While Ford was useless, the quick lane workers did an amazing job of quickly diagnosing my problem and trying to find a rental option. The diagnoses was complimentary, and they gave me written documents to help me keep track of everything going on. Everyone was very friendly and nice, I d greatly recommend this, especially when ford is closed on weekends.

I want to Gracefully and be the first to say a huge thank you to Quicklane and the boss and Beau Zuniga for helping me in fixing my tire. I really thought there was no fixing it!! I just had my oil changed at the DeSoto location and can't recommend them highly enough. I've had them change my oil using their oil and filter and with me supplying the oil and filter. Both ways they do the complete auto multi-check quickly and with the same level of professionalism. Plus you can do the oil change on a first come, first serve basis, so you shouldn't have to wait more than an hour. A++.Service: Oil change

I paid $1200 for them to fix my car from overheating and to replace 4 spark plugs. I did not get good service nor did my car get fixed. It has been 2 months since I went to them and my car is still overheating. I do not recommend them to anyone at all.

I have been here for 45 minutes . For a plug in my tire. Something the Russians on Sullivant ave do in 10 minutes. For being named "Quick Lane" its not very quick at all. Very nice inside though.

Love doing appointments now. My vehicle was serviced immediately, was in and out, appreciated speaking with the mechanic regarding my car and questions he answered for me.

I had an emergency and needed help! Bill was great, gave me a car to use while he was fixing my car, gave me a call as soon as my car was finished, AND also offered me a donut that he bought for his staff that morning!! Service like this when you are in a state of an emergency but the show must go on is what is so appreciated. Thank You Bill - you were my saving grace! Highly recommend...everyone here is always very nice!

I can not boast more about the word class customer service I experienced at this location. My car started acting up and the check engine light came on and I actually got stranded in the parking lot across the street. When I walked in and explain to the manager what was going on he was so kind and even went as far as sending someone to physically go get my car and bring it to their service station. They reviewed the issues, diagnosed the problem, and got me back on the road in no time. The managers kindness and focus on customer service will absolutely have me returning to this location for any services I may need in the future. Thank you again so much!

Definitely don t recommend this place for oil change. I called for the oil change appointment and they said , just drive in no need of appointment. Job has to be done in 45 minutes but my car was not even touched after waiting 1hr30 minutes. After 1hr30 minutes someone came and pick the car and drop off in 15 minutes. I just wonder if they did whatever they mentioned in their site in 15 minutes including oil change. Plz don t go there .Service: Oil change

Very efficient, fair and honest. I was on road trip from Eastern Maryland for my wife to visit family. My right rear brake started making a really terrible grinding noise. This was annoying since I had the brakes looked at before I left. I took the car into Quick Lane and they went right to work on it. Apparently, I needed new brakes. It was metal to metal. They quickly replaced my pads and showed me the old ones.the wear was painfully obvious. They were not able to get rotors early enough to replace them, of course it s a Volvo and I understood that but they made the car safe to continue driving the car and the price was very fair. If I lived in the area I would certainly have them care for my car.

Staff is polite, helpful and honest upfront. My truck battery failed just before I had to go to work and they've helped me source a battery and replaced it.Would absolutely consider coming here again.

I was previously forewarned about doing business with a Germain dealership. It s okay and sloppy work with no plastic seat covers or anything, the service writer didn t have much of a personality and the business doesn t seem to have a disinfection protocols after servicing my Expedition. I had to wipe down and disinfect my steering wheel, armrest, hood and drivers door etc. because of the tech s sweat, grease marks and stains. I will go back to Roush since they do respect your vehicle and they re more professional.Service: Oil change

I got four tires mounted and the price was a bit more than other shops in the area, but it was worth it to me to go to a place that I felt cared about my car as much as I did.No BS that you get from some dealer-affiliated service centers, just great service.

Set a nail was too close to the sidewall to patch my tire whatever I stuck one of those Tire beef jerky sticks in it and it works just fine now they couldn't even do that for me what a joke

The addition of the quick lane I have been going there since they opened. They treat my Jeep like it is their own. It is nice to know there is still place where customer service is first.
