Mercedes Benz at Easton makes you feel taken care of.While it's never a cheap visit, they are thorough and make sure your car leaves in top performing condition.Chris Wilkoski is excellent and I highly recommend this place for service or parts.

The times I have called this location, a pleasant person answered and helped me. I ve called the parts department twice and spoke to Donnell. Each time he was professional, courteous and helpful. I m a new MB owner, so these experiences were very important to me. Thank you Germain of Easton for making my MB ownership positive.

Unfortunately the young man handeling the counter at the parts department is rude most of the time, also I noticed the price for parts is around 35% more that if you buy the parts from another MB dealer and have them shipped. Every single time that I need a part he doesn't want to even look unless I have a VIN number. This is not the case when I order directly from another MB dealer. One time I need a jack stand and he refused to give me one unless I have a VIN, even when I gave him make, model and year of the car because the car was in the freeway with a flat tire and need a jack to change the tire. I have been ordering from MB dealer in California and is alot cheaper,less hassle and they don't have attitude if I don't have my "VIN".
