I honestly don t know where to start. I ve been blessed with such an amazing experience with Z and the Crew! I was only 18 when I leased my first car from them last year, and I am proud of my choice to do so. Being young still trying to figure out the adult life AND being a single mom, Z was very understanding through it all. It s hard to find PROFESSIONAL businesses who have TRUE empathy for their clients!! I am still amazed with the treatment I have been receiving from them. Even when it comes to getting my car serviced it s always getting done quickly and efficiently. This is a trustworthy, reliable, and respectful hardworking business. I am always proud to state where I got my car from. I receive many compliments throughout my week from young and older people who admire my car and states how it s in such good condition. Which always makes my day and it wouldn t have happened without Prestige Automotive Group! If you re looking for a sign to buy, this is it! And no I m not a paid actor;)

I bought a car from you. last month. after which I drove 1000 miles and still haven't repaired it because the engine needs to be replaced. I still can't get the license plates because the car is not working. and I see that it's not only me who sold the car in which the engine breaks immediately after leaving your Prestige salon

Best Car Buying Experience ever, Finally a car dealership i can honestly say I trust and will keep buying cars from. I purchased this beautiful 2011 Range Rover Sport from Z at Prestige. Z made sure the car was as dialed in as possible, fresh brakes, new tires, fresh oil, detailed and a new serpentine belt! I will be buying my daughters car here soon can t wait to see the selection. Do yourself a favor and check out the inventory online, if you don t see what you want you can even ask them to find the car you have been dreaming about. One of these days Prestige will be the preferred dealer for all of central ohio. Keep up the great work and thanks for being awesome.

I have to revise my review. Buyer beware! I bought my car here, when I first saw the car, they had the heads off of it and were doing an undisclosed repair of some sort. Fast forward a few months and it is overheating and throwing several check engine codes. I took it to a local garage and they diagnosed it as head gaskets; however, when they began the work they discovered the valve cover gaskets were re-used and filled in with conventional silicone, and the head bolts were improperly installed. Several of them were so overtorqued that the block was stripped, others were barely tight. I am considering taking this shop to small claims court for the repair bill.

Watch out! Got a lemon. They will lie to you.We purchase a car through the dealership via an online auction. Description said 'runs'. After several emails and phone calls, we were assured that the car is in Ok shape and will be delivered to our home, across state lines, no problem. After arriving, we discovered that the rust situation was much more severe than described and that the car was missing an exhaust pipe and a muffler! Yep, they failed to mention that.Don't bother with them. Save your money and nervous system.

My husband and I bought a BMW from Prestige last week. When we got it hone there were a couple of alerts on the dashboard that weren't there when we bought it. They immediately came and got the car and had it back to us within 24 hours. When I went to look at the car when they returned it, I noticed a crack in the windshield. Again, I immediately notified them and they took complete responsibility and paid to have someone come out the next day and replace the window. It was so refreshing to deal with such a honest dealership. I would recommend them to everyone I know and would definitely buy another car from them.

By far the best dealership in the city! Best prices, and a wide range of cars. Have been thinking about buying a Range Rover for a while now, I think I ve found the one here. The workers are the most polite sales people I ve ever met. Very supportive and are extremely realistic! If you are looking for a car you should definitely come here.

Bought my 2012 BMW 750Li from these guys and let me tell you it was the fastest and easy process ever for me buying a car. The car was already fully cleaned inside and out with new brakes and oil change done. They were very honest about the car and gave me the full insight on what could go wrong in the future with this certain model and that they would take care of me if anything went wrong for a amazing price. After 4 months of ownership they still are being helpful and anwser all question I have.

The guys at Prestige Automotive have been more than helpful. I drove 6 hours to view the vehicle i wanted, and when i arrived the vehicle was ready and waiting to drive. I was greeted by name by Z when i arrived and the whole transaction took roughly an hr in and out. There was an issue with the vehicle when i got it home and the guys at Prestige went out of their way to make it right. It seems to be a rare thing when a dealership puts the customer first, but Prestige did just that. Big thanks to Z and the staff at Prestige Automotive, you guys have been pleasure to work with.

Absolutely an amazing dealership all around this was my first time buying a car that I did not see in person or test drive zeeshan was able to provide additional photos and information on the vehicle to make sure there where no concerns. Zeeshan also took care of all the paperwork and arranged shipping of the vehicle to my door that made this process that much easier after receiving the car first thing I noticed was how accurate there photos where and how good of condition the car was 10/10 there was no hidden damage,cover ups or quick repairs I have had the car for some time now and have had zero issues with it still running like the day I got it I would highly recommend using this dealer whether you are local or from a distance you will be treated amazing and very well taken care of

I purchased the white Maserati from them and I love my car. My salesman was Zeeshan and he was fantastic during the buying process. He was very patient with me and he answered all my questions. He even followed up with me after my car was shipped and delivered to me. Great customer service. I recommend going to Z if you re interested in purchasing a car from their establishment. Went for a car shopping but the sale associated failed all communications and told us we had 15 min he seemed un experienced i truly expected more from these guys we didn't even wasted time nd left nice cars but highly priced
