I came here to get my tires looked at after the dealership quoted me a ridiculous price for 1 tire. They told me I had a nail they couldn t patch. I went to R & J and they quoted me a great price for 4 tires and showed me the nail that could have been patched. Their staff is great! The Manager Shane and the staff took great care of me. They work hard out here in this cold and treated me like family. Earned my trust. I definitely recommend these guys. Thank you! I ll be back for my tire rotation.

If you wake up early in the morning with a flat tire in Columbus, this is the place to go. They were the only shop that answered the phone at 6a, and changed it in minutes once I got there. These mechanics aren t messing around - they are moving quickly and working as a team. The owner was there and came out while we waited and the employees seemed pretty happy at work. Big thanks to the team for getting this done so quickly. Shoutout to Amber as well for pointing out how cheap their vending machine snack prices are.

Incredible service. Had an off size trailer tire. Quick response and install. Will definitely be back. Came back. They did the other trailer tires in a few hours. Great staff. Pleasure to work with.

Update:Needing replacement tires, I called R&J up for help. They demonstrated the same service they demonstrated the last time. Very helpful, personable, and down to Earth. The price was align with what I was expecting. They were quick and efficient. Also while I was in there, someone asked them if they help with Lawnmowers. I'm not sure the outcome but when I left they were listening to hear how they could help, even though they specialize in servicing large trucks. Customer service at its core. Great work R&J!---------The staff and service at R&J Tires Services is great.After receiving damage to my tire, I call them to see what possibilities I had in getting it serviced. Amber talked me through their process, primarily being a tire business for large trucks and commercial vehicles, but was eager to help in seeing if their team could patch it. So I took it in to get serviced.Throughout my process, I interacted with not only Amber but the manager connected with me at one point as well as a mechanic that fixed my tire. All maintained positive energy and communication.My car is back to running as usual now and I'm thankful for their speedy assistance.

This place rocks it. They are busier than all get out. Seriously there were so many commercial trucks there it looked like a sardine can. I was still in and out with the quickness. Everyone works together and they make u feel like you've know them forever. Love than friendly easy going atmosphere. My first choice...only choice ALWAYS!

Great Customer Care they don't advertise doing Specialty tires and rims but I got 13 inch wire wheels with white that needed tubed and nobody would touch him these guys did them at a great price thank you guys

The best in Columbus! I called needing a tire change ASAP to be able to drive 3 hours home. They ordered me a tire , went and got it and put it on my car all within an hour and a half. Great price, great service. Good conversations while waiting for my car. Highly recommend

Went to dealership this morning where I bought my car for routine maintenance and fix a nail in my tire. There were two nails, but they could only patch one. They suggested I get a new tire ($550). I visited R&J this afternoon and explained my problem. They took me in immediately; removed my tire in seconds; removed the nail; tested for leaks; and reinstalled my tire for NO CHARGE. I was there for about 5 minutes!! Saved me from spending $550 for a new tire that I didn t need. Very professional, friendly, and honest!! Next time I need tire service, they will be my first stop.

I had a poor customer service experience at R&J Tire Services. I went there to get a tire patched and while i was waiting to get serviced i witnessed 3 cutomers who came in after me getting serviced before me (it's a first come first served basis). I waited patiently for someone to tend to me and even went up to the receptionist to let her know that i was waiting. All i got was that she mentioned it to the service guys and to keep waiting. After an hour and a half of waiting and seeing others getting serviced despite me mentioning it to the receptionist, I felt offended and decided to leave and contact the manager the next day. Upon contact with the manager, Shane, he assured me that that kind of service was not the norm and that I would be immediately taken care of when I return. A few days later, my tire went flat and my truck was no longer driveable. I attempted to reach the manager multiple times to see if he could honor his word but I never heard back from him to date! It makes you wonder if this place is selective about who they choose to service. I certainly was not part of the type of customers they chose to take care of.

We were on our way to church camp and we blew a tire on our church bus. R&J tire services came highly recommended and they weren't kidding. We had the old bus tire off and new one on in about an hour. He came right over when we called. Great service and great price! Thank you so much R&J!Sincerely, the LBC stranded campers!

This is the Best commercial tire shop in central Ohio! Hands down,Great prices, the guy s are great not to mention fast!!!! I own Dumpin Donny s and been with R&J for many years, and have no intentions of going anywhere!

R and J sent a service tech out to replace a trailer tire on the side of the highway when every other company said it would be days. They were prompt, very reasonable on price and saved me from having a very bad Friday evening. Thanks to Gage for prompt service.

I hit a sewer turning a corner. Popped my front passenger tire. The called R & J tire service and they came to my rescue in FIVE MINUTES, literally FIVE MINUTES. I wish I would have asked the gentleman his name. He was so friendly and got the job done very quick, so I could be on my way! Highly recommend this company. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

I highly recommend this company! We had one of our company trucks blow a tire yesterday. We had difficulties finding a shop that could lift our truck, & if they were capable of doing so they didn't have the availability for several days. I called in to their office, I spoke with an employee there by the name of Katie. She assured me she could lift the truck & was more than willing to get the truck serviced right away in our time of need! Sure enough she kept to her word! She got the truck in right away, & performed the work in a timely manor. We will definitely bring our trucks to this location in the future for repairs. Thank you so much Katie for helping us in our time of need. You are an asset to employer. Thank you again!
