car. My experience start to finish was completely stress free and required minimal effort on my behalf (unlike what you experience with the chasing you have to do with many in shops to get your work scheduled and completed). 5 stars is the most you can give on Google. Rader Collision Center should get 10 stars.

They are amazing. I am in the process of getting my repairs, and they have made everything so easy and stress free. Mr. Rader even came to my job to pick up my car to ensure that it was safe to drive so that I did not have to take time out of work. They are kind, honest and some of the nicest people you could ever meet! I feel so lucky to have found this gem, I will never go anywhere else! Highly, highly recommend!!

I loved my experience with Rader Collision. I brought my car in for a quick estimate on storm damage. Although they were super busy with pot hole repairs, they gave me an expected time to come back for my repairs. A week later, my car was broken into and I brought my car in for an estimate on the window damage. Both times I was in tears and the staff were SO sweet and made the experience better than if I went somewhere else. I told them I didn't feel safe keeping my car in my neighborhood anymore and so they kept it and worked on storm damage repairs in their spare time. I got my car back much sooner than they estimated. It was clean and well-repaired too. I will not go anywhere else for repairs. Their service and quality are top-notch!

Great service and great people running the shop. As a college student whose parents are out of state, I felt completely comfortable working with Rader on my car repair and did not feel taken advantage of in any way. Amazing price for a fantastic repair, and they were very helpful in walking me through the ropes of my first repair. I would recommend this shop to anyone, but especially someone who may be new or wary about mechanic shops. Most definitely the best service at an amazing price, they went above and beyond what I expected.

Dan and Marty were gracious and accommodating. Their professionalism and courtesy added to the excellent care that was taken with my repair. They coordinated with my insurance company and with the car rental agency. I would choose their repair services again, without a doubt.

I have never had a better experience with a car repair shop! Marty and Danny are the most amazing, professional people and are incredibly personable. We had never heard of Rader Collision before but when my husband got into an accident they were the first on the list from our insurance company. After reading the reviews from this company, I was comfortable they could take care of us. Was I ever right!After speaking to Marty several times just because we were like friends, we took the truck in to get an estimate. Not only did Danny come in on a Saturday to accomodate us, he was open, honest, and incredibly helpful. He was able to repair our truck quickly and it looked like brand new! I have already recommended Rader Collision to several people and will continue to do so! Thanks so much for being a great partner!!

See the many other 5-star reviews but I felt like I should add mine as well. I've only been in a couple accidents but I don't know if I'd be able to find a better experience than with Danny and Marty. They helped get my car repaired after I was rear ended and pushed into another vehicle. Marty was great at helping me get things figured out with insurance and a rental vehicle. I also really appreciated the care she took to make sure everything was sanitized while we're dealing with Covid-19. Danny was thorough in the repair, making sure to address any damage that wasn't visible, and the bumpers on my lease look good as new! They were also incredibly friendly and good to talk to and during this stressful time it's really nice to be able to be around people like that. Should something happen again *knock on wood*, I'll definitely bring my vehicle back to Rader Collision.

The Rader's are amazing! I had two repairs done through them (one through insurance and one paid out-of-pocket by someone that accidentally hit me). They were able to get both done at the same time without making the paperwork confusing. It was a seamless process! Their customer service is incredible and you can tell they take pride in their work. If you're looking for a place, no need to look any further. They're your people!
