The best auto repair service I ever had.I went in because I had a nail in one of more tires. I called a few hours before, and asked when is the best time to come in. They only needed about 20 - 30 minutes to fix the problem and I was out. The also told me they do a lot of other car services that in include basic maintenance at a competitive price.

Excellent customer service, fast work done well, and amazing prices. Pop the tire on my way into Columbus, call don, they ordered the tires got everything taken care of and 2 hours and I was on the road again. The advised me on future issues I need to look out for. I am so grateful that I was able to have my car fixed. Asad& Abdullah were so kind to my husband & I. We needed some work done. The completed everything in a timely manner. They were honest and professional. They also offered alternative financing to get the work done. I trust them 100%. Strongly recommend them

absolutely wonderful service every time. They are very nice and helpful and go out of their way, and are very honest. I usually do all of my own repairs, but there are some things I just don t have the machinery for. I would highly recommend that anybody take their vehicles here.

Yes! This place was awesome! I had a nail in my tire. I called several places downtown as I work there. I was told by those shops they would need to keep the car until about 7pm that night. When I called those shops it was 830 am.So I found this place near where I live. Though they couldn t guarantee a time they did say it usually takes about 2-3 to work it in to rotation. They called me 1-1/2 hours later to say it was done.Very friendly quality and good price

This was my second time using Premier Tire & Auto for repairs my car needed and Abdul and his staff have been great both times. Abdul is friendly and does a great job explaining the necessary repairs, and they can almost always provide faster service than their competitors. As a female that dreads taking her vehicle to a shop because I don't want to be sold blinker fluid or precision floor mat alignments let me just say, this shop is awesome! Abdul was friendly and helpful both when I called to schedule and also throughout the process of dropping my vehicle off and calling me with estimates before they did anything to my vehicle. Nothing makes your heart drop like driving, your check engine light turns on and your car follows that up by idling roughly and then stalling. I called local garages and most couldn t even look at my car for at least a week. My neighbor told me to try Premier Auto. I stopped by and Abdul let me know it was a O2 sensor and he could repair it the next day.Abdul and his team were efficient and very affordable. I always appreciate great customer service. While visiting Columbus from out of state my car overheated and the coolant was boiling. My car was towed to some other repair shop which told me they couldn't look at my car for a week. I called four other shops who all also said they couldn't look at my car for several days to two weeks. But when I called Premier Tire & Auto Care, they said they could look it over that day. Within a few hours of the car being towed in, they assessed the situation, called me with a quote, and completed the repair. I had them do an oil change too while they were at it. The fee was reasonable to me. Because of the good people at Premier Tire & Auto Care I was able to get back home safely and on time. Abdul was friendly, courteous, and explained the repair needs to me in a way that I could understand. I cannot thank Premier Tire & Auto Care enough for all their help and work. I highly recommend Premier Tire & Auto Care in Columbus for good quality car repair at reasonable prices.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I ran over a tire as I pulled into Carmack Lots for work. I managed to get my truck here and they were immediately ready to help. Even though it was clear they were swamped, they assured me it would be a quick fix and had it ready before work was over that day. They also charged a very fair price. I can't say enough about the great service I received at Premiere Tire & Auto Care. I got a flat tire from hitting a pothole and knew I couldn't drive very far on it. So I did a Google search for a repair shop near me and ended up at this location. The manager at the front desk was very helpful and and told me that the tire was not in stock and that he could get it in there the next morning. Since the price was a $100 less than the last tire I had to replace I decided to go ahead and wait until the next day to get a fixed. I told the manager that I had to call my wife to have her pick me up there.. He asked me where I needed to go and when I told him he said was going that way and could drop me off. He actually went out of his way to take me exactly where I needed to go. I tried to give him something for his trouble and for gas. He would not take it. I would recommend this place to anyone else who needs service. They were friendly, affordable and honest.Service: Tires

Had a flat tire on a Friday night. Got in touch with Premier Tire & Auto on Saturday morning and they got me in quick to replace the tire. Their quick, efficient and great service got the job done in a few hours. Glad they're so close to home. Great job. I was told they usually don't fix or sell used tires. However there was a small bundle being sold. I was blessed to have gotten one that i needed for the truck i was driving. It caught a flat from a rock. It took some time but then i was on my merry way after spending less than $60.

Needed tire plugged on daughters car. Very friendly and reasonable price. Worked with me to reinstall tire and checked other tires as well so I didn't have to drive back from my house 20 miles away. Thanks Abdul!

I own a Porsche Cayenne pop the tire there in Columbus no other Major Tire Company including Porsche could help me that day these guys found the tire put it on and got me back on the road within 3 hours they are the best if I lived in Columbus they would get all my business every time five star service

I ve taken my car to this body shop several times for an oil change, a tire patch and to fix a slow leak on additional tires. Each time their price was extremely reasonable, and the turnaround on the job was very efficient. Mike at the front desk is very friendly and helpful.
