Very thankful for the service I received tonight. I was driving on 71 and all of a sudden my tire light came on and my car started to swerve. I pulled off the highway to sheetz gas station and tried to put air in the tire but I could hear it coming out. I saw this tire shop across the street and asked if they could look at my tire. He had me pull in and there was a large metal piece in the tire. It could not be patched. He was able to get me a new tire and send me on my way quickly. Very thankful for their work and speedy service!

Have only had glowing experiences at this place. Jack is wonderful and so is the rest of their staff. Have been here twice and they have always made me feel welcome. They explained the work they were doing thoroughly and taught me about my car and tires. Also very reasonable and competitive in terms of cost. Jack went above and beyond to help me with a shake in my car other tire specialists dismissed as purely mechanical, and/or were not able to troubleshoot effectively. His work made the biggest impact on this expensive mystery problem of mine. I have had the best customer service experiences at this shop out of all the auto places I've been. Highly, highly recommend!

Needed to get all 4 tires replaced, service was great and it was cheaper than I thought! Was my first time ever needing new tires and they were super helpful and informative. Did all 4 in only an hour too.

When it comes to buying new tires, you always look for fair prices and professional service. This guys have all that. They're professional and honest. I will always come back here any time one of my cars need tires. I highly recommend them.

Got 4 new tires that were desperately needed. They included alignment in the price and it ended up being about half of what I was prepared to spend. The staff was professional and courteous and I was in and out in less than an hour. I definitely will be coming back for my next set of tires!!

This tire shop offer very reasonable prices and the workers are very nice and respectful. They treat people kindness. Many times I come to their shop wishing to add air to my tire they do it for free. That made me buy new tires from them eventually and they are fast and efficient at their job. I greatly recommend this tire shop to anyone and everyone in need of tires. The guys also have a lot of knowledge about cars. Keep it up guys.

These guys do good work at a reasonable price. Much cheaper than a Discount Tire or something like that, and much more reliable than some other used tire shops. I ve had new and used tires put on here and never had a customer service issue. They occasionally also let me know if other things on the car need servicing.

We were driving through when we needed someone to check our tires. He got us in right away and took great care of us. Super friendly and honest. Deserves anyone's business.

I was many miles away from home and my tire was losing air. They showed me that it had a very big unrepairable gash. They only charged me $40 for a new tire. They could have charged me anything they wanted, I was totally at their mercy. But they were very honest, very kind people. I would recommend them to anyone!

Absolutely hands down the best place I've gone to for tires. Will definitely come back to this place exculsively. Unbelievable dedication. The guy who serviced my car was working on it for 30 minutes making sure my tires were perfect. Repaired my stem valve and a nail that punctured my tire for free. I got Goodyear tires that were easily worth 1.5x what they sold them to me for. Absolute best prices.

Woke up with a flat. Upon pull up, I was seen immediately. It was repaired in 10 minutes and cost $10. Guy was super nice, super professional, and adamantly declined a tip. Not sure what else anyone could ask for! Great experience, and I will be back in the future for sure

These guys are awesome. They will treat you right and they do honest work. As fellow believers they also offer you and honest and great deal. He did work on my g6 a while ago, 2 tires, a rim replacement and my tie rod was loose. Replaced it all with an oil change $200. Highly reccommend!!!!

Very friendly and polite! I was coming back from northern Ohio with a piece of farm equipment and blew a tire 2 miles for this shop. He had me in and out and on my way for a very reasonable price. Saved my day and for that I m forever grateful!!

These guys go above and beyond. I was on my way to Indianapolis for a job interview the next morning when I got a flat tire, and it was around the time when most tire stores were about to close. A couple stores closer to me actually turned me down because they said they wouldn t have the time to help me out. When I called Premier Discount Tires, I spoke to a gentleman who assured me that they would stay open for me even though my arrival time would be past their closing time. I am SO thankful that they have such wonderful, kind people working here. They truly did not have to do what they did and I am forever grateful. Cannot recommend them enough I ll be back if I ever have any tire needs!

Very unprofessional, dishonest, and impolite people! They charged me for the used tires they put on my car instead of mine, tire rods, and break pads to solve the problem of my tires which were torn from inside by lack of alignment and shaking due to the fact that they were not fixed in their position. They told me that I need to go to their friend�s workshop for the alignment (which turned out were not their friend later on) and the used tires are good enough to do the alignment. After I received the car and drove with it, I noticed that the steer is shaking with speeds higher than 35 mph. I came back and they told me it is because of the lack of alignment and will be solved by their friend�s workshop. When we went to do the alignment, the guy told me after 1:30 min that I still need to change the joint balls to remove the tires shaking and not being fixed in their place and they cannot do the alignment without fixing that first as well as changing the tires the first workshop put on the car since they were too flat! So, what Premier Discount Tire (who does nothing premier actually) did for me was useless, as it did not fix my issues.I went back to them and told them that since their friend cannot use the tires they put on, I am ready to pay the difference and put on another tires that could be used by the alignment. Also asked them if they could change the joint balls themselves or not. It was after a day from their service. But surprisingly the tech. guy said that this is not their problem and they will not do that and start shouting on me when the argument got heated! He pushed me and my wife and beated on the table with hand angrily and wanted to throw us out of the shop until we called the police for him!! Very rude and nervous. The funny thing was that he was telling us he has given us the tires for free to save our lives while he counted them when he was charging us! Very dishonest!! Don�t go to them. No integrity and accountability.

The guy was super friendly and told me right away it was going to be cheap and fast. Repaired my tire in under 15 minutes. I have recommended like 5 other people to him already.

Owner is diligent, fair does the right job, will not fleece you and gives you all options and prices before he does the work. He's also a good conversationalist while he works on your tires,and an overall good guy.

The visit was great took 30 minutes I'm by the new used tire installed it got me on my way I recommend anybody needs a used tire go there it's right off 161 next to the drive-thru

These guys have no business owning a biz and have 0 clues what they're doing or how to service customers... from the mattress in the lobby that the svc tech sleeps on (which may be illegal), to how to chsnge oil - they're clueless....I went for 4 tires on Sunday and was back Monday because the car computer sensor said my tire pressure was low. Instead of fixing it they explained to me why its not working (which i didnt caer to hear) and pretended they knew what i was upset about but had no idea... (even though I asked if language was a barrier and if they understood me, which he said yes)...i had to bring a guy from next door to explain my issues.. they told me it's not up to them to fix my sensor issue even tho it didn't start till they messed w the car. Who runs a tire biz and doesn't know how to update the sensor OR look up how? That is part of a tire install!!! Im now 90 mins deep at the shop still waiting for them to make it right.....which they may never do who knows
