They ripped the rear end out of my truck. They did more damage than the hit and run I was involved in. The pics are before and after the tow. They need to invent the zero stars selection.In response to the owners reply. The driver complained his bridle was broken and the passenger side shock is ripped in half and there is damage to the driver's side shock as well. Instead of blocking traffic to load my vehicle, he slid it by hooking the rear end and dragging it sideways even though the police were present for traffic control. That did not happen in the accident but at this point it looks like a lessen learned on my part.

I used this service to donate my car. Pro Tow communicated to confirm the pickup the day before, when they were on their way, 15min out and upon arrival. Once they came the process was seamless to tow my car, Betsy away.

Don t let the police call anyone to tow your car for you after an accident. They charged me $400 for a 5 mile tow and a one night stay. I literally picked my car up the next morning.

I was donating my car to a local charity, and the towing company came to pick it up. The driver already had a few tough car removals that were stuck in the mud and I was his third pick up of the morning. He still was able to manuever a tight are and remove my car without scratching anything with the flat bed. He did an excellent job.

Called me 45 minutes before he got there to let me know he was on the way. Very professional and easy to talk to. Would highly recommend.

Very polite when scheduling. Carly was very helpful. The tow truck arrived within the hour. The driver was very friendly. Vehicle arrived at its destination with no issues. I will use this company for all of my towing needs.

The low rating was for their pricing only. Not sure what to say. I got charged 150 dollars for a 2 mile tow. What else can I say. The service was great, and the driver Arron was very professional. The business may need to reevaluate themselves on scamming people.

Just your usual greedy towing company doing what a greedy towing company does... Screwing over their "customers"....Update since more information was requested:My review is based on the fact that I was charged $140 to get my car off the flatbed tow truck after a parking violation (car was not towed, pro tow was so "kind" to let me have my car ). That right there is bad enough, but it gets worse. The tow truck driver, while putting my car onto the flatbed tow truck, damaged my car.... and upon identifying the issue pro tow did not take responsibility. They did say they would fix it "labor free" so long as I paid for the "$200 part". When it was all said and done I was charged $300 for what they called a "$200 part". So yeah, $440 out of my pocket for a parking violation that did not technically result it a tow... Yeah I'd call that greedy.

They don t communicate with the owner of the vehicle or the insurance companies coming to pick it up. I ve played phone and e-mail tag with them to barely get any correct information that I have needed. It s inefficient and unprofessional.

I've been meaning to do this review for quite a while but been super busy. I had an amazing experience dealing with the staff of Pro Tow. Kacie was the main person I dealt with when my vehicle and Landscaping equipment was totaled in an accident. I had to go back and forth there dealing with insurance agents and each time Kacie made everything super easy to deal with. She is very personable and very professional. Pro Tow is fortunate to have a woman like her on their staff. I also dealt with Jimmy and Toral as well and they were both super cool and very helpful. Kacie Jimmy and Toro made the atmosphere easy and comfortable for me during a very stressful time. And because of this I will only deal with Pro tow anytime I have to have vehicles towed somewhere

We had appointment for pickup yesterday 8a to 12. We had to call twice and they finally came at 2. The problem is not the wait the main issue is the communication. We had to call them instead of the other way around We missed work because rescheduling would have been a 2 week wait

Seemed like lots of runaround with them and the insurance company - not sure whose issue that was but they were nice enough when I went to empty out my car and fill out releases.

If I could give zero or negative stars I would horrible place horrible people and very rude basically thieves they will lie about why your car got towed and lie about how you can get it out my mom was out of town and they said she s the only one that can get the car when that s not true luckily I was on the insurance that s the only reason I got my car back if not pro tow would ve kept my brand new car and auctioned it off the will look for any reason to keep your car for as long as they can so you pay more in storage fees or until it s theirs oh and you only have 60 days before they do that there s people that work hard for their money and then there s these guys lowest of the low they are truly scum of the earth.

Doesn't do any good to call to have an unauthorized vehicle towed, as a call was made a few days ago and the girl that answered said a driver would be out within the hour....guess what? No one showed!

My appointment was scheduled for three. The driver called me at 12:20 and gave me attitude because I couldn t be there immediately. I rushed to get there at one because he told me to hurry up He showed up at 1:20. Yikes!

I have relied on ProTow in tough moments several times over the years. I've never had better, more respectful, reassuring and family feeling customer service. These guys are trained beyond the standard and are true first responders.

Homie almost ran me off the road last week, then got pissy with me over it.... called to report him.. doubt anything was even said to him. Almost owed me a tow... big burly looking dude with a beard in a black tow truck getting pissy with a 21 year old girl doesn't seem very appropriate considering he almost caused a serious accident and his ego was too big to just hush and keep driving. Had to stop at the light and throw his hands around then proceed to weave in and out of traffic to follow me... dude was wild on the yard that day and I wouldn't want somebody towing my car if he's gonna wreck into another in the process..... didn't even use the service and already know I wouldn't ever use it... guy was a jerk. The guy I talked to on the phone was chill but that guy driving was ridiculous...

I wasn't able to use this company because I was out of their range, HOWEVER, they gave up a little free time in order to refer someone who COULD. They didnt have to help me as it didnt really benefit them as a company, but still did so. Thanks, guys!

I was there last week the lady who assisted me was very sweet and helpful. I didn t catch her name but she was shorter with blonde hair looked young. Bad customer service and high price!I just called asking for a quote to get a service the receptionist didn t even asked the location where the car is (my son is at school and left his key inside the car) she wasn t professional or nice at all. When she told me the price I was shocked and my first reaction was $150? And she just hanged up the phone and didn t even said yes $150 , thanks for calling or have a nice day Come on! $150 + tax? When other company is charging me just $50 for the same service. No thanks!

They will hold your car as long as they can to charge your insurance company extra fees. And you won't even know. They even sent out a certified letter stating there moving my vehicle to another location and will cost more because it's been there for 15 days. Even knowing was only 10 days. They will tell you they didn't receive the release fund to keep it longer. Also said $18,000 vehicle was worth $3,500. Don't trust them. Why do you think there lot so full and try to have you sign a paper when they pick up at accident.
